I had been using the same shop for years, but their prices just kept rising. I did some checking around and was impressed with what people were saying about Synergy. I called and made an appointment for inspection and check-up. I was so impressed with all of the employees, but Brian was exceptionally informative and made sure I understood everything. I was so impressed that I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

Do not recommend this garage to anyone in the area. After taking my truck there and approving repairs, the technician broke another mechanical item and the shop demanded I pay for it. We agreed to split the cost with them and then they billed the entire amount and refused to return the keys of the truck until the bill was paid. Felt the whole process was dishonest and disrespectful.

Just moved to the area. Chose Synergy due to fantastic reviews. Dropped my car off with concerns on front end alignment, oil and oil filter change, and 50k mile inspection. Tanner explained clearly which services I didn't need and why, what I should be budgeting for for next year (tires and front end brakes), and the work they recommend performing today.Overall they are great communicators and stewards of their customers. I will be returning with the rest of my family vehicles.

Tanner was the man and definitely deserves to be recognized for his hard work and extensive knowledge with cars. I d recommend him to anybody looking to get their car worked on here.

We have had amazing experiences with all of our vehicles at Synergy! The technicians always call before doing any repair or service not originally requested, and I truly appreciate their expertise with recommend services and timelines so we can work them into our budget. We ve even received forthright advice on other service centers for specialty service when the option is more economical. They are honest, skilled, friendly, and provide quailty work at reasonable prices.

Needed to get minor repairs done on two cars: tire sensor and headlight replacement. They did a great job on both. I don't hope to visit and need to get car repairs, but feel like this shop is a place that you can trust.

My husband and I have taken our vehicles to Synergy for almost 3 years. We have been extremely pleased with the care we ve received. Repairs haven t always been cheap per se, but they are fair with their pricing and honest and accurate in their work. They do great work and stand by their repairs. Their integrity is of the highest caliber. Outside of all of that- the front desk staff and technicians are knowledgeable and kind. They always fit us in quickly. We also love that they re local to where we live and can walk after dropping our cars off or when picking them up.

Super friendly staff! This was my first time receiving their services and it definitely won t be my last.For starters, the staff has great phone etiquete. Very clear & nice when speaking to them.I got to the shop and was greeting by Jen who was very polite. The took my key and offered a seat for me to wait. Luckily I live close by so I walked home and came back. They were done within the time they said they would be. I was totaled up and on my way!Highly recommendService: Oil change

They are your good old fashioned service garage, they always do a great job. Very reasonable, they have excellent mechanics, Jen and Carolyn provide excellent customer service. Always have a great experience when I bring my car into the shop! The staff is friendly, and Tanner, my mechanic is very knowledgeable. My parents came to town from around 4 hours away and had a rear wheel bearing go bad. Even with a booked schedule they fit them in on short notice and got the job done quickly and professionally. And the shop is spotless. Def recommend

Couldn't believe how quickly the oil change went. I started chaging oil myself because other places kept trying to sell additional things and pushing them on me. It became a nuisance to just get my oil changed.My wife and I purchased a vehicle from their used dealership and decided to try out their garage for an oil change. Reasonable price, got there, smoked a cigarette, and my car was ready to go. They even checked tire pressure and topped off all fluids. Needless to say, I won't be changing my own oil anymore.Service: Oil change

Receptionist was very polite. When she didn't have the answer to my question, she called the mechanic and he was able to answer. Inspected my vehicle and then called me about some of the concerns that I had and was very thorough. Would recommend Synergy service center, they do a great job. And if there's any parts or labor or anything needed above what was discussed they call and give in detail why the added work and the cost, before they move ahead.DanService: General repairs & maintenance

I would absolutely do business with Synergy again. I brought my car in since it was leaking oil somewhere though I didn t know where, and because I had a few other concerns but didn t know how serious they were. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner, who was patient in learning about my problems as well as in explaining to me the solutions needed, and was incredibly courteous. I was treated with a lot of respect, which hasn t always been my experience with other mechanics. He got my car in quickly, and let me know what problems needed addressing and which ones I could put off for a while since money was a bit tight and this despite the fact that business had probably slowed down a lot for him during the pandemic too! The cost of repair was very reasonable, and I was given a 15% discount on top of that as part of a covid stimulus discount that was running through the month of April. I m happy to share about having such a great experience with these folks, and definitely recommend checking them out.

The good people at Synergy Service Center were beyond helpful with my car repairs. Not only did they schedule me quickly (less than 24 hours!) but the owner himself called to discuss the repairs and service options. I ve been to other auto repair shops that barely took the time to introduce themselves on the phone, let alone have the owner call and explain personally what was going on. The cost was very reasonable and I didn t leave feeling ripped off or questioning my decisions. Thank you Synergy!

I moved to Pa. About 4 years ago and the first time I needed an oil change before I got out of the of the station that had been highly recommended to me it cost me over $700.00. I just went for an oil change. Before I got out of there he told me that there were 10 more problems that need to be taken care ASAP.I went back to my home place in New Jersey and spoke to the person that worked on my car all the time when I lived there. He told me that I was being ripped off. First of all everything the person in Pa. did my person in N.J. told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with any thing he replaced.So I came back to Pa and the next time I went to another person. He too ripped me off!!So I found this station that had just opened for business and I decided to go and talk with them. I told them what I needed and had a very long talk with them about being ripped off by several of the stations and said I am looking for honest people NOT some fly by night people that RIP people off especially Women!They reassured me that it would not happen. So I went back again and am still going to Synergy!I just keep going back to the Synergy Service Center every time I need my car worked on.These people are really great!They give you the low down if something is wrong. They do not lie they tell the truth. They get you in and out as quickly as they can.They are all great people and very friendly. I recommend Synergy Service Center to anyone that asks me.

Synergy Service Center always provides great service for our 2 family vehicles. Scheduling appointments is easy, and everything is done in a timely manner. We recently had both vehicles serviced in the same day, and we were happy with the timeliness of the work that was done as well as the quality. Contact free checkout made pick up seamless.

Have been using these mechanics for several years. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonable in their pricing.Their diagnostic abilities are on target and when their findings are repaired I am more than satisfied with the repair.I highly recommend this auto repair service. Their receptionist's are courteous and friendly the entire staff is just a great staff to deal with.

Mike put an engine in my car. I have had the craziest year of car issues and I was at my wit s end. Mike was recommended to me. Hands down, this was the best auto repair experience I have had. The price he quoted me never changed. He also completed the job in record time! Finding Synergy was definitely my Christmas gift this year! I have a business in town and recently had one of my vehicles break down unexpectedly. I needed the truck fixed fast and decided to take it into the synergy team because they were close and they thought they could fit it in on short notice. They did a fantastic job on my old truck, kept the extensive repairs at a reasonable cost, and had me back up and running quickly. They have won my fleet's future business!
