The employees Luis is a fantastic employee, while talking about a car part I had a seizure he immediately made sure that I didn't fall over and that I was okay. He offered to call an ambulance I declined but I appreciate him making sure that I was okay.

I went inside to buy some oil but they were out of the kind that I normally buy. I saw that they had 0w-20 but in a different brand, I really needed it so I brought it. The staff are always nice and friendly every I shop at Autozone. There was no line so I was in out in no time, thanks Autozone you never cease to amaze me.

Walked into the store and I was immediately greeted by Chet. He asked me what I needed and he was very knowledgeable with the filter parts that I needed for my daughters car. He s the sweetest!

I just got home from Autozone. Manager Rick was so helpful and generous - on New Years Eve no less - that I had to write a review. I was buying antifreeze, and he asked the model of my car. He saved me like $15, which was greatly appreciated considering it was an unexpected expense from my car. I asked him a maintenance question and he actually went outside and helped me with my car. He was full of trivia and humor and I really appreciate all he did for me and my car. Thank you.

We are so grateful for Kayla and Rick for helping us find the right lightbulbs for our headlights and installed them for us close to closing time. We are so thankful because we have no idea what we re doing when it comes to cars. They were very helpful and deserve a raise honestly.

Meredith and Dave were AMAZING! They were so dedicated to helping me change my car battery on a cold winter night of 26 degrees. They were kind, respectful and explained all my options for replacing my battery. Meredith and Dave both deserve a raise! I highly recommend.

I m not the best with car terminology and Rick always explains it in a way I can understand. The past two times my car has had trouble, he has been quick to offer his help. My car s performance improved significantly from his recommendations almost instantaneously. From all of us in the area, thank you Rick!

I had wonderful experience here buying a cabin air filter. Jake not only helped me identify the right one for my vehicle, he also installed it for me. Jake was awesome, great customer service! Buying here and Jake installing my cabin air filter (instead of my auto shop) saved me $80!

Gary S was so helpful and informative!I went there for an headlight replacement and asked if the process was simple. He went above and beyond assisting me and even took the initiative to try and remove the old headlight. It's this type of customer service that brings people back.

While I ve also know Auto Zone to be a trusted and valuable company, it wasn t until I walked into the State College location and met Bill and Rodney that I truly understood how valued the customer experience is for this brand. The stand out welcome, friendliness, and brilliant auto minds of these two made my day. They helped me diagnose a minor issue with my car and gave me the peace of mind to follow up with my mechanic with the right information. They also spent time with me in a way few companies choose to do in our rushed transactional culture. I will forever be a devotee of Auto Zone, seeking out the stores along any journey I take. Bill s pride in the customer experience is only matched by his smile and humor. If you need anything Auto related I highly encourage you to stop in and meet Bill and Rodney. I know I have friends in state college and will make a point to stop by next time I am passing through.

Thankfully I don't need to visit here often, but anytime I have car needs, this is my go to store. I receive great support and expertise for car repairs or upgrades. I'm always greeted right away and given timely service.

I've bought brand new starters that didn't work here so I called and asked to confirm I could have a starter tested in the store to verify functionality. Someone said yes but I have to come before 3. Came at 1 only to be told no one here can do it. Then was informed the one person who could left and never came back. It had been less than half an hour since I had originally called. To make things worse the guy started giving me attitude and arguing with me why I wanted it tested in the first place. I'll be happy to no longer come here again and ill be sure to inform others as well.

I am so glad I went to this AutoZone when my check engine light came on. They helped me find the problem (for free) and had the part I needed in stock. Bill was so nice and helpful, he even installed it the next day for me! I really appreciated his service because he explained everything that he was doing and didn't take advantage of my lack of car knowledge like a lot of other mechanics would do. I also saved a lot of money!

I arrived with a blown headlight as soon as they opened. Bill was kind enough to install the new headlight in my car. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It was the best experience with a quick car fix I've ever encountered. Highly recommend!

I am apologizing to all my customers I am no longer working for this establishment. The district manager and regional manager here discriminate against veterans with disabilities and then retaliate when reported to Human Resources. In my opinion this company hates veterans as employees.

We have a converted Skoolie RV that needed a new starter, we went there and we were given amazing service! Bill was very good to us and they called around to see who could take us in to have it installed quickly and not charge us an arm and a leg. Very kind people!!

My wiper blade started flopping all over in the morning rain, so I stopped by this AutoZone to pick up new wiper blades. The staff were so helpful! I asked if they could please install them for me and they kindly obliged. I was back on the road in minutes! Thank you, AutoZone!!

The staff here are amazing. They went above and beyond to help me with my flat tire. Not only did they walk me right to the plugs, but the one employee offered to let me borrow some of his personal tools to help.

To put it in a nutshell, Jack is the kindest person I have ever met in auto parts business. He explained everything in detail and even took care of something that he was not supposed to do. He made my day. It was an awesome experience.

I called in and an employee answered the phone and they said yeah . I asked if this was autozone and they said you called us didn t you and laughed. I immediately hung up. Never shopping there again. The advance auto down the street is way better and the employees are far more respectful

Went in to use diagnostic tool for check engine light and get stuff for oil change. Great experience, friendly helpful staff who didn't try to pressure me for more or more expensive stuff. Was knowledgeable about why my check engine light was on and instead of saying to buy the piece I needed he suggested I just make sure connections are good and how to clean them if it is just dirty. Then he also got me better oil which I wanted anyway but made sure I got the one that came with free oil filter.

Kevin and Brian of the State College AutoZone helped me fix my car after hours and were extremely helpful! They changed my oil and did my headlight repair.Also, while in store, Bill was extremely helpful. My car is a bit complicated and he was very patient. Couldn t have asked for better service.

Very good with customer service! They checked my car's computer and recommended a mechanic who 'wouldn't screw me over' I really appreciated that because I've never had to take my car in around here. Service was quick and polite.
