Awesome people! Rodney and the entire staff at Toyota of Stroudsburg were very helping, polite, honest, and most importantly efficient. Smooth transaction purchasing a traded in 2019 Ram Power Wagon right before a trip up north.

Everyone was super nice we had a great experience with Xavier. He was a great salesman, he did not pressure us at all he gave us all his attention while looking at 2 vehicles. In the end with left with our 2023 Toyota tacoma our 1st brand new vehicle. Xavier certainly deserves to be recognized.

First time at dealership. Was a great experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove off the lot in our new car. Everything about the process was easy, stress free and no sales pressure , just friendly people helping us. We will buy our next truck here. Very happy satisfied customer. Highly recommended. Our experience at the Toyota of Stroudsburg dealership was great. The service was exceptional. Their sales person Brendon was very patient and helpful..he responded promptly to all our questions and worked with us to get the deal done. I would highly recommend this place and especially Brendon!!!

We worked with Eric to find exactly the car that I wanted at exactly the price I could afford. I felt that Eric was honest and straightforward, that he wouldn t waste our time just to make a sale. I had very specific parameters that we were able work in and get me a new/used car that I felt confident in buying. I thought Eric went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with the purchase and that I knew all of the bells and whistles that came with my new car and how to use them. I also thought Nick from finance did a great job getting things done quickly and painlessly. I sometimes find buying cars a bit of chore but I felt that everyone at Halterman Toyota, especially Eric made it a much easier process!I had to add that when I bought my car there was only 1 key, Eric contacted the previous owner and got the second key and offered to mail it to us!Edit: I don t know if this is the dealerships fault or not but I hate this car. Mostly the lane assist and I fear something is wrong with the transmission. When I bought the car I was told the lane assist could be turned off but it really can t only turned down to low which seems to do nothing. I recently hit a deer, I ll be repairing the damage and trying to sell this car to some other poor sucker like me.

I am a satisfied customer. I like the friendly welcoming by Mr. Shawn Ewer with a great smile. I was surprised by the less time it took to finished the work on my car. I was treated with respect and as a value customer for many years. Excellent customer service November 7, 2023.All when well. I am a very satisfied customer It's a very friendly and clean place while waiting for your car to be service. Mr. Shawn Ewer again treated me like part of the family, by explaining all the details in a simple way with a friendly smile.

Awesome place to have service done on your car! Waiting area is spacious and there are things to keep children busy. Staff are knowledgeable and courteous, especially want to single out Sara and Jason. They were my super helpful advisors during last appointments. Great people! Only place I d bring my Toyotas to be worked on. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I wanted to thank Simon (salesperson) Paul (sales manager) and shilkys (finance n insurance manager) for making this process easy to get a car that I really wanted and that I would enjoy driving everyday. They were amazing, friendly and gave me options. I really appreciate it a lot. I definitely recommend this place if you are trying to buy a car.

My family and I were looking for a used vehicle to replace one that was involved in an accident, we visited multiple dealerships looking for the right replacement. We found vehicles but didn t feel great about the business that we were buying it from. We dealt with Madison in buying our 18 Chevy Silverado. She was very personable and easy to work with. The other sales team was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend working with this dealership and Madison to anyone.

The service I received from the service agents was great. Friendly, handled all my concerns and was able to get my car back to me faster than anticipated and out of the rental. Shawn was my agent and he went over and beyond, and provided exceptional service. It's nice to see this, especially in a day and age where customer service is beginning to fail in many businesses.

Purchased my first car here and I m very satisfied with my purchase. Rodney was amazing and really worked with me. He was kind and very helpful. Tammy from finance was great too! She explained and broke everything down to me so I would understand. I definitely recommend working with these two.

Recently purchased my first new Toyota, 2023 Prius XLE, from this dealer and was the smoothest New Car Buying experience I've ever had. Everyone a dealership was super friendly. My Sales Rep Eric was above and beyond what I expected. Eric Was with me every step of the way from picking out the car I wanted and then giving me updates on cars delivery time. On delivery day Erice went over car with me and then financing found me an acceptable interest rate to my liking pretty quickly. Mike in financing was awesome going over different options with no pressure and explaining every option to me. In the end I decided on what I felt I needed and finished the financing rather quickly. I highly recommend Toyota of Stroudsburg to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle. Also there was no market adjustment to price on my vehicle at this dealer FYI.Diving the car now for several days I must say Toyota really made the perfect car. A cross between best fuel economy and performance. The 2023 Prius XLE with 19 inch rims is obtaining 49+ mpg off dealer lot, handles like a sports car and seems to have power when you need it.(still breaking in motor and cannot hard accelerate) Very nice riding car that gives you peace of mind with Toyotas new safety sense 3.0. Very impressed with all the safety features this car has to offer. I'd say it's the perfect car for a new or experienced driver if it's within their budget. Personally I feel the 2023 Prius is the best economical car on the market. Currently I Rather own the Prius over any Tesla or any other hybrid.

