Never had a problem here, the work on my car was beautiful and they're always accommodating

Originally took a car here after a collision with a deer. It took almost 4 months for them to get the car in, which is understandable due to the delay in supplies from COVID. After picking the car up the first time there was something obviously wrong with the brakes. Took the car back to them and was told that they are a body shop not a mechanic and there was nothing they would do. An unrelated incident resulted in the car being taken to another shop where a multitude of issues with their work were found. Took the car back to them and tried to explain the situation and was told that they have the "best techs in the game and there was no way they made any mistakes." A lot of back and forth later and it turns out $4800 of their original $8000 of work needed to be redone. Unfortunately due to insurance, the car had to go back to them for the rework. Since there were so many issues the first go-round after pick up the car was taken to the other shop to make sure things checked out this time. Even more errors were found. This resulted in a phone call with the owner who said "the other shop was lying & being nit-picky", he literally didn't even apologize for anything. Photos were sent and lo and behold there were issues and the car had to be taken back in for the third time. This time around there was a new manager and the work did finally get done correctly. If your starter fails you go get another starter, problem fixed. Mechanicals either work or they don't - Body work is not that simple.I Own an Insurance Agency and have been dealing with Body Shops and these issues since 1987. Some people really love their vehicles, I'm one of those people. It is never easy when your car gets hit and you have to turn it over to someone to fix it.It is important that the shop is several things.....Professional, competent, caring, responsive and most important - Committed to solving the inevitable problems that Will Happen.My 2021 Toyota 4Runner suffered such a mishap on a trip back from Ft. Bragg NC almost a year ago. Covid, supply chain, parts, and paint matching (made difficult by Toyota) ALL played a part.I naively thought plug the paint code in to the computer and WaLa spray it on and all good. That was when Chad, Charlie and their Painter came out with a Ream of Color "chips" in a book like you get at the paint store. What's that I say? These are how many variants there are to Your paint code ALL different shades of the same Toyota color.Long story short - Thank you Charlie and your team. They stuck it out and we all stayed patient until we got what was a good outcome. A good shop can paint cars a Great shop can deal with all the problems that will arise and get the job done.Thank you again.Service: Painting

I just picked up my Explorer and it looked just as good as if not better when I drove it off the purchase lot! Hawkins was in constant contact and upfront about what I would need to repair my whoopsie and even had my suv done a day before quoted!! Had my car taken there after hitting a deer an man can I say these guys did a great job it did take some time waiting on parts but as soon as all the parts arrived they wasted no time got my car done in no time an it looks great I couldn t be happier will definitely go back if I ever need to very good business good communication everything went smooth highly recommended for collision repairServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Very friendly staff. They do quality work and get the job done quickly. If you need a rental car, Enterprise will meet you there. Very convenient.

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They walk you through the claims process. They also keep you updated on status of your vehicle and do the work the right way.
