Nice little mom and pop type dealership. I got a good deal on a first car for my daughter that they had taken on trade. They were very accommodating with me being out of state. The car I purchased needed some work, but I knew that up front and they priced it accordingly. Thank you!

I had good experience with most people there, they are very knowledgeable and helpful specially for the sales manager his name Frantz Deralus. He is very professional and patient and got me a good deal and I will definitely recommend that dealer ship to anyone.

Excellent shop, honest people and did everything they could to make the transaction super easy and smooth. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Bought a 2016 F150 from them, super nice truck and a great price! let the modifications begin!

Went with a friend to look at a truck. Salesman was friendly and helpful and honest about truck. It was a beautiful truck and we ended up purchasing it. Everything went smoothly with no pressure. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

My dealer, Hogan Ross, was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I also appreciated how no-nonsense he was; no trying to upsell on bells and whistles. I got a 2013 Toyota Camry at a reasonable price, and the car drives very well.

My grandma came to Synergy Auto to get the car she wanted and the pictures were complete accurate to in person. Hogan is who helped us with the process and he was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to buy a car! I had a very pleasant experience at Synergy. The salesperson Hogan, was very easygoing as we finished the paperwork and completed the sale. So nice to deal with a great company!!!

After a bad experience at another place, we contacted Synergy Auto.Mike was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful with the information on the car that were interested in. We made an appointment, drove almost 4 hours to get there, and were met on time, treated like family, and were test driving the car within 10 minutes of our arrival!It was one of the best car purchases that I have ever experienced.Thank you Mike for a job well done.

This was absolutely the most perfect experience I could have ever asked for. They aren't down your throat to buy something, they're honest, it was a quick and easy process and they explained everything every step of the way. Both Kelsey and Mike were such nice and friendly people, they really treat you like you're a friend of theirs. Not just a customer, and that made me feel really great. Probably the coolest thing was $50 of the purchase went to a charity of my choice. There is definitely no dealership out there like Synergy. I will be recommending them to anyone in search of a vehicle. I love my 2011 Silverado! Thanks guys!!! (And Chance the greeter too!!)

A great place to find a quality vehicle with an inviting and easy-going staff. That's the short version.We live about 40 minutes away so it wasn't convenience that brought my wife and I here. What initially drew our attention was their inventory and prices. It seems they mainly deal in better quality used motors. We were looking for a particular model which they had and it was priced below our local options. When we got there, Hogan greeted us and allowed us to shop at our convenience without being pushed. While we had 2 vehicles there we liked, the initial target was as advertised and my wife loved it. Key and tag quickly provided, took it for a quick spin, ready for paperwork. We worked with Hogan until financing came into play. The owner, Mike, stepped in and took care of the remainder. Both fellas were easy to work with, especially during this crazy pandemic where you never know how people are going to act. Before too long we were on our way home and my wife had the car she wanted. That's the easy part.Within a few days we had some issues with it. There was some back and forth with trying to find the problem, which is the part that frustrated us, but that was the service end not the sales end of things. Long & short we find out the engine needed replaced. Yikes. To be fair, not a fault of Synergy, certainly unexpected on our end, and we come to find out it's an issue that the manufacturer is fully aware of. We tried to push the manufacturer to provide assistance but because we buy used vehicles and do most of our own work, we don't have any "customer service points" and no assistance was provided. So here my wife and I are having bought a newer vehicle because we wanted something reliable and it needs a costly engine. Mike stepped up and cut us a check to purchase a replacement engine. We felt a bit more confident having our family members shop install it, we covered the labor end of things, and now we have a brand new engine in it. We now have a reliable vehicle - with powertrain warranty.Look, I'm not thrilled to have bought a vehicle and waited 3 months to really drive it after replacing something relatively major. I viewed my overall investment and what I got at the end and I am satisfied. What I can say is throughout the entire process I was assured I we wouldn't go it alone, and when it came down to it Mike took care of what we agreed to be fair so I can't ask for much more. Plus there's now a class-action lawsuit so maybe we can get some of our money back.

Prices aren't that bad. But ...... if you want to trade in ........ they low. Low ball you . I was very disappointed. Not the place I've been and done business before .

