Tom Jr. was amazing with the transaction & because of him, we had a lot of wonderful memories this past summer - THANK YOU TOM! 1st Klas Marina has a great selection of pontoon boats - it is always our "go to" when looking for a new one. They are efficient with having the boat ready - reviewing it and making sure we are all set. Love working with Tom Jr, Tom Sr & their entire staff. Thank you!!

My family purchased a new boat at 1st Klas 4 years ago. They were great to deal with on the purchase, and have been great to deal with for service and storage. This spring we had them ceramic coat our boat, and it looked great when we put it in the water. It was showroom new! The crew took extra care in launching it, wearing protective booties and doing a final wipe down of all surfaces. We have been well cared for by 1st Klas. I would highly recommend them.

what can we say. we went to every marina on the lake to purchase our new pontoon. the last place we went to was 1st Klas and it truly is first class in every way. Matt, Dennis, and the owner Tom and the entire support staff are just the most knowledgeable, patient , friendly, and caring individuals .we purchased our beautiful 2019 Harris 230 SL after looking at their large selection of boats. Prices were great and financing a breeze .Aside from the staff and its selection of boats, they also store, sell boat supplies service and offer reasonably priced dock slips for the season.So kudos to 1st Klas Marina for 5 star service in every way.we love our boat !Randy, Seth, and Jordan

Employees were extremely nice and helpful. Very friendly place. Rented a boat for 5 days on the lake. Boat was clean, well maintained and trouble free. Will use this marina again when I return.

We rented a boat from here. Beautiful boat, nice staff but beware of the extra fees. We were told on the phone and when we picked up the boat, that it was a flat fee. When we returned, they told us we had to pay for gas. That s understandable IF we were told ahead of time. There was absolutely no mention of gas at any point whatsoever. The initial call was on speaker and multiple people heard, there was no mention. Two people in our party were there when we picked it up and there was no mention. The copy of the liability contract we received a copy of had no mention of it. In fine print on the second form, that we were not given a copy of, it said that gas was users responsibility. Yes, we should have read all the fine print, but it should have been clearly disclosed and it was not at any point. The initial experience was great, but make sure you are ready to pay another $30-40 in gas.

We rented a pontoon boat for a few days from 1st Klas Marina after another boat rental location on the lake decided to increase their rental prices 50% from our quote a few months ago. Everyone we dealt with at the marina was professional and helpful, from calling ahead to secure the rental, inflating our towable tube, filling up with gas and docking at the marina, and walking us through the operation of the boat we rented. The boat was brand new and in perfect shape. We really enjoyed our few days out on the water. Will definitely rent from 1st Klas again when we are in the area. Thanks!

My family and I arrived at the fuel dock on July 4th and were immediately greeted by Zac. He was friendly, helpful, and very professional. He quickly filled our fuel tank and wished us a great holiday. Great service and a great location on the lake.

Bought a Pontoon from them last year. Great experience! As a newbie to the boating world they were extremely patient and answered all of my questions, concerns and annoying phone calls.I used them to store the pontoon over the winter which also was hassle free.This year I had an issue with my cover and they were able to get it replaced with no fuss.No regrets at all.Great people, great place!I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!!

Okay. I'm an employee here and I only started two weeks ago, so I am a little biased The owners are boat people themselves and they really look after their clients in an old fashioned almost forgotten style. The docks are in perfect order, almost new. Everything is maintained with a capital M.The mechanics and service department have decades of experience. It's a really fun place to work. The customers are the best part. One, Frank, showed up yesterday with a six foot hoagie for all the employees, with all the salads and fixins!The fuel dock is non-ethanol. Because of that we even got a seaplane once.Right now they've got a special end of year sale on two Donzis. A 16 footer & an 18 footer. I wish my credit rating was better!***On September 3, 2018 I was fired without notice after fueling a non-stop parade of boats, taking no breaks and having no lunch. He told me , "You lied to me". I did not even bother to ask about what cause I knew that wasn't true. I just thanked him and left. But when the unemployment investigator spoke to him, he told him/her a whole load it is. I told the investigators that if they wished I could have every employee there call them and give them the real story, which is that TOM MUELLER Sr. is so cheap that instead of paying me for two more months, he fired me to save a few thousand dollars of payroll, before we all got laid off for the winter, and then tried to f me over by telling a bunch of lies so I couldn't get unemployment. Shame on you Tom. Thank God the unemployment people have their heads screwed on right and I get my checks. But wow, what a way for a millionaire to treat the little people. I've never been fired in my life and I'm 64.The customers were so happy with my service that day that I made over a hundred bucks in tips.The staff at first class are really a great group and I enjoyed working with them. Cheers to all of you!!!It is a good Marina with a good location, but the ethics of the owner, and perhaps of his better half are questionable, as I suspect that it was she who was behind my inappropriate dismissal.

Love this place!! Tom and his crew treat us like family! Cindy is the best service manager I've ever dealt with...and Rich always gives us a big hello and makes us feel at home!! Highly recommend 1st Klas Marina!!

I work here, and biased, but the name fits the business. It really is first class. They have the best docks on the lake, a wide selection of new and pre-owned boats.Special end of year sale for two 'Donzis', a very sporty speedboat.The service department is run by experienced people and the repairs are done by highly trained technicians with years of experience.

I called several marinas in this area and throughout Poconos trying to find somebody that would help fix a 1980 Montgomery ward sea King 15 hp motor I inherited from my Pap. 1st Klas Marina was the only place willing to even look at the motor due to age. Not only was Dave able to diagnose the problem but with a little help tracking down nearly obsolete parts he was able to get the boat back up and running! The service team here is unmatched regarding friendliness and knowledge. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you're looking for service from extremely knowledgeable people with great prices.Tom MannTobyhanna

The manager is one of the worst human beings I've ever came across. Got into an argument, his idea of resolving that argument was to get in my face (without a mask) and proceed to explain how he doesn't want to hear anything I have to say. Ruined my 15 year olds birthday. I truly feel for anyone that has to deal with that "man". Other than that, atleast 2 other people that work there were not wearing masks while inside the office.

took my minn kota trolling motor to them as they were an authorized repair center for minn kota--- several weeks later I got it back unrepaired, took it to another authorized repair center and had it back and fixed in ONE DAY
