Never going back here. I use to go here all the time unfortunately, my brother who s a licensed mechanic came to pick me and my infant son up on the highway after this occurred now one of the technicians who serviced my tires told me one of my rims cracked and it d cost an additional 175 to fix but that was not on this tire it was on the opposing side, this tire was previously used on a car that had a bad suspension & alignment which wore it down completely, I use to love going to Barely used cause the customer service was always fair and they treated me and my family right. Unfortunately after this I will never return.

I had my first bad experience ever. In 2023 I brought brand new tires from them only because my daughter started going there I m new in PA. So on March 12 , 2024 my husband goes to get a used tired come to find out it was a bad tire that wasn t supposed to be sold. I go back to let them know today March 15, the lady that works there tells me oh know u couldn t of gotten your tire from here, if so we need to check the cameras because I can t see anyone would sell y all a oxidation tire. I explain to her that I work hard for my money $60 for a tire that s not even good. Then she try to tell me oh your other tire will need to be changed. First of all focus on the problem my front right tire. U really think I want to by another tire after this. Then she explained the owner not here and he won t be in until Saturday morning not sure what time. Know I tell her to put my donut back on I will be getting a brand new tire in Jersey she try s to charge me $20 to put my donuts back on. Bad customer service once they get your money and u have an issue, show her the receipt since she need to check cameras HIGHLY OFFENDED still treating me bad. Now she don t now when or what time the owner will be in the office.This what happens when u try to support local businesses in your neighborhood. Never again just be aware. I didn t want to do this but I m not understanding why she needed to check cameras is it because I m black u thought I was lying . Even before I had showed her the receipt my husband told her he paid 60 and she was like no it s 55 on the receipt it was $60 never apologized for over talking and trying to make us seem like we don t know what the hell we talking about. VERY RUDE customer service then she going to tell me tires is sold as is. Where do u see on this receipt as is.

I was in the middle of a 450 mile trip when my sidewall blew out. I was driving a vintage vehicle and needed a very uncommon size tire. The crew at Barely Used Tires and Auto Center got me in right away and fixed me up to get back on the road again within thirty minutes . They prevented my trip from turning into a disaster. Hats off to you, guys!

Barely Used Tires took care of our problem promptly. We called in the morning and came down and they had the truck on the lift within 10 minutes. Service was prompt and respectful. We got a good price on our used tire. We were in and out in 20 minutes.

Greeted with a smile by Andrew M. This is a good place to get good solid work done at reasonable price. Honesty goes a long way with me. You will be glad you came here. I thought that the small, home town mechanic, that will never do ya wrong was a thing of the past. Nope this is the place to go. Andrew and Jax will take great care of you. I forgot the owners name but he's gotta be a great man, for how he's trained these young men.

Had my wife take her 2011 jeep patriot today as I was working and not able to go. I come home to look at the tires they put on because there was a issue with studs needing to be replaced. I look at the tires and all 4 are to the wear marks. We needed to get this vehicle inspected. And they will not pass. I can't believe they would have installed them. Could have easily said that you didn't have any available insted of ripping someone off who doesn't know better. I'm in disbelief. I would give -5 if I could.

Good service. This place has helped me so much. I ve bought tires here for about 3 years. Never a problem, very direct and fast ! I always come backEven tho I ve moved far. I also send people to this place and friends are satisfied! Thanks for your great work !

This place is labeled barley used tires!!! 90 percent of them tires are BALD!! Not even legal, and want to charge me for there mistakes, and did not even fix the problem but quick to charge for labor with no repairs!! This place is horrible, and you would never pass inspection with them tires!! And tried to do same issue with my son and his truck.

Came to get tires and bam no choice to get them , everywhere I looked couldn't get my tires in great price, they Definitely helped me out! Ordered and that day 4/18/23 they came, next day 4/18/23 got them installed.. and they are fast...Thanks!Always been helpful .

Bought a used tire 2 weeks ago and the wire is showing already super bad they may look good but there not change name to 90% used tires the other 10% is your life.

Great place for service!I wanted to switch rims and tires on a brand new Jeep GladiatorThe dealer and big box tire stores weren t sure if it could be done because of the tire pressure monitoring system that needed to be relearnedI stopped in and they accomplished the job in less then an hourI was told by other shops to leave the vehicle for 1-2 days to see if it could be doneVery knowledgeable and courteous serviceI would highly recommend!They also offer all auto repairs at reasonable pricesI never post reviews but was very impressed with their price and serviceThanks Guys!

The worst customer service I have ever received in Pennsylvania. I went in to help my sister get new tires put on her wheels and Mike was completely rude and charged us $150.00 to take off 3 old tires and put 3 new tires on the wheels with tire balance included. When I asked him if there was any wiggle room in his price, he claimed his price was non negotiable with a very bad attitude. I would have stayed and gave him business, but because Mike was so rude, I would have rather took my wheels elsewhere even if I had to pay more. However, I found another business, Steve Shannon tire shop, who were very professional, courteous, and even went the extra step to provide me with a military discount located about 20 minutes away. Mike if you read this, I wish you the best and for constructive criticism I hope that from now on you learn to treat every customer with the respect that they deserve because if you don t, you will continue to lose business. For anyone reading this comment, believe me when I tell you that they do not deserve your business.