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Mike and Kelsey do an awesome job by making the car buying process simple and easy. They also give a portion of their profit to help a charity of your choice! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Synergy Auto Sales! We are glad we did as we love our new vehicle.

So I originally went to look at one of the final gen Avalanches to replace my 1st gen 2500 Avalanche. However, they had a great looking 2011 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn edition on the lot too. It was outfitted nicely and had low mileage. Within 4 days I drove the Ram off the lot. I mainly dealt with Hogan but I did also meet with Nathan as well. They were not the least bit pushy or overbearing with trying to sell the Ram. We were able to come to a good agreement of terms for the purchase. The paperwork and everything took about 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend dealing with them when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Additionally, they have multiple charities they give to and you get to choose which one gets the benefit from the purchase.

Mike and the team at Synergy were wonderful to work with! He stayed late for us, and ensured everything was done properly. Great integrity and stand behind what they sell. We had issue with CD player not working and Mike did everything he could to make it right without delay. Highly recommended, and would definitely purchase another vehicle here!

I have been purchasing cars since 1973. I have always found joy in owning a new car and taking good care of it for years. This was the first time I purchased a used car. I was pleased to find the car I needed at a great price. Kelsey and Mike at Synergy are super! Great place to get a used shiny car almost like new. Thanks Kelsey and Mike and your crew!

I had been working with Hogan, Nate and Mike at Synergy Auto for months trying to acquire a truck. After back and forth negotiations, I felt the decision was not right for me at the time. IN NO WAY, did anyone at Synergy pressure or hound me. They totally respected my decision and treated me with absolute professionalism, while giving their valuable time through the process. Even though I did not make a purchase, I can say without hesitation that Synergy Auto is a high class business.On another note, as I was in their office late yesterday, I noticed Mike, the Owner, entering the showroom floor in a set of work overalls. Why you ask? Because he was actually in the garage doing brake jobs and oil changes. An owner who takes the time to work late and literally get his hands dirty speaks volumes to me about the commitment, character, and leadership from the top down.I would, without a doubt, recommend Synergy Auto if you are in the process of purchasing a vehicle.

Then a Google search pointed us to SYNERGYAUTO SALES in Strasburg, Pa. We found and bought the bestTahoe ever. Mike and Kelsey are knowledgeable, personable, and knowhow to take care of their customers! Not only did we get a fantastic price, they got us a great 3yr/36k warranty and did all the tax/tag/title work too. We drove off with nothing to do but Enjoy! What a great experience.We will be back for sure.

Kelsey and Mike are two awesome people who helped me find the car i was looking for. I had called before and told them when i would arrive and right when we got there Kelsey had the car cleaned and ready for me to take it on a test drive. The customer service was outstanding, and i will definitely recommend Synergy to anyone looking for a great car for a great price!

I just bought a Nissan maxima from these guys. The overall experience was amazing. They are very nice and understanding. The car is in great condition and they had a lot of knowledge about it. The vechicles are very reasonably priced and the vehicles they sell are in great condition. The building and lot is very clean and well maintained. Well worth the hour drive.

Off book car dealership with cars ranging from nice Audi to something just short of a clunker. They claim that their prices are low enough that they don't haggle, but I tend to disagree. We went to look at a car and the salesman (which I think was the owner) went on this 3 minute rant about his pricing being rock bottom and that this is the way car buying should be. We wanted to trade in and he was the lowest trade of all of the places we visited by over a thousand dollars. The best he could do was to tell us he goes very religiously by the Kelly blue book and that he could go up a couple of hundred dollar but not more. Needless to say we didn't purchase from him.

Had the exact car I was looking for and had it priced to move. No haggling, so song an dance, no bait n switch, just honest 'we stand behind our cars and price them appropriately' If you like win-win scenarios PLUS the ability to choose from several fantastic charities for $50 of Synergy's proceeds to go to from your purchase, check these folks out. My son needed a car and I wanted him to learn the steps in buying a car. They were very patient with him and helped him along the way. Financing was arranged and the price was very fair. They also gave him an extended warranty. As a current Marine he was also happy to support a veteran.
