BEST MECHANIC EVER! Helped us when my friends and I were struck on the highway with a flat tire. He saw us instantly and pulled over to help us without a second thought. If you ever need help with anything related to cars, please don t hesitate to contact him!

If I could leave no stars I would. I ve been working on Main Street for 3 years and always park in the local hotel parking lot because it s the safest place for a female to park late at night. These men waited in the parking lot for me to leave (I remember now seeing them waiting in their car, I actually parked right next to them, I thought they were homeless to be honest) to come back to my car towed instead of telling me right then I couldn't continue to park my car there anymore. I didn t know where it was. There was just a rude man waiting for me to return to tell me he took it to some broken down lot. He drove me in his personal car to this lot to pay $500. They couldn t present any certifications or license for their business. There s video of them waiting for me to walk away from my car. Unfortunate for them.In response to the owner: the hotel didn t call you for my car there s footage of you waiting for me (I parked right next to you and your son literally) out of my vehicle and waited exactly 15 mins for me to return instead of being a decent human telling me I was going to get towed. You wanted to make money and you did so please don t apologize it s not sincere.

The best customer service and auto repair! My husband and I were stranded in PA after our weekend getaway because our car's alternator died! It was a Sunday so everywhere was closed but we were lucky to have found Lupos Auto repair! They are 24 hours FYI! What a blessing! Mr. Lupo came to pick up our car at the resort where we were staying and he went out of his way to drop us off at our hotel that we had to book since the car would not be ready until the next day! Mr. Lupo had our car ready early the next morning! He was very professional and went over and beyond to deliver exceptional service! Thanks again for your great service! Had a mishap on the freeway late in the evening. Ended up calling Chris not knowing what to expect. He was very professional and thorough over the phone. He arrived promptly and was very transparent with pricing and procedure. Chris treated me with dignity and respect. He was empathetic and kind and even drove me to the nearest gas station/convenience store so that I didn't have to wait for my ride in the cold. He was able to fix my issue promply and get me back on the road the next day. Furthermore, he was very flexible with payment methods and pick up times. There is nobody else I'd recommend if you needed towing and automobile services in the nearby area. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for all your help, Chris!

Chris came to where I was located with my broken down vehicle. Which was at 3am. He took good care of my car unlike some towing companies. He was very polite and respectful especially for being so early in the morning. His price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

Called a few places for a tow, anyone who got back to me said it would be more than 40 minutes. Called Lupos and they were able to get a truck to me in 5-10 minutes. Also, got some repairs done and they had it ready for me the next day. They run a great shop there . Had a frod 350 needed egr up pipe I call an they had it fix in a day . Very friendly an far price not like most of the other mechanic shop I been to in this area.

What a great experience! Made me feel comfortable in a rough situation in an unfamiliar area. I had a flat that I had a lot of trouble changing into a spare. I called Lupo's for a tow and they were with me within minutes. The crew with their tools changed my tire in less then 5 minutes, and we went to their shop and had the hole patched asap! The guys at the shop are SO NICE and made me feel like an old friend they were there to help out in a trying time. I can't stress enough how great the people at Lupo's are, and I am so grateful for genuine, professional and kind people like the crew there. There are great people still out there in the world. I never right reviews either but I had to for this shop! If you're stressed and need a helping hand, please call Lupo's!!!!

Chris was so nice and helped us so much! After waiting hrs ( 5 hrs to be exact) for a tow truck that never showed and then wouldn't answer calls or texts I called Lupo's . He showed up in the time frame he said he was going to. He towed and repaired my car in such a fast time. (1.5 hrs) and I was able to be on my way. Hrs from home. The price was amazing and everyone at Lupo's was so nice! I will def. be recommending Lupo's to EVERYONE! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dont take your chances with anyone else, calling LUPO'S will def. Be the best decision you can make for a tow and a mechanic. Thank you Chris and all the staff. Yall are amazing!Service: Car towing

Chris is an amazing, caring guy. My son was in a car accident 4 days ago and Chris arrived on scene and went above and beyond to help him through his 1st accident. I can't say enough about this guy. Thank you!

We busted our alternator belt on a saturday night, Chris got us from the park exit managed to get us to a advanced auto part and did the repair in the parking lot. Literally saved us waiting the entire weekend for a shop to be open. Was straight foward and professional, honest service and just a good guy.

The best, most courtious service and fair prices-after calling a few other guys who were less than polite-Chris was ready to go and get my stranded son-was friendly, super courtious and totally professional. I will call him EVERY TIME-and you should too. Cant say enough good things about this guy. He deserves your business. If you ever need dependable, good service and a tow-REMEMBER LUPO'S TOWING!! Best Mechanic in the Poconos ! I was out there all the way from NYC for business and my truck blew a breakline. I called about 2 dozen shops which told me they were getting ready to close at 5-6pm and couldnt help till the next day, Lupos was the only shop open 24hours and Chris went above and beyond to make sure i got home that same night after towing me back to his shop.

I was down on my luck, stranded with no help in sight. Lupo, came to my rescue in record time. He is such a good person. I plan on using him for my my cars mechanical needs in the future. What a great guy!!!!

Never use this company !!! Terrible customer service and Rude employee s, not even sure how these people are in business.. would not recommend at all. Spend your money elsewhere , I repeat spend your money elsewhere !!

I appreciate that they got me out of a sticky situation but $375 for an hour? Jesus Holy Christ!! They wouldn't quote me a price over the phone, if I had any idea I would've stayed stuck instead of getting slapped with that charge. Its EXPENSIVE!!!
