So, bought a BMW X5 from these guys. Real nice guys. Seemed like cool dudes. However, I never got my title, and the registration that they gave me, that I PAID for, is not valid. I now have thousands of dollars in work done to it, nevermind what I paid for it, and I don't even own it. Furthermore, the plate they provided is dead. Can't even drive it. Called twice, stopped by once. I'm giving this until the end of next week. Then legal action. No choice

Worst experience ever. They are scammers. Liars and full of it. If you're Hispanic, don't buy here. They use the Hispanic guy as a front to sell cars to unsuspecting Hispanics. As for everyone else, they don't give af. If you're awoman, they think you're an idiot. Stay away!!!!

They suck, told them I was on my way to purchase a car from Marketplace. Car was on for 25 days, rented a tow dolly, drove an hour and a half and was told the car was sold. He couldn't reach out and let me know knowing I was on my way. Total scumbag dealership, guy laughed at me when I said you knew I was on my way. Don't waste your time with this place, they are a joke and I will watch for them on Marketplace and give them bad reviews there also.

I paid in full for vehicle. Was promised a clean title with no liens or incumberances at time of purchase. Never received title, ownership never transferred to me.It's a shame, because they actually sold me a good car.I have followed up multiple times with them, only to be lied to each time, as independently verified with the motor vehicle commission in their state, as well as mine.I've spoken to our local state rep, the licensing board for automobile manufacturers and dealers, and I have an appointment with the auto fraud investigator of the PA state police...I guess I should've listened to the BBB complaints, but I was blinded by actually getting a good car.All I want, is a title, or the money back that I gave them.Guess I'll see them in court.

They are amazing bought multiples vehicles from them had an amazing experience. No one seems to ever give a good honest review. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Zero stars. attempted to purchase a vehicle I found on marketplace. The man listing the vehicle said it was located at this shop. As I showed up to see the vehicle it's no where to be found. Reached out again guy says it's on a storage lot nearby. Ok that's common I thought for a shop to have a auxiliary storage lot. Try and comeback to take a look at the car and he proceeds to be unresponsive. Ghosted on a junker car. I'm still not sure if the problem is with this shop or with marketplace. Regardless situations like this ruin the entire industry and give it a bad image. Thanks Will

This guy is a joke and all around jerk. My kid wanted to buy a car there, my husband notified him when they were leaving, it's an hour and a half drive, the guy said ok, and when they got there, this creep said it was sold. Straight up went and sold it out from under him and laughed about it. This place doesn't deserve anyone's business.

Absolutely a horrible experience. Paid cash for the car months ago and have never received a title or registration. Every time I called they assured me the title was on the way. I have no alternative but to involve the state police. Stay away from these guys. They re trouble.

My partner and I saw a Facebook post listing a nice truck and figured we'd find something else nice too for her to drive, literally walked in, they got us situated in less than an hour in an awesome Altima within our budget and I certainly will be coming back over the fall to find a nice 4x4 for the winter,THANKS KINGS AUTO!!!

If there was a button for negative 10 stars I would press it immediately. I would highly advise everyone that is thinking of buying a car to stay away from this establishment. I recently purchased a 2008 GMC Yukon from this gentleman that was not cheap to say the least. I bought this vehicle to transport me and my lady, daughter, and Godmother to work and doctor appointments which I stressed to him. After knowing this, he insured me that this would be the perfect vehicle for that, and that we would have no issues down the line(which I regret tremendously) thus the reasoning behind the purchase. Well, that was absolute lie!!!! the transmission in our SUV went out within a month of ownership. We did not even receive paperwork in the mail yet to show how quickly of a time line of this happening. I reached out to them at kings auto multiple times to see if they could rectify the situation at hand, and he only responded once to tell me to change the filter and check a solenoid which is absurd. I am disgusted with my experience at king auto sales, and I would not send my worst enemy to this place. We literally drove two hours for nothing. ! now I can truly see why he was so quick to have us sign a as is form on the vehicle. It amazes me every day what people do to elderly and a young family just to make a dollar.

Not a nice guy at all. Sold the car he had listed on Marketplace when my brother was already on his way after they discussed it. Didn't even tell him. Waste of time, gas, and got a 16 year old's hopes up just to be a jerk.

We bought a jeep from them 4 years ago for 500.00 . I just sold it for 5oo.pp. I didn't have one problem.. And let me tell you something, those guys were great. If you buy a car as is you buy it as is. You have every right to get it checked before you buy it. Don't blame them for your own incompetence, or laziness. I highly recommend these guys to anyone. J.B., Willy, and their mechanic Mike go out of their way for you.

Purchased a 2006 Pathfinder from this dealer, to go to NY state. They assured me it was ready to pass NYS Inspection.....wrong. I had to replace a wheel bearing, three ball joints, an outer tie rod end, two broken coil springs, two of four oxygen sensors, and the rack and pinion. They refused to do anything for me. It ended up costing me $2650.00 above the selling price, just to pass inspection. Very dishonest . Save your money. They are junk dealers, not a used car dealer.

He sold us a car that had so many problems it s not even funny that we had to put $1000 into the car when he said that everything was all good we drove off his lot and the car shut off on us when we almost got home in the middle of the highway do not trust him take your car to a mechanic before you buy his car now he s not answering his phone so he know he sold us a lemon this is a shame because we are repeat customers

I was sold a car that only drove for two days the engine has three weeks in it and now they won't answer the the phone. I paid a pretty penny for this car another not answering the phone they are scammers please do not use them.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!They ripped my daughter off big time she brought a car it ran good the first two days. And ever since has nothing but problems. Every light you can imagine keeps coming on. Thanks for taking all my daughters hard working money and giving her a piece of junk! Nothing but a bunch of scam artists that sell unreliable cars.That last less than a week.

Awful car place, my pregnant sister bought a car and they assured us it was going to be a safe car. Not 10 minutes down the road it was giving issues and the engine light was on. He played on her having kids and tried to say that he gets it because he has kids and what not, back here the next morning to try to discuss it with the owner and the only person there is the mechanic guy.

I do not recommend getting a car from here. I bought a jeep for my wife to drive my three young children in and we discussed this with them. Everything seemed so perfect about this jeep until the next day after I bought it I brought it to get inspected for Northampton county so it would have both inspection and emissions and to have an oil change the frame is rotting bad. When I called to speak to them about it and told them that this needs to be taken care of or I will need to take proper legal steps and his response was sold as is sorry to tell you. It s alarming his response to having an unsafe vehicle that he sold from his lot is sorry sold as is when told the situation. Grateful I went and got it checked out at least so my children can be safe.

Nice sales man didn't push other cars on you if you didn't like on one you went there for. He was every friendly. I would recommend them to my friends.Update I went back to them for a second car meet the owner he was really nice made conversation about anything we wanted to talk about

They sold my son a junk vehicle that didnt even last 5 days. Went there multiple times, called repeatedly, sent letters and still never not once replied. They are thief s!!! Steal peoples hard earned money and then run

They are scammers. Unfortunately like everyone else, I too was scammed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.I don t even know how this place is even still running at all. I know one thing for sure, they will mess with the right person one day and loose everything they own. I d love to be there to witness their downfall.
