I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service at Towing & Auto Repair. Their professionalism, expertise, If you re ever in a bind, don t hesitate to call them! Trust me; you won t be disappointed! We were in stressful situation when my car s engine started overheating on the highway. Panic set in as I realized I needed immediate assistance.Thank you, Russell, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. My weekend was almost ruined if you didn t come to our rescue.

So at 10pm in the evening my engine started smoking as I was traveling S on PA Route 33. I pulled over and called AAA. They recommended Towing & Auto Repair LLC. Within 20 minutes of making the phone call Russell and his indispensable partner Boo-boo (the lovely pit bull who was a wonderful comfort after being stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of the night) pulled up and towed my car right to his shop.In less than 24 hours my car was fixed (the thermostat housing was cracked) and I was back up and at it. The prices were fair, the communication was good and the work done well.I recommend to you heartily my dear reader Russell and Towing and Repair LLC for your automotive needs.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

First off, from the time I called this company, they were extremelyyyyy accommodating and anxious to help even before meeting them. They not only gave me THEE lowest price out of 10 towing companies, but they helped me get to and from them, they went ABOVE and I mean ABOVE and beyond for me. I explained to them how serious this was for my daughter and myself and they put ALL their effort in and worked with me through everything. I can NOT recommend them enough. I will be coming to Russel and Carol for absolutely everything I need with my car. You will NOT regret working with Russel! I PROMISE! I called in a panic because my father was stuck on 80 with no cell service at 8:00 at night, and a flat! Russell and his beloved dog BooBoo came to the rescue! He was so helpful and came right away! He even let my father leave his car at the garage until we could come get it! Amazing service and company! Thank you!

Had an exceptional experience here! My car broke down on a road trip and Russell towed and then fixed my truck. Russell and carol went above and beyond, helping me to rent a car and came into work on a Sunday. Friendly, profession and timely. I called Towing and Auto Repair to have my motorcycle picked up from storage. They got a truck out for me immediately and took great care with my bike. The driver was courteous and professional. Great service - great price. Will most definitely use again if needed and would highly recommend.

I called around to a couple different companies and this one gave the best price for towing. He made the process quick and easy and let me know when my car reached the shop. If you have a broken down car right now, then you are probably dealing with a bunch of headaches, but this wasn t one of them. Thank you for making this an easy process. Would definitely use again.

My back brake locked up and called for a tow at 9pm. The owner walked through what happened and helped me get my car back on the road without even needing a tow.
