I bought my first ever Volvo today from Ray Price! Had such a great experience working with Maria, Heather, Felix, Sara, and Lynn. I cannot thank them enough for making this such a smooth process and getting me into such a fabulous car. I ve bought 3 cars from Ray Price now and each time gets better and better. If you re looking for a dealership that cares about its customers make sure you go to Ray Price!

On November 18, 2023 I purchased a Volvo S60 2024 sedan from Ray Price Volvo. My sales person was Mohammad Khan, I must say Mohammad made my purchase very pleasant. He was very personable and knowledgeable overall, just a really nice guy. He was also very patient with me since I m not very Internet savvy he made sure to connect and Sync my phone to my car. He made sure to answer all my questions, and he continue to answer any questions I have if I call him. I couldn t have asked for a better sales person. Thank you, Mohammad.

Mo our salesman was very friendly & knowledgeable about the car, but not pushy. I usually know more about the car than the sales person, but not this time! The purchase was very pleas for a change, except for all the PA paperwork. Would definitely buy another vehicle from Mo & the dealership.

A most wonderful experience purchasing a beautiful car at Ray Price Volvo. Robert Nelson was our salesman. He was so knowledgeable and patient. Hespent so much time explaining all the features of the car before and after the sale of the car. When we picked up the car it was immaculate and they even put out the red carpet.Anthony the finance professional was great to deal with. He explained warranty details and provided great options at fair prices. I felt that both he and Robert were genuine and would not hesitate to make another purchase at Ray Price. I would highly recommend this dealership , Robert and Anthony to family and friends.

My experience with Ray Price Volvo was excellent. As a salesperson, myself I always seek good customer service. Rob Nelson surpassed my expectations! Rob spent time with me explaining every detail of the car. If you are looking to buy a car at Ray Price, ask for Rob Nelson. He is the best.As for the financing department, Anthony, worked hard to find the right rate by checking several banks. He explained the paperwork to me and signing everything was easy. Anthony made me feel comfortable. He is excellent at working the financing.Overall, Ray Price Volvo is the place to go to buy a car. I had a great experience.

Very quick and professional experience at Ray Price Volvo. Mohammad Khan was excellent and incredibly informative. There was no pressure to buy and he was very patient with me while I made the decision to purchase a beautiful C-40 Recharge. Mr. Khan took the time to have the car ready, clean and charged upon my arrival. He also answered every question I had about the electric car and then answered questions I didn t even know to ask. After the sale was finalized he sat in the car with me to set up all of the profiles so that the car was personalized to me before I even left the lot. Anthony the financial manager was ready with all paperwork when I arrived, the paperwork was signed within 30 minutes and I was on my way. The next day mr Khan followed up to make sure that the car performed correctly on my ride home and to make sure that I was happy with the purchase. I would absolutely go to Ray Price Volvo again to purchase another car in the future.

Had an amazing experience with salesman Amir he made my car shopping very easy. Would recommend him to anyone buying a new or used car, he's awesome. Stewart the sales manager was great to deal with. He helped me with my two trade ins and my purchase. Heather the finance manager was efficient and great with the paper work. I recommend this team at ray price all the way.

I had a great experience with Amir in the sales department and Mike in the finance department when purchasing my Volvo XC40. The whole staff was hospitable and did not pressure me into buying a vehicle. After making the purchase, they walked me through each step seamlessly and made sure I felt confident using all of the features in my Volvo. If you re looking for a Volvo, ask for Amir.

Bought a car for my wife from here last weekend and went back this weekend and bought one for myself because the service was so great! We drove an hour and a half here for the Volvo my wife wanted and Stewart, Robert, and the finance manager Anthony took such great care of us I had to go back for myself. There was never any pressure to buy and they gave a more than fair price for our trade ins. I will not buy from anywhere else the long drive was totally worth it!

From start to finish my experience at Ray Price was fantastic! My situation was not an easy one.. trade in 2 cars and purchase a new 1. They made everything extremely easy and worry free. As they say If you feel like you got a great deal, then you did! Thanks to everyone

I recently obtained a 2019 Volvo from this dealership. Can t say enough wonderful things about the experience. From the sales manager Jason Gaston, The sales representative Jerry Salter, and the finance guy (forgive me for forgetting his name), I was treated like I was royalty. Each exhibited extreme professionalism, courteousness, and knowledgeable about their business. Each encounter, which were few, no pressure tactics were employed, and my vehicle of choice, with everything I wanted in and on it, was quickly located and prepared for pickup. And, the Ray Price Auto Park is a wonderful place to visit. As a long time customer, I m proud to say that I was again impressed by Ray Price Honda/Volvo/Mazda team and facilities. Thank you all.

