From when I drove into the service area, I could hardly believe I was in a dealership. I expected the usual experience, being herded to the desk to state my concerns with my vehicle, a long wait in a dreary waiting area with a stained carpet and bad coffee ..Not even close! This place really does it right! I drove up to a greeter who was expecting me and knew my name. Then handed over to an advisor who was very friendly, knew all about the history of my vehicle and really listened to my concerns.I relaxed while enjoying the atmosphere. Everyone seemed so pleasant!Very highly recommended!!!!Five well deserved stars!
