I dropped my car off Wednesday for a Thursday appt and told them from the start that I did not need my car until Friday. Bill called me on Thurs and told me what it needed and the price that it would be. I agreed and he told me it would would probably be done that day but again I told him if you need it until Friday that is fine. When Friday around 2 in the afternoon came and I still did not hear anything I called them with no answer. I called multiple times and left a message to call me so that I could pick up my car because I needed it for the weekend and no one ever called me. They kept my car over the weekend without even giving a single call to let me know. Then on Monday I get a call saying that they car is done and it is almost $200 more than what was agreed upon. I call and talk to Bill and he was incredibly rude and unapologetic and stated that maybe I should just find another shop to work on my vehicles. I would much rather do business with a small family owned shop but i would strongly suggest against using this shop.

Took my vehicle here for inspection, and was not impressed with the service. Never before have I heard of a mechanic doing work during an inspection without consulting the customer and then expecting to be paid for it. Some of the "problems" that were fixed were not necessary to pass an inspection nor were they important at all. When questioned over the phone the mechanic avoided talking about it, and continued telling me what supposedly needed to be done to the vehicle. This is no way to treat customers, and no way to run a business. My advice is to find somewhere else to go to get work done on your vehicle.

Been going here for over a decade. Fixed my car when 3 other shops including the dealership couldn't figure it out.

The mechanic is very knowledgeable. He has a fair fee, and he never fiddles around, he gets it done.

Totally satisfiedThis guy knows what he's doing. I will definately for now on go to him.
