I recently had a mishap with my vehicle and my insurance company recommended I use Tim s autobody I couldn t have been more pleased with the work that was done how informative everyone was and especially the office staff. They were very helpful and made me understand the claims process thanks again everyone at Tim for making my experience the greatest one I ve had.

Can't say enough about Tim's Auto Body Shop. Very professional. They ordered the parts, told me what day to bring my vehicle in, and had it back to me in three days. It sounds like it would be a rushed job considering the amount of work they had to do, but trust me, I'm very picky when it comes to my vehicle, and it looks great! They even removed the few spots of tar from my hood and windshield, not to mention they cleaned the inside of my vehicle as well. Very pleased customer! I would highly recommend them!

Easter weekend 2021 hit a deer in the Poconos. Tim's on Phillips Ave. got me squared away. Got it back and my truck looked great. They did a great job! Although, my "AT" badging was level to the ground, it was not level to the rake of the truck like the factory. Other then that, they did great.

Really happy with my first time dealing business with. Had my WRX STI in and was done really quick. They even cleaned the interior and replaced parts that I didn t expect to be replaced. Definitely will go back again for any work. All nice staff Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I asked my insurance agent to recommend a body shop for my repair. I left my car at Tim's with a damaged rear bumper, barely unnoticeable damage to rear quarter panel and a frame that might need to be pulled a few inches.They must have ball parked what my insurance would pay because without putting it on a lift, "Who knows what else we'll find when we take a closer look. This is just the estimate.", it was determined that $5,200.00 was estimated just to get started and an estimated 42 hours of labor at $1,700.00 would be needed to repair. Although I appreciate that the team was ready to commit a repairman to my vehicle for a full week with a couple of hours overtime to diligently and painstakingly execute my repair, I can't imagine the labor estimate needed for the vehicle in front with the demolished front end. I'm guessing about 500 hours and $20,000. They did however politely reattach my bumper and tail lights to the driven in condition so I could take my car to an honest repair shop.

Linda was amazing, Andy gave me an estimate within 1 hour! The repairs took only 1 day and was excellent. Tims Auto even went the extra mile and cleaned my car inside and out! Best autoshop I have ever been to hands down. True Professionals.

If I could give this place 1 star I would! Rude service and very unaccommodating to customers. It s as if they have no commonsense when it comes to rectifying any issues after the fact. Be prepared for sub par service and ignorance if you choose to deal with them.

I recently had repair work done at Tim's Auto Body and I want to say thank you to the staff for a job well done, once again. I have used this shop several times in the past few years and they are always very courteous and professional and work they do is top notch. My car looks brand new. I hit a deer on 9/9. I was advised to go to Tim's by my insurance company. I brought the car in 9/11. I was told it would be about a week. They didn't even submit the estimate to my insurance until 9/16 with a complete date of 9/25. Here it is 9/25 and they still have my car. First it was the hood they ordered didn't fit. Now the fender liner brackets don't fit, who doesn't order the brackets with the liner to ensure a fit and tries to fit the original brackets? Linda kept saying she would keep me apprised of progress but I only received updates when I called. Knowing my car was scheduled to be completed today I called this morning and was told she would call me back with an approximate pick up time at 2:30pm, yet I had to call them at 3:00 to be told my vehicle would not be ready. They were rude when I voiced my complaint. Refused to giive me the contact info for the owner. I am very unhappy with their customer service. I hope their work is better than their attitudes. Unfortunately, I can't go get my disassembled vehicle and bring it to another shop.

Linda is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I cannot put it into words how professional and helpful she was. Any issues and she took care of it right away, she was always so transparent and giving me calls on updates about my car which I truly appreciated, especially since I am states away. I still have not picked up my car so I will edit the review based on the quality of the actual work done on the car but I couldnt wait to write a review that recognized Linda. :)

I recently had a run in with a dear and went through my insurance company for this claim having no prior experience working with Tim's before. Although the estimate through the insurance company took some time the repair shop was excellent. The front desk assistant Linda made sure to check in with me almost daily. The repairs were extensive so it took some time, but time well spent. My car came back looking brand new inside and out. From the front desk assistant to the head repairman/owner Joe I highly recommend this Auto Body Shop.Thank you Tim's for all your help!