I had many great experiences here, but my last check I was told I needed a bunch of stuff done to my car. The regular maintenance said brake fluid ok, but Shawn tried to tell me I need a brake fluid exchange and i asked why do I need it if the brake fluid wasn t checked. He told me he didn t want to open and check cause it can cause contamination. I brought my car to another mechanic who stated he is lying and he should have checked to make sure before suggesting such a thing.I understand they make commission off of what they sell, but with lies like that I would not shop at this Toyota. It s a big shame and a let down that Toyota tries to force people to get work done that s not needed.

I bought a 2018 Tacoma from this dealer recently. The team showed professionalism and flexibility as a first time buyer with them. They communicated well with each other and worked with me to find the best deal on both ends. Brendon, Shilkys, and Paul were very helpful about questions I had throughout the buying process. I am pleased with my purchase and I recommend this dealer for anyone considering a vehicle purchase!

Went in with an appointment to check bad tire senor and for an oil change. Nice staff. Clean location. Helpful with details and unexpected work I needed done. Have to wait a few days for parts but great service. Offered brand name and generic parts for replacements. Happy all around. Update: second appointment for tires and sensors finished faster than expected.

Had a great experience bringing my vehicle in to Toyota for my inspection I m glad things were pointed out that I needed n best part is it is shown on a video to you and described in detail n also my vehicle is not a Toyota .. John Harmon was my service advisor great customer service also best part was shuttle service provided to take me back home n pickup when my vehicle was ready ! Great job !

Mon 5 Feb, 2024I m giving highest marks to Toyota of Stroudsburg, Pa., for my recent car purchase. Brendon, Jeremy and Tammy were super customer-oriented. Thanks to my dying Ford Escape (avoid them!! Ford has huge class action suits) I had negative equity which, when added onto the price of a car, meant financing thru a bank was always refused. I found that out from visits to numerous other dealerships.Stroudsburg was able to devise some creative financing with the Toyota national financing agency. I was able to buy a used Rav4 Hybrid. After 2+ months of going to dealerships of other makers, imagine my surprise when Brendon and team called to say I was approved. Prior to that it was a long 2 months of refusals, with my intense worry that the 2014 Escape would die on the road. It seemed as though the whole team in 2 days had explored all options and gave me two ways to finance. Imagine my pleasure when in less than 2 days they advised me of financing. And I am looking forward for savings from the hybrid.I re-read this and think it sounds like some advertising agency wrote it, but it sure is not fake! Stroudsburg saved my butt!

Exceptional experience provided by Sabina! We drove over 2 hours to pick up our car, she answered every question, addressed every concern. When we got there she had everything ready and waiting for us we went into finance and were out the door in under 3 hours. Overall she s an awesome human being, we loved purchasing our car from her and will definitely be back! If you re looking for a car, go see Sabina!

I had a recall on the infotainment system and waited 2 hours. I was satisfied with the facility but the recall issue was not resolved. The system rebooted 8 times on my drive home. Called 3 times to discuss. Got 1 voicemail back but no follow up to reschedule. Disappointing.

The best first car purchase! Salesman Eric was incredibly helpful during my car buying process. He worked with me to decide what cars I should test drive before I even came in for the test drives. He has a deep understanding about all the cars I test drove and helped me feel more comfortable and confident to pick the best car option for me that will do everything I need it to for years to come. I felt at home being able to truly talk about my car buying needs. I came in twice to test drive and in between those days Eric was still helping me narrow down my choices. On my second test drive day Eric spent hours with me hoping between my last two choice vehicles, which was exactly what I needed to make my decision. I ve been driving my new car for over a week now and I still feel like this was the best choice for me and I couldn t have done it without Eric s help.

This dealership is the way to go. Overall great experience from the moment I walked in and the moment I sat down with my salesman. I would like to give a huge shoutout to Brendan and shilky for there time and attention and there care. They found me and got me in a beautiful car with low mileage that I can afford and I m honestly In love with my new vehicle. Fast Service. Answered all my questions. For the past five years, we purchased three vehicles from Toyota Stroudsburg and the level of service is always exceptional.
