I honestly don t got anything nice to say about this place I ve had my car for three years now the car started rusting they painted over the rust two actual dealerships told me about it my first month having it the gas injector went bad so I dealt with three years of putting gas in it and having a hard time starting it up they use use parts to built these cars back up and for what I pay every two weeks is stupid and ain t worth it I ve had this car in the garage so many time not even really been able to enjoy it I don t recommend this place to anyone don t be like me and fall for these guys

What a blessing to finally have a vehicle! JD Byrider made it easy! Nice vehicle! They went above and beyond! To include coming to my apartment and taking me to the dealership! Plus they have a 2yr/24000 mile warranty that's included with your purchase!!!! Thank you JD Byrider!!!!

My car broke down 3 weeks ago. Credit is increasing but not where it should be for a decent loan. They got me in a car in 4 days. All in the mean time it helps build credit. They are very welcoming and they helped me get around my finacial hurdles in order to get me back on the road with a reliable vehicle and a reliable warranty. Something my last two cars "came" with. Would 100% recommend! My car is clean, and drives great. Couldn't be happier

Byrider bought the mirror I needed at a cost lower than I found. They quoted about of hour of labor. The labor took longer but I was only charged for the hour. I waited while they worked and was completely pleased

They were nice at getting us into a car with a low down payment. Since my son got the car he has had nothing but problems. Now 6 weeks after purchasing the car the power steering pump and that goes out of it. They tell us they cannot get us in for a week to get it covered under warranty. We need a car on a daily basis because we do delivery for a living. You should not have a power steering pump go out of a vehicle within 6 weeks of purchasing it and not being able to fix it ASAP. It also has a problem with the transmission and it makes a rattling noise all the time who knows what that is the O2 sensors are out of it already. Nothing but problems since the day of purchase. Watch what you buy from these people. So we had changed the power steering pump it was still leaking fluid. Take it to a garage who could help us fix it faster. Then find out its the rack and pinion. Call down there to the service department and they said they had replaced it in December here was April and it was already no good. They never actually checked it after they replaced the rack and pinion the first time. Then we keep getting the runaround after we have told them several times we need a car for our job. I will never recommend this place to anybody ever again and I will never use them again or my children will not use them.

Lot s of places claim they can get you in a car regardless of credit. After wasted hours, you find out they actually couldn t. Not Byrider! They said they could help me... and they did. Could not be happier. Jeff, Todd and Lori were fantastic to work with. Everyone was up front with the vehicle and loan information. They didn t try and slip anything by you, which I greatly appreciated. Can t say enough good things about my experience here. They came through for me when no one else would. Definitely recommend them to anyone having credit issues.

Our experience was fantastic. From start to finish they worked with us every step of the way. Mason, Allison, and Anthony as well as the rest of the finance department where absolutely great! They got us in our new vehicle the same day. We would highly recommend them to anyone regardless of your situation.

Very nice experience , I bought 4 tires and oil change . She made it very easy and was professional. Just a side note my credit score went up 80 points since I bought my car. Give Byrider a try I would recommend them to everybody.

So, I gave them 5 stars 6 months ago, but didn't include any words about why. They have consistently gone above and beyond for my wife and I. They have fit me in for work on my vehicle at the last minute, and even provided with a spare key with very little notice. I also love that they work with you on payments that will fit your budget, and your credit improves by making the payments on time!

I think JD Byrider in State College is fantastic. They have amazing service and the employees are great.They make you feel welcome and are the most friendliest place to buy a car.Most dealerships crowd you and try to rush you into purchasing a vehicle but Byrider lets you look around and when ready to talk to them they let you go to them.This is the ONLY place I will ever purchase a vehicle.Thank you for all your help

My experience is very similar to another review from 7 months ago, so apparently nothing has changed. I too bought a vehicle from the Nissan dealership and was told to contact J.D. Byrider about cancelling my gap coverage. I reached out and explained my situation and it took a few days to have a form sent to me which ended up being the wrong form and wrong company. It took a total of 2 weeks for them to email me that they found the right gap company and could finally submit the form. Within that time I was able to figure out the company and took care of it myself.Their lack of communication and sense of urgency is underwhelming to say the least. They are not very responsive in replying to emails or even phone call messages, so be prepared to wait and/or do the work yourself.From this experience, I would never purchase a car through them, nor would i recommend anyone to do so.

