Horrible. He did sloppy work on my RV that caused damage to the inside and now he will not return my phone calls. He is expensive and will take your money but not stand good on his work. I wish I could have given him 0 star rating. Then he responds by saying he did not get any calls I just called again this morning and left a message. Unbelievable.

I'm frustrated to have to write this review, Jeff. You were kind, understanding, and empathetic when you came to diagnose my need for a new grey tank valve. While I had a feeling that's what I needed, I couldn't get under the all-weather cover as you did to confirm. You took my $275+tax to show up and spend "the hour" to look at it and put it all back together, knowing I had no income nor other mechanics responding to me (knowing you weren't coming back?). I intentionally confirmed with you that you were willing to do the work before you left. I then tried contacting you by call, VM, and text multiple times over the next three weeks with not so much as a "parts have been purchased" response, just gone. While I chose to ignore the older reviews here, I should've listened as this was a wholely disappointing experience. --- The response that you attempted to contact me is absurd as my call log has absolutely no history of incoming calls from you. If you did actually attempt to respond, you could've answered any of my texts. I reject this response as fact.

I have a problem with my RV refrigerator and I called them for help. They showed up quickly and diagnosed my problem. Said it was a sensor and that he would order it. I paid him for the service call in cash and because I had no change I told him to keep the balance toward the cost of the part.That was 3 months ago. He returned 1 call to tell me the wrong part had come in and he would call me. We have left multiple messages and as of this writing never received any reply.If they are not out of business may I suggest you call someone else.

Did not fix the problem. Actually installed thr GFI backwards. Charged me $150 for nothing! Had to call an electrician and he fixed it in 30 minutes. Now my RV is fixed! Would not recommend using this guy.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Got back to me but doesn't handle anything with the coach just normal rv equipment
