Strasburg Auto & CycleAbove the rest. Called lancaster Harley the new improved lancaster Harley they tried to bleed me dry. Called Paparo they pick up you talk to them there respond I ll call you back. days go by no phone call not responsable enough to return your phone call. Then not responsable enough to touch my bike. Al s wow the most rudest person on this earth how does he still be in business but look at his reviews on Google not so good treating people so wrong hanging up on them. Treat people like there beneath him. Ignorant person.My followers I found a new place Strasburg Auto & cycle ( Randy ) is the Gentleman name straight up person. Treat you like a Humen being. Got my bike in gave me progress calls on my bike and when to pick it up. Treat your bike with the most respect like it was his own. ( Randy ) is a hellish Mechanic and custom designer look at their site for custom work. Treat people like there Humen being. Workable quotes awesome work done. ( Randy ) is a person there to help you not shaft you. Bright future for this shop. 5 Thumbs up AgainThanks Randy

I take my motorcycle there for inspection, this time I needed a back tire, Randy got my tire and had it on in no time flat, my bike was ready a day early. Great work, I think their prices are spot on. Randy also let me park my truck there, in back lot, until I could come back later to get it, Great service!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Excellent experience. Taking a day trip to PA and brakes starting making a weird noise. This place helped us out in a jam. Got us in, fixed the car in no time and we were on the road. Fair prices! Would definitely recommend. If I lived closer this would be my new auto repair shop.

They go above and beyond! Dropped my car off at 7 to have a wheel bearing replaced. Picked it up at 12:30 the same day. They're honest about pricing. With the repair they went ahead and did my inspection. And fixed my trunk button! All for under $400. I got a flat tire on my way to work while riding my motorcycle. I stopped at two local gas stations to use their air pumps but my tire would not inflate and the nozzles would barely fit on my bike wheel. I was starting to run late and had little expectations of making it on time. I slowly rode my bike down the road hoping to find a miracle repair shop. That s when I saw Strasburg Auto and Cycle. I couldn t believe it. I parked and found Ed who was in the middle of a job. He dropped what he was doing and gave me a friendly greeting. I explained my situation and he fixed my problem in 10 minutes at a very fair price. I made it to work on time and my hope was restored in society. Thank you Ed at Strasburg Auto and Cycle!

Shady shop with no ethics. Vehicle had cracked windshield after leaving it with them for an hour for an inspection. They wouldn't pass my inspection due to "undersized tires" unless I bought a new pair of the SAME dimension tires from them. Take your business elsewhere if you value your money or vehicle.

Old fashioned vs. Quality customer service and repairs honest staff honest pricing on his policies the customer truly comes first and they stand behind their work no questions asked wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else

Absolutely the worse repair job, if anything was even repaired. Prices are outrageous, workmanship was awful, and customer service was disastrous. Save yourself the time, money, and trouble...go somewhere else!

I will never take my car here and hope you will never to. They ripped my grandmother off for a $160 of work they never did and And gave here false information Don't need to explain just take my word.
