Mavis Discount Tire offered the best service to me when I had a slow leak in my tire. They quickly helped me once I got in and got straight to work on my car. With a short wait time and amazing customer service I would definitely depend on them to help with any of your car troubles. Noel was extremely helpful and I couldn't have a better experience with them. Thank you!

Noel was extremely helpful and handled my situation quickly especially when it was closing time and fixed the flat we had. We are getting new tires as well. Thank you for all your help and can say we will be doing business in the future. I highly recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed.

I had the most amazing experience with Dena. She went above and beyond to make sure my car was as good as new. My oil change was done in 15 mins and all my other services were done in no time. I can't think of a more trust worthy shop to bring my car to than this one. A big thank you to the whole team!

From the moment I walked into Mavis Tire Center, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every aspect of the work needed on my vehicle. Not only did they offer amazing customer service, but their pricing was also incredibly fair and transparent. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of work done on my car. Parked at the store went to leave the store tire was flat went to put the spare tire on and the spare was low . Lucky I remembered that this place (mavis tires) was just a few hundred feet away.Dena was great super friendly and knowledgeable. She was a big help! Great Customer service! Super quick getting us in and out. The guys that installed the tires were great! One of the best experiences I ve had with mechanics after an unexpected situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their car Highly recommend this place.Thank youFrank & Matt

Went to get my car inspected at Marshall s Creek location and was gonna fail for brakes and the manager Dena worked with me and was able to get my car fixed and passed inspection. Everyone at that location was so nice and worked with every customer. Nobody left unhappy. I stopped going to them for a while but after today I will be back and referring customers to them.

Dina was awesome, very welcoming, and helpful. Lived up here for 6 years and came in when i first moved. Then the service was not so great. You can definitely see the difference in management and everything. For sure am coming back.

Dena & Nicole are top notch with their professionalism, knowledge on all things cars. Car care is their specialty and they even made sure my wife had a ride home to our kids for the day. The new management is phenomenal. If you ve never been there, or it s been a while since you ve been there, try them again you will not be disappointed.

I was in great distress yesterday when I ran over a nail in the road. I went to a local auto zone who said they couldn t assist me. Then I was luckily directed to mavis which wasn t too far away from where I ran over the nail. We drove over to the location, and I spoke to Joe about the situation. I asked if they would be willing to help fix my tire, since the tire was brand new and I had purchased it from Mavis. Joe was kind enough to help me and Don brought my car in to get the nail taken out. They both were extremely knowledgeable and easy going. They immediately put me at ease. Joe and Don informed me on the process and they were professional and efficient and very kind. The nail was taken out quickly by Don who also plugged it up and before I knew it I was on my way. One of the best experiences I ve had with mechanics after an unexpected situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their car. Joe and Don are truly awesome guys.

Stop by on an emergency due to a Battery Light on and without a problem or hesitation Dena took my car in and made sure the problem was addressed. Communication and understanding the issue was great. Awesome job from Dena and the staff she has at this location.

I brought my car in to fix a nail puncture on one of my tires and was initially worried that they would not be able to accommodate me given my car is on lowered springs.Joseph (store manager) was very friendly and ensured that they could handle it. The car is also a manual transmission vehicle so he personally drove the car into the workshop. Lewis (mechanic) was able to lift the car on a jack (vs on the lift machine which my car was too low for) and fix the tire in a very efficient manner.I had a small talk with Joseph and learnt that he's a fellow car enthusiast as well, having rebuilt several engines as his garage project car. He was very down to earth and I truly enjoyed our little conversation.While waiting for my tire to be fixed, I noticed him (and his staff) very patiently talking and explaining to the other customers and they were all very respectful and kind, especially to the elderly customers. What a great vibe and their interaction with the other customers left me (and my wife) with a very warm feeling.My tire was fixed in a short period of time and I was off on my way back to NY. I would highly recommend this tire shop, even if you have an enthusiast car like I did. Talk to Joseph, he'll make it right for you.

Been to this location before and had a really difficult time bringing myself back. However, since my last visit they have restaffed and replaced the management team. I was actually extremely surprised at how quickly my car was pulled in and finished. 4 tires and an alignment in less than an hour, and Dena was so helpful and found me discounts to help with the total. I hate spending money on my car, but they made me feel so welcome and important that I think I may have had a change of heart. I hope the company knows just how lucky they are to have found such a charming and talented team. Faith RESTORED

The staff at Mavis has always been superior to their competition but the Marshall's Creek location is a cut above the rest! Fast, courteous, reliable service and the best prices around! I'll never use another shop!

Took my vehicle to the Mavis near price chopper. Just have to give a round of applause to the gentleman at the counter I believe his name is Noel! Very knowledgeable & amazing customer service!! I will be back!!

Dena and Nicole were amazing and made me feel as though I was not being taken advantage of. It feels good to see women in charge in a male dominant industry. I got my tires rotated and breaks and rotors done, and the price was great. I will definitely be returning back to Mavis on East Stroudsburg in Milford Road.

I received phenomenal service at Mavis Discount Tire..., my representative Deana was very professional and knowledgeable about her work, she was also very sensitive to my vehicles needs, I have already recommended Mavis to all my coworkers, friends, and family members. Just picked up my Subaru from Dina & Nicole and all I can say is WOW! New tires, shocks, struts, air filter & oil change. Feels like a brand new car. It s so great, as a woman, to be stress free when dealing with automotive repairs. Having these two young women in the office is such a pleasure. There should be women at all locations. Don and Joe are great! Excellent service, Amazing results. Was able to fix my tire when everywhere else could not find an issue. Even the dealership. Highly recommend. Came to the Marshall's Creek location and had my problem fixed in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service, very accommodating staff friendly and fast service. I came in 10 minutes before closing and they had me out the door before 5. Thank you!

Was on a girl's trip for my 25th birthday and we were staying up on a mountain. During the trip, we got a nail in the tire and decided to stop at Mavis. They ended up taking us immediately and patching it for free!! It made our day!!