Had a good experience buying a Volvo XC90 from Ray Price. Amir was very helpful & made the process easy. Stan you have to work him a little bit but got close to the number & did the deal. Heather was the best, the paperwork was quick & painless. If you buy a car from Ray Price Volvo/ Mazda ask for Heather to do your paperwork.

This is the third Volvo in my family after a 10 year hiatus and first from Ray Price Volvo. Thank you to Corey Willemet for helping us figure out the right vehicle for us. He was very flexible throughout the process and was a very nice guy. If there was a question he couldn't answer, he found out very quickly for us. Finance Manager Nick was very well informed and answered all of our questions as he walked us through the buying process. So far we are very are very happy with our Volvo purchase.

I was in the market for a fair priced, reliable used car for my daughter and I had several dealers on my radar. After I visited each dealer, it was clear to me that my experience at Ray Price Volvo was superior to all of the other dealers. We have owned 8 Volvos thus far. There is not a safer automobile on the road. We speak from experience having been involved in a life changing car accident. This was our first purchase from Ray Price Volvo. We were drawn there because of their impressive inventory. Our salesperson was Bob Jubin. He was friendly and knowledgeable...a true gentleman and an asset to your Sales Team. The Sales Manager, Felix Cruz ensured we got the vehicle we wanted at the right price. Steve Calderon, Finance Manager stayed well beyond closing along with Bob and Felix to accommodate us and our schedule so we could drive out with our new vehicle. This was a very impressive team that went above and beyond and provided customer service second to none! Keep up the good work Ray Price! Our salesman Corey was great. From the initial contact to showing us the Volvo XC90 to the delivery. The SUV was detailed so perfect it really looked like a brand new vehicle. This started out as one of the best, most relaxed car purchase. We agreed on a price for my trade in, found a car that we liked with our requested options. When we reviewed the numbers the sales manager lowered my trade in value and tried to explain it as a miss communication, even after 3 people witnessed him tell us the offer. This ended the smooth car buying experience for us. Make sure to get trade in values in writing as a hand shake means nothing there.

After shopping online for my first Volvo for weeks and working up the nerve to visit a dealership, I chose Ray Price due to their extensive selection and favorable prices compared to other Volvo dealers in the Lehigh Valley. Car shopping with the wife and 2 toddlers is never an easy affair, and Ray Price couldn't have made it easier or more relaxing. Arthur greeted us on a Friday night excitedly and couldn't be more friendly. After an extentensive demo, rundown, and test drive for the V90 of our choice, Arthur and Greg were extremely patient, kind, and easy to work with to get the price just where we needed. We left knowing not only did we make the right choice in vehicle but also dealership for our family. The facility is top notch, clean, bright, comfortable and downright beautiful. Thank you to the whole sales and service team for staying late to give us more than the best quality of service a family could ask for!Also, the chairs in the lobby deserve their own rating 5/5 Stars!

Allow me to introduce the two BEST service advisors I have EVER dealt with, Daniela Montiel and Janice Stiff of Ray Price Volvo!I took my 2015 Volvo XC60 in for a front end alignment and it was quickly taken back for my service appointment, everything I had called about was accurately listed. But while inspecting my vehicle they noticed a potentially fatal issue. The inner tie rod needed to be replaced as it controls the steering wheel. Without even asking, Daniela arranged for my courtesy car (a beautiful 2017 Volvo sedan!), which was ready and waiting for me, my car was ready in the time promised, AND given a beautiful car wash! I LOVE Ray Price Volvo and wouldn't service my Volvo anywhere else!BUT THEN,Less than 48 hours later my SRS Airbag Sensor came on. Checking Google, the code indicated that I needed to get the vehicle checked IMMEDIATELY as I had no airbags.I called Ray Price Volvo and spoke to Janice Stiff who told me to bring it in immediately.When I arrived Janice had it taken back immediately, but not before asking if there were any other issues I had noticed. I told her there was still a persistent "crunching" noise in the left front wheel.I was met with bad news after inspection. Turned out it the SRS sensor WAS faulty. But in addition to that, my driver's front axel was cracked. I was stunned...thinking of the additional funds in added to what I had already spent.Janice was way ahead of me. Whatever she did, whomever she spoke to, emailed, texted, etc., was magic, because between Volvo and the wonderful Ray Price Volvo, there was a reduction in the cost. Janice also got me another courtesy vehicle (a Volvo XC90) as she was concerned about my safety. The loaner was great and my car was fiixed in under three days.I have NEVER gushed about a dealership or their Service Advisors before, but it's about time I did! People are all to quick to critique and never praise. I originally purchased my vehicle with Ray Price, get it serviced at Ray Price, and when the time comes, purchase my next vehicle at Ray Price!Thanks again Dani and Janice, you guys are outstanding!
