I like this car wash over a lot of others. Some car washes can be very aggravating when their water pressure for the rinse function is low, causing you to deposit more money to finish the rinse. But I never have that problem here. It's located right off the main road thru Strasburg, with easy access and departure. My little Mazda looks brand new after utilizing this car wash! This is definitely my favorite spot to wash my vehicles.

The water is frigid cold . The warm water rinse did not get warm the entire time. The soap that is supposed to come out is next to none. The warm air dry only blows cold air. The only plus is it is clean. I am a traveler on the road I have used a lot of car wash dog washes and this one by far is the worst for the cost. 1.20 a minute. Best wash your dog at home

Car washes not working properly. Tried paying several times and says processing payment then goes back to tge beginning. Have to watch bank statement hoping it's not scamming its clients.

I was on a road trip visiting the area from out of town and needed to wash some road grime off my car.I googled carwashes in the Strasburg area and found the Strasburg Carwash in my searches so I decided to try it.I selected one of the self serve do it yourself bays......I was partway through the wash process when I discovered that the foam brush was inoperative in that bay.A piece of duct tape had been placed over the foam brush selection on the selector dial.I washed the car with the high pressure wand including soap and tried using the brush but with no soap coming out of the brush, I could not get all of the road grime off the car.The foam brush feature needs to be repaired or else a note posted in that bay notifying customers that the brush is out of service before a customer commits to a wash in that particular bay.

Car wash was fine, but there was a wheel and tire cleaner leak on a line in the ceiling that dripped onto my car which leached the chrome off my grille....

Usually 5-star. On my recent trip I had an issue with the middle automatic wash bay that resulted in the wash cycle stopping prematurly ending after the undercarriage wash. I successfully used the other automatic bay but ended up spending $20 for a $10 wash. After searching, I was able to locate a contact number on the front maintenance door of the business. Since I had paid cash (as I always do after a credit card skimming operation at a car wash in another state), I received a credit for another car wash. Had I used a credit card, a refund would have been applied.

Strasburg car wash and dog wash are both amazing, the never cease to give me exactly what I want. The car wash isn't to harsh or too gentle its just right! And going to the dog wash is super cheap and saves a ton of time. My only complaint with the dog wash is the warm air dry setting never seems to work.

I go here at least once or twice a month. Triple foam has not worked in the last 6 washes. Car still dirty after every wash. Wasn't always like this. Please fix asap.

No line at 1pm. Used the premium wash for $10. Wash was consistent but failed to remove all the dirt especially on the bottom 3rd of the car. Would use again in a pinch.

I'm not from this town but I did use this car wash... Mainly out of curiosity because back home in Wilkes Barre Pa we have no good car washes unfortunately. This one was very good. Clean bays and soap came out in full force as did the wax. Very good water pressure as well. To the owner... Please build a good car wash where I live in Wilkes Barre Pa

I used the dog wash the coin machine kept eating my quarters... every .75 cents I put in only .25 would show up so I had to use bills. The disinfectant wash did not come out. So I used the warm rinse to clean out tub. The blower was kind of weak. But very close and my dogs didn t mind getting a bath!

I spent $12 and my car looks worse than it did before the wash. I will NEVER use the automatic wash again. It is terrible!!! I do NOT recommend this car wash!!!Believe me I understand equipment fails but this was the second time I was there and it did the same the first time. I thought I'd try it again but there won't be a third.

This use to be my favorite car wash. Today I'm totally disgusted! After all the rain we have had, I thought I would get my vehicle cleaned up for the New Year tomorrow. I selected the Ultimate Car Wash ($10) and received 'rinse water' sprayed over my vehicle. No SOAP at all. My vehicle looks the same as it did before I entered the car wash. Thanks for nothing! I know not to visit this establishment again.

Would not accept a card! Only had a $20 billl. Machine gave change of $12 in Quarters! Wash was ok.

Excellent car wash for the price, offers do it yourself or a drive thru which for the premium wash it's 10. if you go to the one on the left, the far right premium wash is 12, not sure what the difference is. Also has a dog wash!

I paid $10 for the Ultimate car wash and my car looks the same as it did before it was washed. This was a total waste of my money. I will never go back!

It was horrid. I used my debit card for what was suppose to be a $2.25 car wash and they charged my account $20.00. This place is a scam. STAY AWAY!!! I had to give one star in order to post this review but its a no star business.

Just wish they had the more powerful pressure washer spray hose they used to use back then. Otherwise great place to do it all yourself

Paid $10 - pulled in - water sprayed on my car and that's it. Nothing moved, the exit door never opened, had to back out with goop on my car and no ability to get a refund. No one on site. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

Very clean laundromat with plenty of good washers and dryers. Regular and large load sizes for both.
