So I took my car to Hyundai and Sunbury my car was taking there looking like this and give them back to me looking like this Plus the front bumper is cracked have to add pictures of the front bumper

We bought a new vehicle from Sunbury Motors. Each and every employee we encountered was kind and courteous. Our salesman was really friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The whole experience was very different than being at other car dealerships. They saw us as people, not money. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new or used car.

While Amber was a good sales person, once I bought the car I was no longer valued. The car did not have a second key. I was not made aware that their service department had to configure the key and that they are only open on weekdays. To pick up a key, I have to take a whole day off from work. Not convenient! Then, when I tried to schedule around another appointment and take time off, they were not accommodating, claiming that they were trying to work with me. Don't do business here!

Fantastic dealership. My salesperson, Jason was super helpful, got me a great deal, and even went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. My parents have bought their last 5 vehicles here, and I don't think I'll be looking for a different dealership anytime soon. Thanks so much Jason, I'm still really enjoying my Elantra!!

Excellent service. Melanie is efficient and called exactly when she said she would. I was in a bind when the starter motor went and they understood and the service team went out of their way to help. The car was under warranty and the Roadside help towed the car and the repair was covered. I have been driving Hyundai's for over 20 years and this is why. I would recommend Sunbury Motors for your next service!

I put a $500 deposit down via card on a vehicle and opted into a new vehicle at a different dealership and when I requested my deposit back on March 6th, since the car took weeks after the expected arrival date, the dealership has not issued my money back. Originally they supposedly sent the check out without the apartment number. Than they were to be over nighting a check that never came either. So I called the manager Jeff and he promised he would overnight a check and that never showed up either! Needless to say I reported the facility after they stopped responding to emails and phone calls! Be careful working with Amber, Craig, and Jeff! I would never suggest this dealer!

My 2021 Elantra was in for service due to a serious chip malfunction rendering the vehicle inoperable. The car ended up sitting over the dealership for a few weeks because they couldn't get the part, due to the global chip shortage. Sunbury Motors provided me with a rental for the entire duration, so I was not without a vehicle. Great Customer service team, both in sales and service!!

Had a truly awesome experience at Sunbury Hyundai. Worked with Amber Renn throughout the entire process and she was fantastic. She responded to all of my e we questions even after hours. Not only did I receive a great deal but the whole buying experience was extremely smooth.

Salesman was nice. But the particular used car I was interested in listed at 28,890. I called and asked them to give me bottom line out the door. What deal can you give me, ready to buy Monday. They called back said we aren't moving the price because it will sell. I'm sure it will if people don't shop around for a good deal. No thank you. It was a 2021 hyundai elantra limited with 10,000 miles. I turned it down. Called another hyundai dealer. I am able to get a 2022 hyundai elantra limited same color and all the same features out the door for 29,040 that is with tax and tags. So I know where I will be going. The used one was purchased new for 26,9something leased out for 10 months from the dealer which they made money on. Now they still want over 2000 more than what the car was originally purchased for.

Out of state 1st time customer. Unimpressed. Unsure as to why workers on the phone and in person were so quick to be short and not explain the service completed. Service was rushed and unprofessional. Will not return.
