Lets review them again now that we have them a second chance as they acted like the first time they caused us a loss in business.Now a second and final occurrence.Called and ordered something over the phone. Was assured it would be there by the end of the day. Even waited until the next morning and went and again the products we were promised were sitting over an hour away and caused my son to not have the products we relied on to compete in a state championship race.I will be contacting Napa corporate and for the guys who carelessly didn t do their job to begin with and for the gentleman who refused to help us when there was still over 5 hrs left in the day. They very easily could have made the delivery guy go pick them up but they rudely said oh well Monday is the best we can do. Well this beyond unacceptable and this time I will not stop until. ALL of the individuals who failed to do their jobs are reprimanded and held accountable for their careless actions. This may not be a big deal to them but it is to me the CONSUMER who without you have no business. There is lots of ways to have public record and social media avenues to warn ALL consumers about the reliability and carelessness that surrounds there name NAPA!!

Regularly poor service here. Seems to be quite cliquey. Staff deal with phone calls before in person customers. When you walk in to the store, They leave you standing at the counter while they seem to be working on the computers at the registers. When you do get speak to someone, often the first answer is no until I push back when they look into it more and then I get somewhere. Some of the staff can be helpful!

Incompetence is what destroys a businesses reputation!! Ordered a part was supposed to be there yesterday and still no part today! This is unacceptable as I could have got the part from a reliable competitor but as a loyal customer I chose them and I now regret it. They should keep better employees to not make mistakes which cost other businesses loss of revenue due to being down from an incompetent worker failing to do their job!!! This will go up that ladder as far as it can go and corporate will be notified and I will be receiving some kind of compensation for my lost revenue!!!

They sold me a part that ended up being not compatible with my vehicle after installation. But, they acknowledged the error, were able to hold the core, refunded me, and also helped me swap the pully that was damaged on the new OEM part I bought (somewhere else) with the old one. I will be doing more business with them again soon.

I tried to get some extra info about the part I was buying and the guy behind the counter was rather unreceptive at first, though he eventually warmed up, I ended up getting double charged for my part. I'm sure they are fine with their buddies, but not a great place to go if you are a new customer.

Prices are usually good but I won't go back. Can't accept cash in the morning because there is nothing in the register. Also can't return anything until they make a cash sale. Credit only business from open until 1 pm pretty much. Waste of time.

The customer service is excellent. The guy with the tattoos is one of the best, and they have excellent hours and are even open sundays.The reason why I'm rating them so low is because they recently started a policy where you cannot order parts over the phone without paying by credit card, and they now charge shipping to the store. I understand that they don't want people ordering stuff without picking it up, but I think it is unacceptable to pay shipping to a parts store. If I am paying shipping, I will order from Rock Auto, sorry. I have an old car, so most places don't stock parts. I'm really, really disappointed that I won't be buying from them anymore.

Terrible customer service. Day 1: Bought pads and rotors for Hyundai Sonata. Day 2: jacked up car, went to put pads and rotors on, both way oversized for my car. Reassembled car, drove 35 minutes back to Napa and exchanged for what looked like more reasonable parts. Day 3: jacked up car, disassembled only to find out pads were still wrong. Traced the outline of my pads on paper, reassembled car, drove 35 minutes back again. Got an attitude from the parts counter guy, they gave me a different brand of pads Day 4: disassembled car, the pads fit!!! But the rotors are same thickness and diameter, but rotor hat is too shallow. Reinstall old rotor, drive 35 minutes back. Without saying a word, they issued a refund, they didn't even offer to find the right rotors. Not once an apology, only a uncaring bad attitude. I ended up spending a total of 6 extra hours and driving 96 extra miles because they couldn't figure out the right pads and rotors for a 2015 Hyundai Sonata with a 2.4L engine, one of the most common sedans on the road. I like Napa, but this store sucks!!!

Got what I needed headlights. I go here frequently as the other auto places tend to have a little attitude. They are busy on phone calls a lot for orders but just be patient

Always love coming here they most likely always have what I'm looking for and the customer service is amazing hats down to Brandon what a wonderful guy to work with he definitely went out of his way for me more then he should have thanks again

Walked in, 2 minutes later I left! = this place has really fast service and a friendly staff to help you find what you need.Located just a minute from Main St. /downtown stroudsburg, and there is plenty of parking to park whatever type of viechle you have or might need to work on.

I work many hours and had limited time to purchase parts on a Sunday. They were open until 5 while all other auto stores closed their doors at 2 (if they were even open). That convince alone will bring me around NAPA of stroudsburg for my next job. Thanks guys

Went to two other parts stores that didn't have a pcv valve in stock even though online one said they did. This store had all the parts I needed and the customer service was great.

They have hard to find parts at good prices. The employees lack any enthusiasm and make it obvious that they are the only retail establishment that are not dependent on return customers.

One of our customers comes in with his car that had a rebuilt carburetor from NAPA of Stroudsburg. Someone put it on for him and the engine didn't run very well.After trying to adjust the carb and set up the engine it still did not run right.We told the customer to return the carb to NAPA. What does NAPA tell him. Did the shop check the fuel pressure and the [emissions valve] cause there nothing wrong with the carburetor and you have to go to another shop so they can check. So instead he comes back to us and i checked into it a little further. We find the base of the carb was loose after taking it off and throttle plates were worn and very pitted. We tightened the loose screws and reinstalled the carb. The engine ran better but it still wasn't right. We took pictures and so did the customer. We did this for free to help the customer out. He now knows he should of had us rebuild his original carburetor.

Interesting location, this place has alternative more affordable Napa brand parts autozone and advance doesn t offer, not a bad thing or a good thing lol but the option is nice.

I was in a time crunch and not only did they have the part I needed , they also stayed open till I got there past their closing time. If there was a star rating higher than 5 they would get it!

Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to napa in stroudsburg can't get you the parts for the next day after they say the part is only 4 5 minutes away the place want to hell