We highly recommend your business. We have always been treated very well since buying our van. We have had our questions and any problems answered in a timely manner. All sales people and shop people have been very respectful in all their dealings. Would buy another vehicle at your business if needed. Keep up your good business!

Everyone at the dealer was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to get me in a vehicle when I needed it! They are the best dealer I've ever dealt with! Anyone that's trying to rebuild their credit definitely needs to go to JD Byrider in State College! Low down payments and affordable monthly pymts to meet your budget.

I really enjoyed today big purchase but really nice vehicle The staff was super friendly and very understanding. The banker explained everything so well and was very patient. They really have great prices and great honesty. Would really recommend all go and check out Byrider.

When car shopping I always got stressed because other dealers would make it sound easy over the phone and when I'd go to their dealership make it impossible for me to get a vehicle or I'd have to jump through hoops. JD Byrider's was the 1st dealership ever when I felt that they really cared & wanted my business and made everything clear as possible and made it simple the whole process. They even let me test drive without a baby sitter so I could fully make the right choice. I absolutely love the car I chose and every other dealership would want me to break the bank for them. This dealership made it affordable and a reality. I have no regrets and Everyone loves my car.And I know if I have a problem will take care of it,and when its said and done my credit score will be what I need it to be to take the next step in life. I 100% recommended this dealership!!! Very Happy customer

I don t not have anything bad to say very nice people they explain everything at the beginning and go over all the questions you have. They make sure they get you into your car and let you test drive the cars. They take time with you and make u feel welcomed. Highly recommended by me to give them a chance

Stoped I m for my scheduled appointment and was quickly greeted and was taken care of. There was four of us buying cars today so it was a little hectic in the office. Over all when I was all said and done with, I was able to drive away with a new car.

I wouldn't give this business any brownie points. Everyone is suffering from the pandemic. They don't give a darn. They don't care what people are going through. And if you buy a vehicle from them make sure it wasn't wrecked because their mechanics don't know how to properly fix it.

I've had problems with my car since day one but I have to say that I've always been completely satisfied with everything the gang at JB Byrider has done for me. Jeff, Lorie, Deb and Mario. I can't thank you all enough. You guys have gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much!! I would definitely recommend JB Byrider, State College. Professionalism and Courtesy at its best!!! The dealership warranty is absolutely awesome!! With the issues I've had, it was all covered with my warranty. I've had a much better experience with JD Byrider than other dealerships in the past. Thank you so much!!

Update: they fixed the car, the light came back on a few days later, they fixed it again (for free) and it was off for about 3 weeks then came back on. So many issues started happening with it that we ended up having to return it. We emailed them and they asked us to come in later that week so we did and they will be taking it back sometime this week without it affecting our credit. Honestly they tried to fix it and have been very kind working with us. I d get another car from them in the future.I had just bought my car and only had it for 24hrs. Within 7 the check engine light came on. We called and they said they knew we would be calling. They sold us a LEMON knowing there were problems! We were told we d get our car back the next day. Well that day they decided to take a half day and told me they d call me first thing the next morning. No call so at 5:30 we called them with no answer, called them back the next morning I will not be getting my car back for 4 more days!!! It is ridiculous that I am paying this much for a car I haven t even had 24 hours and as I said is A LEMON AND THEY KNEW IT. $17,000 for a car I ve had all of 24hrs. If I didn t sell my old car already I d take it back. I ll update in a couple months or so if anything else goes wrong or if they make it right. But it s hard to make selling a mother of an 18 month old working 2 jobs a lemon right.

I would gladly recommend this place to anyone. Their very awesome people. They helped me out a lot. I was able to walk off the lot with my vehicle same day. I have bad credit so to be able to go there and get a car after being rejected at other places was a relief I couldn't be happier.

Once again, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with JDByRider. They pretty much tell you that they'll look into the issue with the vehicle and make sure it's taken care of. When you finally get your car in to be serviced, they tell you that there is nothing wrong and they want to know who told you that there was something wrong. Then conveniently, when you leave the car there a few more days, they find an issue. They also said they would have the inside of the car cleaned up, but it wasn't done at all. Every time I have had to have service done, there are excuses. I don't recommend them to anyone.
