Text them at the number listed. They'll get back to you pretty quickly. They fixed my cracked rim for what would have been $400 at least to replace, but was much cheaper to fix. Also they go to a lot of local car dealerships, so they may just pick up for you there. You don't have to go to them. I'm out of Endwell NY and only had to meet them a few minutes away.
