Chris and his team are by far the most solid shop this side of the east. Honest honest honest. I cannot stress enough how honest, down to earth these folks are. Their lobby is consistently filled with happy repeat customers..me being one. Prices are fair and HONEST. thanks fellas.

First time here as it was a recommendation from my sister. I shopped around for price and reliability since I never use auto shops, I normally do the work on my own but I do not have patience or time for a windshield replacement. They got the windshield in the same day, I scheduled the appt and I was in and out. VERY honest and sophisticated workers. I will be a returning customer, 10/10 recommend for sure, you will NOT beat their prices and if you do, the quality wont be nearly as good.

Before taking my van here I went to another shop to see what was the ticking noise coming from the engine and they said you need a new engine! So i went to this shop to get a second opinion and the shops owner Chris says he thinks it s the radiator, belts & fan so I asked him are you sure he says I think now we all know thinking comes from not knowing anyways the owner Chris charges me $1,050 dollars for everything that was done to it and then the engine went ! Be careful if you re in this area going to this shop he will skip the major problem and fix the simple problems to make a quick buck and then over charge you ..

I ve been taking my Honda Pilot and my son s cars to Chris and his crew at Supreme Auto for a few years now.This shop is the absolute best in all of Monroe county. Chris is a very honest man, he is reasonably priced and the service is excellent. Every issue I ve had with my vehicles Chris and his team have resolved and have kept our vehicles running like showroom qualityHighly recommended!Neil Crisci

I really love this place, the owner chris is one of the nicest mechanics in the area. I'm a single mother of 3 and I have no family around here for car help/rides/knowledge. My honda Odyssey is a 2015 and always needs something but the price and quality is more than fair. I'm currently here waiting for 2 new tires to get done, he's been open for 15 min and the customers haven't stopped walking through the door, the phone rings off the hook.

We were out of town and our vehicle was making a weird noise. We took it to Supreme Tires & Auto Works and I explained the situation and they got it in right away. There wasn t any big issues and we were on our way in no time but they made sure to check everything was ok. The staff is very kind and accommodating and we appreciate you all!

In summer of 2023, I purchased a set of four Goodyear tires. Just a week later, one of the tires developed a sidewall bulge. Instead of replacing the defective tire, the seller insisted I buy a new one and claimed the problematic tire would be sent back to the vendor for inspection.Unfortunately, I had to spend $826 on four new tires and I could not afford to buy another tire going through financial hardship, and despite reaching out to the credit company for reimbursement, the seller refused to credit me and even insulted me by calling me a thief.It's disheartening to not receive credit for the faulty tire, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop due to their lack of product support and customer service.I believe the owner of Supreme Tires intentionally sold me a defective tire from his supplier. When I attempted to return the tire, he attempted to convince me to purchase another one. To me, this seems like an attempt to exploit consumers and engage in fraudulent practices.

This shop is the truth !! Want to thank the guys at Supreme for helping me in a emergency situation and for doing such a great job replacing my axle, they did it in such a timely fashion too(2 days) couldn t be more grateful for being recommended to bring my car here. I usually don t write bad reviews but people should know what they re getting themselves into before coming here.I brought my car here for new tire installation (because it was a little cheaper than my usual mechanic), a wheel alignment, and an inspection. They installed my tires but failed me for inspection & claimed I needed new struts for a supposed leak, new marker lights, a wheel alignment (which can t be done until I get new struts ), and new sway bar links. After they gave me back my keys (after they put my new tires on), my ABS indicator light was on when I turned my car on (which has never happened since I ve had this car). After having him take a look at that, he claimed a piece broke off ( possibly from hitting a pothole bs it was broken in your garage) & I would need a new rear wheel bearing so my sensor could work correctly. Now that s an extra $250 on top of the $750 he already tried to get me to pay for everything else. So, I ended up just taking my car to my trusted mechanic for an inspection (just to be sure), passed, and was told my struts and everything else are fine (just recommended a wheel alignment). Saved money and learned that the cheaper option is not always the best option. Mechanics I get you need to make money but please don t take advantage of people.

In my opinion, they are overpriced and are not a professional shop at all I won't recommend them at all be careful of what they say or suggestions go for a second opinion

This is the one of the best auto and tires shops you will ever find in town. Very helpful if anything we need to get our cars and trucks done. Chris is the man you have talk to. Highly recommended

Had a small hole in my tire and gave them a call for a quote on a new tire. After calling every auto shop in town including my dealership they were the only ones that had the tire I needed on hand. The service was quick and I paid the exact price they gave me over the phone. They never tried to scam or hustle me! I will be coming here for now on!

I went in for my inspection. Chris noticed that my tie rods needed to be greased. Instead of charging me or telling me that I needed to replace them he was honest and just went ahead and took care of it. Great experience would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicles.

If you want reliable, knowledgeable, and honest people, these guys are your go to! The service lives up to the name of the shop and they stand behind their work. The guys are very thorough and know how to communicate clearly which makes my family, friends, and I confident in our desicion to bring our business here. They work with you and make you feel like family not just another wallet and because of this, I definitely recommend patronizing their services.

Got 2000$ tire and wheel package tire leaks air from sensor they didn t fix it. Car shakes and vibrates now and they won t give me a time to come get it fixed. They didn t do an alignment like they said. Thought I was doing something right by getting all new....

My car needed a bolt torched off for my control arm, they aloud me to bring in my own parts, control arm and new bolt...and had my car done in a 1 hr time...would recommend for any car repair, very nice and understanding

Doesn t honor business hours sometimes so I would call before going there. Also, they might send you to 9th street tires If they don t have something you need which could be inconvenient.
