We traded in our 2013 Grand Cherokee for a low-mile, used 2021 Grand Cherokee L through Matt and Mike, the process was very streamlined. To address some of my used car concerns, Matt even put the new Jeep on a lift to let me see underneath. They valued our trade in at top value via nada and kbb.The purchasing experience was top notch, the whole team was very welcoming and authentic. They were patient with my wife and I as we wrangled our toddler and spoke straightforward about all aspects of the trade/purchase. We purchased an extended warranty as well as a membership to their rewards program, the best deals I've seen in my car buying experience. We left the dealership with our new family member feeling excited yet content. No buyer's remorse here! Thanks for the great experience Mathews CDJR!

Bought my 2021 Nissan Rogue from Matthew's of Hallstead! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! I put the salesman Matt Arnold through his paces to find my perfect vehicle and he did just that (6 vehicles later). Antonio was very helpful and friendly in the process! Not to mention my dog Molly got treated like a queen while we were shopping! The service department did an amazing job detailing my vehicle!

Always been a ford truck guy. The fact that ford only had 23 new trucks brought me to the lot sense dodge had 24s. I was pleasantly greeted on the lot by Matt. He saw my dog in my truck and asked if he could give her a treat. I said sure and he pulled it out of his pocket. I laughed asked if he always has dogs treats on him, he said yes and pulled out two more to show me. From that point on I knew I was getting my next truck here. Everything was so laid back and easy. Before I left, I got introduced to Matt in service. Such an awesome experience. From now on me, and anyone who asks me for sales or service, I ll tell them go see Matt or Matt at Matthew s!

I cannot recommend Matthews enough! We have been going to Antonio for years for our cars and he knocked it out of the park as usual! Not only did he pull cars from other Matthews outside our area for me to test drive, he had them the NEXT day! The buying process is so fast and he worked hard to make sure we got just what we wanted! I am absolutely in love with my new car and will definitely be a long time customer!

Great Place to buy a vehicle, Everyone is Super Friendly and they go above and beyond taking care of you. My Salesperson was Matt, He literally came in on his day off for me because I need a vehicle right away because of work. They were the fastest Dealership to do the paperwork, some places would take all day. Not Mathews, I was in and out in 4 hrs. And that was with the test drive too. I also take my Jeep to Mathews for oil change and tire rotation. Because service Department checks everything and is really quick. Bottom Line, You have to check them out!!!

We bought a 23 Jeep Renegade brand new in July of 2023. From then until now, April of 24 it has been in the shop 5 times for mechanical issues. The driver s side rear door wouldn t open from the outside, they fixed it and less than 24 hours later it would not open again so they had to order parts. The computer in the vehicle is messed up, the auto stop/start feature doesn t work and the excuses from the shop have been, well you don t use that feature anyways, and it s because you don t drive it enough. The tire pressure keeps reading in BAR not PSI and no matter how many times you set it to PSI it resets itself to bar within 24 hours or so. Today, the vehicle would not drive over 20MPH, we took it to the dealership and they called us a few hours later and they said, there s nothing wrong with it. It s 9 months old and has almost 12,000 miles on it. The tires that come on the vehicle are junk and they popped within a couple of months of having the vehicle and SURPRISE!! There was no spare tire in the vehicle. Is it crazy to expect everything to work when you spend $45,000 on a new vehicle?! This is our first Jeep and definitely our last.

My wife and I just bought a 2018 Jeep from this dealership. The salesman the we dealt with ( Pete Farrrar), was not only very curious but was helpful and instrumental in us making the decision to purchase. It was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely buy from this dealership again, if/when the occasion arises.

Good experience service waiting area could use a little attention to detail. Coffee was cold and the Kureg didn't work and no napkins or paper towels. But the Service and Customer car for my vehicle was Great!

My experience was a very pleasant one.. Everyone I met was kind and helpful. My only concern was that the entrance was not clearly marked, as I had to turnaround twice to get to the front door. They have a great selection of vehicles, which is good, but until you know how to navigate through them, it can be a little disconcerting. Maybe I was a little distracted looking at all the cool Jeeps and not paying attention. Overall 5 Stars !