The larger place up the road did not have my kind of tire. So I stopped by and they had me in and out in no time. Will definitely recommend.

Driving through the mountains on a 40 mile stretch of road, I hit a pothole about five miles in, blowing out my front left run-flat tire. I was able to drive the remaining 35 miles at 45 m.p.h. to a gas station. It was Friday morning. I searched for the nearest tire service station and found Barely Used Tires, which itself is kind of remotely located because of the nature of the area, but was only one mile from my location. I drove to Barely Used Tires. A woman came right out before I even opened the door to the office and helped me. She didn't have a run-flat tire, or a regular tire that fit a 2016 Cadillac ATS AWD, so she ordered a regular tire right then and there. My tire was delivered and replaced on the vehicle in ONE HOUR. Two or three other satisfied customers were in and out of there in the meantime. The employees made me feel safe, welcome, and at home. I don't know what I would have done without this place. You have no idea.

Even though it's says barely used tires I buy mines new cause he would have a better price for them but since we had no winter they will last longer . But he's good and fast go get your tires here.

Passing through for work needed two lightly used tires figured i google. Like any normal person i went to reviews prior to calling. Havnt been here before not familiar with this mechanic. Im from nyc and know a few shady mechanics so i like to watch the work being done to make sure nothing else is tampered with. There is a massive lack of customer service. The owner whom did not show his face until i was checking the work done to my truck ,is very rude and questioned why i watched the work being done to my truck. Approaching my car with an attitude after i explained my sensible reason. I was told never to come back as if making sure the mechanic did a good job was a bad thing. The place itself seems shady even the office area. The mechanic seems like he doesnt want to be there and the owner comes off a rough around the edges. If it wasnt for how poorly i was treated and how i was rudly asked to not come back " found funny since im passing through for work" i would have actually tipped the mechanic and refered colleges but the owner kind of seems like he bites the hands that feeds him. Not sure if me being asked not to come back has anything to do with my african latino decent id rather not lump the utter lack of professionalism customer satisfaction and attentiveness. In my opinion these place doesnt deserve the customers or the money they would spend if they choose to go btw. Everything price wise is inflated 3 miles in any direction you can find what you need cheaper and not feel like you might dissappear during your service.Just being honest and to the owner while you read this . This is posted mainly due to your rudeness and mishandling of a paying customer. God bless

After a bad experience a year ago with a car repair shop a short distance from this one, where they charged me almost $40 for just a plug to fix a flat, I googled for a shop in the area where to it. I found this one and gave them a call. They charge only $15. That's depending on the damage of the tire. They found a screw in the tire. They pulled it out and put a plug for only $20. It was done fast. Don't be fooled by their appearance, they are mechanics. So they are all greased up, but very courteous and friendly.

Service was impeccable! Last minute service down to minutes before they closed and they were so kind and patient with me. I'll definitely go back.... the experience was worth it!

If you go there hopefully not make sure they tighten your lugs 100% because you don't need them falling off like mine did i lost 2 SMH good thing my tire didn't fall off and all they can say is sorry. If you can go somewhere else PLEASE SAVE YOUR LIFE

Serious, knowledgeable, informative, and straight to the point but the staff here are not rude in any way. I give them 5 stars because of their consistent and professional service. From coming here with my dad as a 12 year old until the present day getting service in my early 30s. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Went in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced and they were very quick , very polite . I m completely satisfied!

Purchased two used tires which were installed quickly and reasonably priced. Although no fault of the shop, as they appeared to be in good condition, the tires ended up being bad (made noise while accelerating at low speeds and affected handling on the road). I contacted the shop and they traded them out for different tires without a hassle. Now, no noise. Driving fine. All's good.

I called the store to find out if they have any used tires for my jeep. The guy on the phone told me they have two available. I asked him what brand are they and how much tread do they have left. He said I don't know and you won't pass the state inspection with them. Then he hung up. Very rude. What a shady store.

I bought a used tired a week ago. Two days later I noticed a leak. When I brought it back they discovered that the nozzle was releasing air. There was never a problem until they replaced the tire. And they told me that the leak wasn t a result of their work and that I d have to pay to have it fixed. They ruined my tire and refused to correct the problem that they caused. I do not recommend using their services.

Two sets of near-mint tires and a 3 belt refresh (I supplied the belts) saved well over 50%. High quality service. Exceptional value. Calling ahead, if possible, will get you in/out quickly. Strongly recommended.

Always used them because I would get the best price. But last week I called, was quoted a price told to call 2 hours ahead when I was ready to come in. Then a few days later I did, then the guy jacked up the price! No thanks. The first peice was not because the tire was on sale...no reason for the price change except that each employee is on a different page...
