EXTREMELY HONEST MECHANICS. I bought a used honda crv here back in December. The car stalled on me so I brought it back in to have them look over it. Originally was going to be charged 170 service fee (most, if not all shops charge for at least an hour of work, and most shops are 170-175 shop fee per hour) but when I came to pick it up Mark checked me out. He said it looked like my car never received a thorough used car inspection before purchase, so there would be no charge. They could have easily not told me that and charged me the fee. They also noticed my inspection was up in May and gave me a full inspection so I m good until next March. EVERYTHING FREE OF CHARGE. I ve never felt more comfortable and well taken care of by a mechanic shop, especially one connected to a dealership! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Electrical component warranty, non-void for trailer, light problems and also oil cooler tubes leaking within a year from purchase will not cover under any warranty. I carried paid full retail price of service I d ask for quotes in return calls when my service was done previous had inspection within one month of troubles with oil change inspection took four hours, then waiting in the room checked on service still in garage. I m not a happy camper. Poor quality service.

I tell you what I've never found car shopping so easy my sell's representative was Michael which he was on point he asked a couple questions on what I wanted and what I needed ask me my budget and he pulled out 3 cars test drive one And made a sale I went home a happy car owner of a 2022 equinox RS totally love it very professional thank you stalker Chevrolet and have a happy New Year

Friendly informative quality service. I stayed in the waiting room and declined an offer for a ride to the "waffle shop" etc with pick up service. Waiting room temperature was comfortable as well as the furniture. I finished my bring along work just in time to be on my way!

Have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the last 3 years... they work with you to figure out what works best and then work diligently to get the deal done... trustworthy and fairly priced.

Good service. But when they gave me the total of what it was going to cost. I told them that I needed to transfer money over. Instead of me getting changed once for transferring money to my account I received two charges. If they had said the amount before taxes I would have transferred more the first time.

Not good service after the sale. Took many months to get a seatbelt replaced. After they canceled several times. Took over 7 hours to after drop off just to tell me they still didn t have the part. Sales person lied on how and what the warranty covered.

I brought my Yukon here for transmission service after other garages were quoting much higher prices. I was a bit nervous as I don't typically use dealerships to service my vehicle but I was happy with the service. They did call to point out a few other issues that the car had, gave me a quote, but didn't try to push the extra service (which I declined). They also have a shuttle to take you to and from work. The gentleman operating the shuttle van was courteous and prompt.

Ordered mud flaps on 10/26/2018. Called and left message with parts dept. Never received a call back. Service manager called after last review and scheduled an appointment for installation. After an hour of waiting service associate informed me there are no mud flaps available for this model. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing!

Staff is always very helpful and very friendly. Service is also good. Bought the truck here and will keep bringing it back for service. The biggest plus was I picked it up during a snow storm and staff was cleaning off my truck! Again, top notch folks working there.

Was here for parts didn't get acknowledged at all even though there were people all around working spent to much time there because I was on the clock should have been helped sooner and faster. The sales lot was empty and it seemed like the dealership was going out of business.

I am very disappointed that they no longer give military discounts. I personally am not a benefactor of this, but have family members who were. No longer a great great guy in my books.

These guys found a simple bad wire that years of different mechanics could not fix. The vehicle hasn't had to go back to a repair shop since. Thank you guys, I wish I went to you first. I would have saved several hundred dollars
