I brought my RDX in for a windshield replacement. After installation the Heads Up Display was crooked and blurry. I called and spoke with Kenny and explained the situation. Kenny proceeded to tell me that the correct windshield was used. I told him that either the windshield was incorrect or there was a calibration that needed to be done to the heads up display. Kenny was quick to tell me that there was no calibration for windshields, when in fact there is! But clearly they do not know what they are doing. They said they would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. I have not heard back from them to this day. Meanwhile I have already taken the vehicle elsewhere and got the correct glass installed and told by the technician that the necessary calibration was done.Long story short, if you have a newer vehicle stay away from this place because they clearly have no clue what they are doing.

We have had numerous pieces of glass cut for china cabinets that were broken during our move. We also recently had my vanity mirror replaced. They do an expert job, are extremely respectful & are reasonably priced. Thanx much!!!

Stay away from this place, I was waiting for my doors and windows for 2 months, decided to cancel it. Better price and service at your location HD or LwHopefully I get my money back soon without involving the police.

ASAP service!!! Kenny was extremely friendly and professional. He did amazing work for a fair price!!! Also they respected my military service! I highly recommend this spot to any one who need windows! He is faster a better priced than the competition.

Ordered a sliding shower door in gold. They told me it would take about 2 weeks for it to be installed. After 2 weeks, 3 weeks no news from them and I would need to call them to get an update on my door but got no response. They would tell me they would get back to me but never did. After 4 weeks, they tell me that unfortunately their manufacturer would not be able to provide the shower door in gold. It took them 4 weeks to tell me this! And in the meantime, I could not use my shower because it had no door. What seemed particularly frustrating is that they were not very apologetic, or did not acknowledge the inconvenience this generated for me. Very unreliable company, with limited concern for its customers.

This place is great! I had some glass that needed to be replaced in an antique cabinet I was refinishing. I brought the piece in and expected to have to wait a week (or more) to pick it up. The guy behind the counter said if I could wait 15 or 20 min. he would do it on the spot.Quality work, excellent customer service, exceeded my expectations (oh how i wish I could say that more), very reasonable prices!I WILL BE BACK!!!

Had a few windows replaced , a few screens redone,, along with some mirrored closet doors repaired, couldn't be more satisfied with the workmanship and product. They are very courteous, and pleasure to have in your home. The price was right, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My windshield got busted on the highway while i was traveling from rochester NY to long island. Something huge caused my windshield to shatter and Kenny was able to help in less than 24 hours. It was a huge relief considering I had no clue where I was and what I was going to do. They had my car dropped off at the hotel I was staying at and everything. It was great service.

Horrible people run this place. The manager literally has insulted me to my face before and been extremely rude over the phone. I sincerely hope if you're looking for good customer service, you don't come here

Finally got to meet the folks face to face when picking up window screens they repaired for my house. These folks have been to my home 4 times and replaced my corvette windshield and fixed the rear window on my Lightning pickup then previously replaced the windshield for my 3500 GM boxtruck. I met them because the "safelite" auto glass complaining that there may be rust around the window and he may not be able to do the work. In fact, they refused without actually looking closely at the truck.. Hence, I called Clear Choice Glass and told them the story, I was told they cannot promise that things would be perfect but would try and everything came out just fine.Each time, professional with a knowledgeable tech/helper who show up with his portable workstand and makes a bee-line for your vehicle. So, when these guys come, be ready, have your keys and the car in the right place they do not play around. Very experienced, practiced and knowledgeable. Pricing is very reasonable too. So, I had an issue with one of the services and these guys came right back and fixed the problem without any grumbling. When I stopped by I saw they did allot of other types of work like custom shower doors etc. So, I recon they know glass. That's that.

Was a Great place for mirrors shower doors and much more great prices but I must tell you the The ignorance of Kenny the owner I ordered shower doors 3 months ago for a customer after 15 attempts to get in touch with the Kenny or whoever is running that place to get an update kept telling me it's back ordered they're slow getting the orders in almost 4 months now that is ridiculous unheard of you didn't want to do the job you should have just been a man and told me right to my face that Chris were just too busy I can't get to you and I would have made other arrangements but to hold me up for 4 months waiting for these shower doors to come in I'll never forget it Kenny and you'll never ever get another customer from me again gave you a lot of business a lot of business but I know you can care less hey good luck

These guys are great . Quality of work is fantastic . I've had these guys do a lot of work for me over the years because they are grade A ++ I highly recommend there services for all your glass needs windshield and so on .

They installed a windshield in my 2018 Subaru Legacy at Ertle Subaru. Dropped my car off Monday it was supposed to be done on Tuesday. They had some kind of delay with not having the glass. Finally got my car back on Friday. Friday when I picked my car up and started driving on the highway I could hear air coming through the top of the windshield. Tried to get them to come to my house and fix it. They were rude and wouldn t do anything to accommodate. Monday I have to bring my car back into the dealership and wait for them to fix it. They tell me it s all fixed that it wasn t properly sealed on the top. Monday evening it starts raining and water pours in from the top of the windshield. Tuesday 8am I called the dealership they tell me they will call and have them come to my house. At 1 o clock in the afternoon I have not received a call back from clear choice auto. I called them I was told the partner would call me back after three. He told me there s no way they would come to my house and that they ve never had a leak. Allen who is a partner calls me after three. He tells me that leaks happen. He said anyone who does this kind of work will tell you the same. I said two hours ago your partner told me you ve never had a leak. He gets defensive and just like his partner is unprofessional to put it nicely. They won t do anything for me. I was looking for them to come to my house. Wednesday morning I take it back to the dealership. I get a call from James in Ertles Service department telling me my car is finished. When I pick the car up James said the technician said there was an air bubble. Fingerprints all over the inside of the window were never cleaned off. Fingers crossed that this nightmare is over. Do yourself a favor and stay away from clear choice auto. The only thing clear is that they suck !

I was there to get a mirror to replace a medicine cabinet door. I was greeted within a minute of entering. I gave the dimensions and I left place within 10 minutes with the mirror I needed. Pleased with the results! Good customer service!

They've helped us so many times, and when they give you an estimated time of when your glass will be done, it's correct! Great service and quality work. Highly recommended!

6 weeks later, numerous calls and nobody has called me back yet. I keep talking to someone, they just don't want to call me back. I guess I'll have to get my windshield replaced somewhere else.

best quality that I've ever had when they have a problem with a windshield they fix it and no matter how many times it takes my windshield fell out because of some kind of material that was on it they brought it in and put it back in never charged me they did it twice to stop the leaks and I haven't had a problem with it since I'll keep going back for windshield from this place

Took 10 days for them to come see my window then another 2 months to come with glass and repaired my old window instead or replacing it with new one and charged me $185 dollars for $35 dollars job I wouldn t recommend using them
