This morning I dropped my car off, I worried about the expenses and hearing all the things wrong with it. After picking it up in the afternoon, I was so relieved! Great service and at a great price. I had the pleasure of buying a used car from this dealership. Brock Erdmann helped me find a great car, I highly recommend working with him. He was professional, patients, and was focused on finding the right fit for me. The whole process was seamless, and he even offered to deliver the car to me if needed.

The service was fine. They forgot to put an oil change sticker. It's not the service department fault, rather the owners. When I bought the vehicle from Maggi, I was given free lifetime inspection. Stuckey is not honoring that or free tire rotation. So a visit that should have cost me (my opinion) the price of an oil change, ended up costing over 100 dollars. I forgot, I received new wiper blades, which I needed. Brandon (service Manager) did a good job with following up with a phone call and listened with compassion to my complaint. Stuckey might want to think about there policy's and honor them. The free inspection was the difference in the sale. So there rating is a zero. Thanks

The service team at Stuckey Mitsubishi is fantastic team. Karin was so amazing with me did a great job dealing with me and making sure they leave knowing that they'll be in good hands when they need to return. Second time trying to get service and told it would be quick drop off and never are they ready! I waste my time while they rudely take calls instead of helping me and wait around for a CLEAN loaner! Originally want to give me a dirty loaner that has been smoked in and pet hair all over.Ridiculous! I rather go somewhere else for service. Then to top it off, they ask me to being the loaner back and switch to a different loaner because they sold the vehicle I am loaning. Really? So I am supposed to waste my time to trade vehicles???Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had to get a tire patched before a doctors appointment. The service team helped me out quickly and I was able to go about my day without missing any appointments. They were very straightforward and professional

The mechanic that worked on my truck did my brakes, rotors, and replaced a bad caliper. He did my inspection and emissions as well. The caliper was unexpected but my fault as I waited too long to replace my brakes. He quickly found me the best price. The whole experience was quick and easy. My car was making a strange noise due to an AC compressor bearing�problem, and then it stagnated in the middle of the road due to a power steering belt�rapture. That�night, I towed my car to Mitsubishi State College Service Center. My car was inspected based on my claim, and I was charged $139 for the inspection. Prior to this occurrence, I was there to get a minor issue with my car fixed. They waived my inspection fee at that�time. It's quite depressing that at present time they didn't waive my inspection cost. They charged me roughly $1200 for the AC compressor, power steering belt, and another plug replacement in total. Because my car had been towed there, I had no other option except to take it to another mechanic.�They took advantage of the circumstance and set it up in such a situation�that I could repair it with them. They did, however, provide me with a loaner. Brandon tubbs was very helpful and professional. He got me everything I asked for no questions asked and even likes riding ATVs! My advice to Brandon is that you can't go wrong with a sususki king quad if your looking to upgrade. The power steering will save your wrists and track and trail always has good deal for brand new fresh out the shipping crate ones. Stop down there sometime and take a look thanks again!Service: Body & Trim

Attempted to call to talk about a possible oil change and using a gift card. Left 2 messages with people to call me back....as did my boyfriend. Never got a call back whatsoever. Was planning on maybe adding a transmission fluid change as well but since no one has bothered to call back we will be taking our business else where.

Bad service, I was told my car was under gtd and then was not covered, they quoted me 1146.00 dollars for a rear wheel bearing and I said no, I took it to a garage and was not accurate diagnostic , was front wheel bearing and got it fix in a garage for less than 200 dollars, and the dealer also said I needed brakes was another chunk and the garage said my brakes at 90%. Do not needed brakes and rotors like the dealer quoted me , I will not come back to Stuckey , they just hungry for money and poor service I droop my vehicle in one place and have to get it back in another in another place like a mile and half away, did not offer to take me etc. Is a joke this place. Never again with Stuckey. Lesson learned.
