This place was AMAZING!!! Excellent service, extremely professional, really nice, great communication, my car got done sooner that I thought!!! They also went out of their way to replace my Subaru decal they didn t have to do that!!! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!! Service, the quickness, EVERYTHING 100/10!!! Thanks sooo very much Rocco s collision and AWESOME had working team !!!

**Please read entire review!They are professional from start to finish. My vehicle was ready as promised in a very reasonable amount of time and it vehicle looks great!*Update*I changed my rating from five stars to 2. The reason is because I've been back to Rocco's twice for a bumper replacement from a very minor accident. The bumper is not staying affixed to the vehicle on one side seamlessly as it was before. Frustrated and stressed is putting it mildly! Now, they claim it was something that wasn't fixed correctly previously. However, they were the ones who fixed the vehicle before also.They were trying to fix it but clearly have not and want to go back through my insurance again. Why??? My insurance already paid.They're trying to get paid twice for one incident. if you guarantee your work it should be done right the first time. I understand sometimes things don't turn out as expected and if it doesn't; make it right! We'll see what happens.***Update*** 1/14/24I changed my rating from 2 stars to 1.Rocco's has ignored my calls and never got back to me to this day. Nothing!There are lots of auto body shops around that do great work. My suggestion is to look for one of them and pass by this place.

This fine establishment really knew how to put my truck back to its original condition after being rear-ended by a tractor-trailer. It was a work in progress but it they got it done. I look forward to doing future business with them minus the accidents

Rocco's did an amazing job on my Audi S4. Damaged was the fender, hood, bumper, headlight and some parts under those. I don't just take my car anywhere being I do all my own work and I'm more than happy I choose Rocco's. Lauren, Josie, and Ryan are awesome down to earth people to deal with. Communication and understanding is great. Terry whom I didn't meet did all the work and got everything PERFECT. The intercooler is lined up perfect, the body lines look like the car was never even damaged, the oem spec'd high end bumper came out perfect. Terry you the man and I would have loved to shake your hand! Don't just take my word for it though, the pictures speak for themselves on their behalf! I've included before pictures as well of some of the damage. Thanks again to the team at Rocco's!

I hit a deer a few weeks ago on my way home. I have a 2023 Hyundai IONIQ 5 , I took my car to Rocco s shop for repairs. Lauren & Ryan were the team members that over saw my repairs, they re friendly and professional as well as attentive, I got updated throughout every step of the process.( my car is electric and getting parts can be difficult) they had my car ready before my expected pick up date. If you live in the area and need a competent & professional team then Rocco s is the the spot.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If Negative stars were available....Rocco's has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. My boyfriends Jeep SRT was stolen and recovered. Progressive recommended Rocco's. The Jeep sat in the same place for 3 months without being touched. Zero communication from Rocco's, even the Insurance company was calling asking if there were any updates or was the car finished. Until we inquired about taking it elsewhere, Rocco's then starting removing parts from the car where it then sat again for another 2 months with no progress. Every time we would stop in to check on the progress of the parts, the system was down or had a sorry excuse as to why they could not give any updates. There was also an occasion when we stopped in to check on the progress and the Manager got into her vehicle and drove across the street until we left. After making a complaint with the BBB and Attorney general the car miraculously started making progress.. Today we picked the car up and the car was filthy, bottom line I question their Moral and business ethics. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP. I can speak on the this experience because 2 weeks later my car was in a accident. I took my car to Crash champions and they kept me updated every step of the way. When my car was complete they delivered my car clean inside and out, with gas.

The staff was wonderful. Especially Ms Megan. I was so nervous. About not having my car. Due to the fact my mom is dying. And thought I would not have my car to see mom. Thank you for all you did. And my car came out like it was new. Thanks again

If you re looking to take your car here DON T. They kept my car for a month and a half. My car left with problems that it didn t come in with and they didn t fix it. My car didn t have a check engine light when it went in there but somehow left with it on. They said isn t their problem. Not only that they NEVER contacted me and gave me an update on my car. For the duration my car was there. Everytime I called I sent to voicemail. I would leave a voicemail and still no call back. I have proof of me calling for literally an hour straight. No pick up and no call back for multiple day/weeks. Terrible service from start to finish. Not only that my car now has a clicking noise on it that once again it DIDN T have before. PLEASE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET YOUR VEHICLE FIXED DON T AND I MEAN DO NOT BRING IT HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. If I could give 0 star rating or even negative star rating I would.

Had an accident and was referred to Rocco's by my insurance. From the day that I dropped my car off, it was a pleasant experience. Ryan at the front desk was very helpful! Jeff worked on my car and walked me through every detail from beginning to end and my car looks better than the day I purchased it! Went today to pick up my 2017 Colorado. They were fantastic from the time I dropped it off till the time I picked it up. The receptionist was great, she was very professional and polite, she kept me informed on the progress of my truck weekly via text. If I had any questions to call them right away. The they did was fantastic. I had a rear bumper replaced and it looks like it came off the assembly line. I would recommend them for any collision repairs.

Such a beautiful job I repairing the damage caused when a deer ran out in front of me! As a matter of record, the deer got up and ran away. I was directed to go to Rocco's by my insurance carrier. They had my car 5 days and I just couldn't be happier with the job they did! You'd never know that the incident even occurred! They will forevermore be my "go to" repair center!

I just picked my car up earlier today at Rocco's after it was there for bad scrapes on both rear panels. It looked like a brand new car, even shinier than when I took it in! When I got in the car, I couldn't believe how clean the interior was (certainly not how I dropped it off), and it smelled delicious! They did a phenomenal job both inside and out!!! I would recommend this shop to everyone. A big thank you to everyone who worked on it.