They took 14 days to complete a job they stated to me and the insurance company would take 5. Repair job and paint were decent as they should be if you replace the damaged parts with new ones. Upon picking up my car the trim on my power seat was broken. They denied responsibility for breaking the trim on a brand new car. Instead trying to state the trim on the bottom of the seat takes a lot of wear and tear. (This was a brand new vehicle only owned for 6 months.) After owning my fair share of new and used cars I have never had a seat trim break!!! After 5 or more years of use it still does not pull away from the seat. This failure to accept responsibilty for breaking my property demonstrates a total lack of good customer service and supervision of the vehicles under their care. I would never recommend a business that deals with its customers in this manner.

Whenever my family or I have any damage to our vehicles we take it to Tim's. Are always pleasant and helpful. Have never had any problems with the repairs. The car always looks great and they even clean the inside for you.

I read some of the reviews and was a little leery to get my car fixed here but I was very pleasantly surprised. I thought the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and the communication was good. Got my car back fixed and nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time using Tim`s auto body and I`m glad I did. The staff was very helpful and polite they did a great job from estimate to car rental and getting my car repaired sooner than I was told. I will look nowhere else if I need body work in the future.

I was in a very bad accident. I really thought my car was totaled. They fixed it and it looks and runs like new! Kept me updated every other day on how things were going! Great job and wonderful people to work with!!

Terrible says it all! They fixed a Subaru about 4 years ago did great so I took my f150 to them despite bad reviews bad idea! A tree fell on it so a lot was to be done took 3 weeks longer then I was told and now the pinstripes are peeling off my windshield trim came off there is still surface scratches all over my backup sensors won't work and things like the ford logo that is on the repair sheet were never replaced. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to get this all straightened out with no luck! Keep in mind I've had it back for about a month now. Never again will I go to this place and I've reached out to Allstate and they are sending me to a different shop to straighten it out. Do not go there if you want your car fixed right.

Poor service my car went in with no issues with electrical. This just happened January 2019 3 yr old car was hit in rear 2 weeks of body work then they call me to tell me they had issue with all lights lighting up on dash and that they where going to fix problem so the very next day they call me back and said issue was resolved and to come pick up car so I sent my wife to pick up car come to find out that when she got there the car didn't start they had to jump it and my wife tells the tech all my lights are on on dash so he tells her let me take it for text drive comes back and tells my wife car runs fine don't worry about all the light on dash that it will go away what kind of shop does this. I am so angry that a shop would take advantage of my wife in that manner. To be continue

Used Tim's 3 times within a year and I have nothing but GREAT things to say. Linda, kept me updated almost daily throughout the process. Every one I spoke to was personable and courteous, no matter how silly my questions might have been!THANK YOU, THANK YOU for an excellent job each time

Unfortunately, chosen this place by my insurance to replace front bumper due to deer damaged. Bumper cover has fallen off. Parts don't fit right and not snapped in correctly. Worst estimator, Andy Richards did not warranty repair performed under the guarantee agreement. I would not recommend Tim's Auto Body Stroudsburg based on dishonesty, poor quality, poor attitudes and unfriendly customer service.

Out of all the autobody shops I have ever dealt with, this shop is the best. Fast work, great paint match. I highly recommend them.

Really a class A place. Car looks great. Had to leave my car there many days after it was ready. The folks there were so pleasant and allowed the car to remain on their lot. Thank You!

WORST 4 INSURANCE CLAIMS Couldn't agree more with the review below mine. After having someone reared my new Cadillac my insurance company suggested Tim's for the body work. NEVER AGAIN 1st off they omitted what was clean damage from the accident off the report. They told me I had to pay out of pocket for the damage. 2d the work they did do WAS HORRIBLE THE WOTK TOOK 6 weeks longer then they estimated causing us to haggle with the insurance company again over the rental coast and all that was to "ensure the paint was ready dry. Well I drove by and saw my car OUTSIDE in the cold rain! HOW is the paint going to Dry outside in the rain? WOULDNT U KNOW THE PAINT PEELED RIGHT OFF LIKE AND ORANGE THE WEEK AFTER PICKUP I brought it back spoke with owner he denied it being his faultimate said that his guys know what they are doing and denied that ithe was out in the rain insisted it wasn't my car. Yeah OK u have 2 cars same make color and license plate in Ur lot. I showed him that I had called the insurance company and he laughed saying they where going to ask him about it and walked away. NEVER AGAIN!
