HONEST. I was on a long family trip when I heard terrible noise coming from the right rear of the car. I pulled into Bastian well away from home desperate for a fix. I expected I'd need a rear suspension job that would cost me over $1,000, and I would have paid it. They had me over a barrel. But the technician checked everything and took great care to rule out possibilities. He concluded the noise was coming from how we loaded the trunk! It wasn't the suspension after all. The manager charged me $27.83 for the diagnosis. I was amazed and so grateful.

Fantastic Service!!! We were traveling on the interstate when our run flat, got a flat. We called several other stores which either could not look at it for 5 hours or couldn't help us. The manager stated he would help us. We went to Bastian Tires and he was able to get us in and look at the tire. Unfortunately upon examination our runflat was beyond repair. They looked for a used tire we could use, but unfortunately did not have one. They then put my "donut" spare on the car for me. They went out of their way to help me. They helped avert a potential disaster. It is rare to find such compassion and dedication to customer service.

THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!do not trust the positive reviews here. During my first visit, for a new single tire, my experience was not particularly bad. I did notice both the owner or manager and the employees all share the same work ethic- a lazy, minimalist ethic. I specifically had asked for air in my tires as well specific directions. Not only did they blatantly lie about the work they had not done, but showed attitude problems when confronted.More recently, (obviously I am the idiot here for returning even once) I went for 2 rear brake pads. When I asked about the current condition of my brakes, I was told nonchalantly that he could not check it. HE did not give me a reason. I then asked how long it would take, assuming it would be quick as I have changed my own brakes in 30minutes-45minutes before. The manager said 90 minutes, which I was willing to wait until he gave made me uncomfortable about the idea of being in the same room. When I asked if he could work on my car now, as business was looking slow (completely empty) and he was not doing any work, he stated verbatim, "Can you do it faster?! I thought so!" Furthermore the one employee there was also not doing any work.I took my keys and left immediately. Please do not go to this establishment. They are CROOKS. they will LIE. they will try to CHEAT you. Trustworthy mechanics are hard enough to find but such horrible ones are a rarity.

Honest, no-nonsense service for tires, inspection, and general auto repairs. Easy to schedule at my convenience. Comfy waiting area (with free WiFi and coffee) if you need to wait, but close to bus stop or just walk downtown.

I was driving from Boston to Ohio when I got two flat front tires and my insurance towed me to them but I was absolutely amazed by the professionalism of the manager and his integrity, this guy could have taken my money while knowing that this car is unsafe to drive but he decided to inform me and advised me not to. They do care about their customers and prices are very reasonable.

After seeing an elderly lady stranded in a parking lot with a tire low on air, I offered to follow her to this tire shop. This was yesterday and the temp. wasn't above 10 degrees so she needed to get home and out of the cold. We made to this shop just a few minutes before closing and asked if they could remove the tire, clean up the rim, and put it back on (probably a 10-15 min job). The two guys at the counter said they couldn't do it and sent her to a gas station down the road. I understand that it was near closing time, but please help an elderly lady get out of the cold!

This place is absolutely horrible. I called to inquire about having a set of tires installed that I bought online. Bastian Tire was recommended by the online dealer. I was told, "We have not worked with them in a long time." and "we only mount and balance our own tires." The guy I spoke to was a total TOOL SHED. I would never take my car to this place. This was the rudest business I have ever spoken to in Central County and if they were the last tire installer in Pennsylvania, I would drive to New Jersey or a neighboring state to have my work performed before I ever would consider this awful business.Steer clear of Bastian Tire.

I would not recommend Bastian Tire to anyone. I had one bad experience with this store trying to make an appointment to get my car inspected. The manager appeared to have more important things to do then to help me. Recently, while shopping for my girlfriends next tires I encountered another such situation. The "small town" garage Penn Mobil across the street was much more welcoming.

Broke a $100 center cap on my car and kept it a secret until confronted about it. A "mechanic" (NOT IN A UNIFORM) eventually came out VERY nervous and told me they can glue it. It's impossible to find center caps for my car!They replaced a taillight that STILL WORKED! The LED bulb rolled out of the bag and the desk manager grabbed it trying to hide it. Eventually he handed it to me saying "Oh yeah, that blew out too." I put it back in the next day to find out, IT STILL WORKS!Can't forget to mention that when I got my exhaust system repaired, the heat shield BROKE the next day and rattles ALL THE TIME!They will lie and keep secrets from you if they break something. They will also snoop through your car (Trunk, center console, and glove box). Find someone else to take your car to!

Uncharged me about 60$ for a tire warranty without telling me, and recommended repairs that didn t solve the issue. I do not recommend them.

They put 4 new tires on my jeep for 460 bucks. And they did it in 45 minutes. The guy at the counter was helpful and friendly. I'll be back for sure.

Absolute delight dealing with this auto shop from start to finish highly recommend!! My husband took one of our vehicles there for inspection the price was the best in town they were thorough efficient very nice to deal with!!

Stopped several times and put up with poor customer service due to the fact that it was close. I would rather pay more and go out of my way then to do more service there.

told me there was a year guarantee on a gasket they put it. it lasted a couple weeks. it leaks terribly and they made up an excuse not to honor their guarantee... dishonest business