My car needed lots of work and now looks great! I went through insurance to get everything fixed. Very clean lobby, got my car sooner than expected, nice representatives that actually answer the phone or call back right away (thank you Megan!). I noticed some scuffs when I picked up my car and they fixed it on the spot.

I couldn't be happier with Roccos. I have used them 3x in the past 2 years (rear ended 2x and side swiped 1x). They repired my 2020 Expedition flawlessly. They color matched the white pearl paint perfectly and the repair time was extremely fast. Staff were professional and communication was excellent. Recently, I hit a bear running across route 209 at night while driving my BMW convertible. Sustained some front end and radiator damage. I filed claim with Progressive, who referred me to Rocco's for collision repairs.Firstly, Rocco's called ME to work out a repair schedule. They got me in literally the next business day after the accident. Secondly, they determined the proper labor and parts list within hours (no easy task for a car like mine). They worked out all the coverage details with Progressive. Thirdly, they performed the repairs using OEM parts wherever possible. Fourthly, they kept me updated on status on almost a daily basis. Fifthly, they completed the repairs 2 days earlier than promised. Sixthly, they did a super job. My car looks and drives great. Lastly, the staff in the front office were professional, friendly, customer service oriented, and no doubt reflective of the entire staff's strong work ethic.Bottom line, a painless experience with an excellent outcome. I thoroughly recommend Rocco's for collision repair related to an insurance claim.Attached are 3 pics: pics 1 and 2 are BEFORE the repairs (you can actually see the bear hair stuck above the grill) and pic 3 is AFTER the repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Body panels fell off after picking up the vehicle. Poor mechanical work done during body work. Brake bolts missing and suspension parts loose. Also damaged new wheel on install. Very unsafe to drive. They would not stand behind their work and make things right.

Roccos service reps were excellent, knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of processing my claim. The work was done quickly and courteously and more than met my exspectations. I would recommend Roccos to anyone. Great job!

Today is Nov 8, 2023 and I went to pick up my car an the lady at the counter she was so nice, so helpful in giving me my car an explaining everything this was around 5:20 p.m. we need more people like her.

After an unfortunate incident involving my car we were recommended to Rocco's, and what is more unfortunate is that we brought my vehicle to their repair facility. After receiving the estimate for repair, I had questions about specific items not indicating items like rear lift gate, no power when my lift gate is a power lift gate and other things like that. When speaking with Melissa I was advised it is just a matter of clicking the correct drop down option and that my car would be returned to its correct state. I mentioned several times that attention to detail was important to us and if it took longer to repair the vehicle to ensure it is done properly that we would be fine with that. Upon picking the vehicle up, it was raining and we spoke with the individual at the front desk who handled closing out the repair and handed us our keys back. There was no lets go look at the car or anything it was here are your keys, we dont want to get wet and see ya later. After getting my car back, the damage was to the rear of the vehicle, there was noises, there was dirt in the paint, I was missing a piece for the lift gate, the vehicle was filthy inside and out, where they paint matched using the driver door their "machine" left white marks/scratches, and there was sticky residue and other stuff left on the vehicle. I reached out and had issues getting someone on the phone. Eventually I was connected with Lauren. We discussed the issues and we worked on a time for me to bring the vehicle back. At first, I was hopeful this would be done correctly since again I expressed attention to detail and how we value our vehicles. Well...we picked the vehicle up last night, there was enough white powdery substance on the vehicle that Hunter Biden would have tried to snort it, they left compound from buffing all over the vehicle inside and out, they failed to properly place the carpet back by the rear passenger door and failed to clean the sticky substance and staining off the rear passenger outside door panel. Upon discussing these issue with Lauren, she claimed they washed the car and it was road grime (no it was dust from buffing) and her only solution was yet again leave the vehicle there. I was not leaving my car there for a 3rd time so that we could have more issues. She was quick to say they fix 50 cars in a month...so quantity over quality is their moto and they have no desire to assist in returning your vehicle to you in a clean and proper condition.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rocco's is Top Notch in my book. Perfessional Staff making me at ease with every step of the process with my Nissan Rouge after hitting a bear . Once was Ugly and is Now beautiful as you can see the before and the After I'm So Pleased. I definitely recommend family and friends to Rocco's. Than you! Overall great job on my car. A tree fell on my car and I needed a new windshield and to fix a dent on my roof and passenger side door. They fixed everything 100%. Josie was great to communicate with. I def recommend them!

Employees are very professional and, well, nice! BUT the repairs to my car included parts that didn't fit and looked bad. Told that Nationwide insists on using after market (not Subaru) parts. I don't know WHO decides to do this but the overall look of the repair didn't work for me. Now much of it needs to be done again.

Worst experience with them ..no people skill .. management has none...but I will give Megan a big 5..if wasn't for her ..I would have said very ugly horrible..they are a body shop plain and simple..they should stick to that as every other requirement seems to have to be source out ..I would never recommend them to anyone..

Can I just start by saying wow. This team was almost as professional as a auto dealership. Attached you will see a picture of exactly the same car I brought in and let me tell you seeing this on the wall with there professional manner instantly made me feel okay. They pulled my vehicle in to get a closer look before I had even left, we had an answer within hours. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much!

Amazing work. Good as new. Supply chain issues caused repair to take longer than expected but I knew that ahead of time due to the vehicle being newly redesigned and very limited parts availability. They worked endlessly to find everything and they did. After everything was found assembly was only a day or two. Disassembly and paint was done prior which helped speed up return when the rest of the parts came in. Great group of people working there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