Everyone at Matthew's CDJR were absolutely wonderful! I want to thank Tyler H., Matt A., Amanda, and Michael for the absolute best experience. I also want to thank the managers Brad and Dan for helping as well. Truly everyone was super helpful and very personable. I will definitely be going back up there in the future and will refer anyone to go and even just speak to the team. I have rarely had a good experience with dealerships. However, Mathews Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram of Great Bend was a such a joy to work with that I nearly had to step outside to confirm that it was a dealership. When was the last time that you referred to an experience at a dealership as hassle free, or to the people as friendly and helpful, where you are actually listened to, where they try to save you money, or the diagnosis and workmanship are competent? Well, it could have been my lucky day or Matthews might just be the best kept secret in the universe. They fixed troubles that were wrong with my truck since the day I bought it. My ten-year-old Jeep Grand Cherokee feels brand new!May God Bless all the men and women at Mathews who made my experience so positive. From the phone call to arrange my appointment, to picking up my "new" truck, Mathews was a joy to deal with. If I had an army of these folks, I could conquer the world! Well Done Mathews of Great Bend!

On March 4th 2024 while driving back from vacation with both my wife and eight year old daughter, suddenly the tire pressure monitor indicated that one of the tires was losing pressure fast. We pulled in the Dealership to check the tire out - we were greeted by both Sabrina Lamoree (Service Advisor) and Dan Lake (Floor Manager) and right from the start they were both courteous and genuinely concerned about our situation. They both went beyond our expectations of great customer service and ensured we were on our way in a timely manner as they understood that we had still several hours left to drive. We truly appreciated the overall experience and definitely recommend working with this dealership and ask for Sabrina and Dan for a true and genuine customer service experience. In a time where its difficult to fine a certain vehicles (2023 Ram Diesel Patriot Blue 2500 Big Horn). Matthews Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Great bend were there to help through out the whole process. They had one on order / in-transit. I contacted them put a deposit down and that was it. No hassle no stress I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the staff from Matthews.

The service team got me right in and took care of my planned service appt. and applied everything to my Matthew Discount program. The waiting room was very comfortable and the use of WIFI was helpful to work. The whole staff was very friendly during my stay.

The staff here is what makes coming here worth it. Tom has been supportive and extremely helpful with my decisions while giving them my business, he s great! Tyler has been our sales representative for my husband and i both multiple times, and he makes it extremely comfortable and never pressures you into anything! Other dealers i ve stopped at are completely persuasive and make you feel like going to them is your only choice, and these guys at matthews are nothing like that at all! Thank you Tom, Tyler and the service team for being MORE than accommodating! I finally have my dream car thank to you guys!

Wonderful atmosphere! I haven t had a car buying experience like this before! I am from out of state (MD) and they worked with me to help me coordinate a pickup and a plan to retrieve my new vehicle as well as be honest and truthful about the complete purchase of my new 2022 Ram. This place is one top notch dealership! My car was totaled and they had me taken care of within 2 days of picking out a car. I first recommend go see Brad Fisher, the sales manager, and ask for Antonio Poccia, sales consultant, they will treat you like royalty! The car I wanted was in upstate NY, Brad got it down here by the end of the day, Antonio drew up the paperwork and I was in my new car! They explained everything I needed and wanted to know and then some! I couldn't ask for better service. They were exceptionally compassionate to my current situation and helped me get back on the road again. I'll definitely continue my service with them from now on! I am now driving the RAV4 I've always wanted!

I came here looking for a specific vehicle and my sales person, tyler, made sure that I left with the vehicle I wanted. We had to go through a couple hurdles to get where we are now, but we did it! The dealership in Great Bend, PA has exceptional service. Antonio Poccia was my sales representative, he was amazing I highly recommend the experience. 2 thumbs up. After the first experience buying our Jeep, we went back. We didn't buy anything but Antonio was again exceptional. Just yesterday I went back again, and got my 2016 Dodge Durango. Antonio is absolutely amazing, we will be back. I couldn't figure out how to leave a second review so I updated this one. Thanks guys! Again, I can't find the button to leave a review so I am edited the one I made previously.
