A Repeat Customer Here -I trust Andrew and his team at Mavis in Chester Springs. As a car enthusiast, I take great pride in maintaining my vehicles.For the last 4 years, I ve purchased multiple sets of high performance Michelin tires from Andrew, which his team has mounted on my expensive forged aluminum wheels.The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I was super impressed with the thoroughness and detailed attention as I observed their work.Keep up the great work Andrew and Team!

This place is outstanding. The guy working at the desk I believe his name is Andrew think he is the manager or person in charge, was very, very helpful and amazing to work with. The service people also do excellent work and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place. Thank you again!

This location saved my life today. My tire blew out and I had to limp to this location with a donut that was nearly all the way flat. The people here were so friendly and amazing. They were super honest and upfront with all options available to me without trying to upsell the most expensive tire on the list. I can t be more appreciative to the individuals who assisted me at the Chester Springs location today. The blown out tire pic for attention. Consider using Mavis for your needs, especially tire ones.

This team is the most honest mechanics I have found. Andrew even went on a test drive with me so I could point out the sound my car was making. They will show you their findings and explain your options for repairs. The prices are a fraction of the BMW dealership and service is faster!

Had a slow leaking rear tire and there was a visible screw head in the middle of rubber. Decided to have it repaired at Mavis Discount Tire at Chester Springs PA store. The staff was very helpful and repair was very quick and well done. The experience was positive and will consider coming back for tire replacement when time comes. Thanks again!

I walked in very frustrated and overwhelmed after blowing out a tire and needing a replacement asap. They had reasonable tire options in stock and took good care of me. Andrew even took care of a small dent from a previous incident. Great service! Highly recommend!

Great experience at the Chester Springs location.i switched from a different Mavis location and everyone here was great. John at the desk was very helpful and polite. The techs took care of my service quickly and efficiently. Will definitely return to this location.

We had our Wrangler inspected here on a recommendation from my BIL. They were busy on the day that I showed up without an appointment, and they continuously apologized for the wait, even though it was my fault for not making an appointment. Due to an emissions issue, I had to return multiple times and therefore I encountered multiple employees, all polite and professional. Thank you, Mavis!

I came in for a tire replacement and the people there are very friendly! Very willing to explain what needed to be done as well as pricing. Would definitely recommend, and will be coming back if needed.

Mavis helped me out so much! I hit my tire on a curb and had to park in the closet parking lot. They came to change my tire to a spare when I d otherwise have to call a tow truck to get it to their store. I greatly appreciate their services!

Stoped here with my daughter to do an oil change what I thought would take an hour only took half an hour very well please with the service and time would definitely recommend this location for all your car needs 5 stars !!!!!!

I wanted to thank Tyler of Mavis Discount Tire in Eagle today! I went to Wawa to grab gas and get a coffee and when I got back to my car, I threw my purse into the front seat and I guess somehow hit the lock button. Usually, my car would alert me to the issue with a beep, but I guess everything happened at the same time so when I went to open my driver side, it was locked. I checked all the rest, yup locked. Crap! I went back into the store to see if I could use a computer to contact Uconnect or use a phone and the manager hooked me up with another customer, Tyler, who works at Mavis. He offered to come back with a lock out kit to get me back into my car. He was back lightning fast and only took a few minutes to get my car unlocked. I am so thankful. Thank you so much! Saved the day.

Found a screw in my tire at 7am this morning, Mavis took my car right away which allowed me to get to work in time. They are truly amazing with great customer service!! I will be a customer for life! I highly recommend them!!

I had a wonderful experience this morning at Mavis. Without an appointment, they promptly made repairs to my wayward tire. They couldn t have been more accommodating. I hardly recommend Mavis. In fact, I m scheduling my next inspection as I speak.

I was hearing some sporadic squealing when driving my car, so I had my brakes inspected with them. It was raining the day of my appointment so that may have temporarily fixed the squealing. They were honest and told me my brakes are still in perfectly good condition and they don't feel comfortable changing the pads or doing any work when unnecessary. Would recommend them.

I will no longer be using Mavis Chester Springs after having used them for about 15 years (since they were STS). Mavis recommended replacement of brake pads that are perfectly fine leaving me wondering about the competency and honesty of them.My wife received a call while having her PA inspection done on 12/7/23 asking if she wanted her rear brakes replaced as they just barely passed (2/32 inch pad thickness required by PA) and need replaced soon. She declined the replacement.I went to swap in new brake pads myself only to find out that the old pads are in very good condition with about 75% of usable brake pad left (8/32 inch remaining, new pads about 10/32 inch). This makes sense as the rear brakes were replaced only 7,000 miles ago.I spoke to Mavis today they confirmed the tech noted 4/32 pad remaining and that Mavis recommends replacement.Unfortunately dishonest repair recommendations is a leading explanation for this discrepancy and I will be finding a new shop.

Mavis was recommended by a friend and boy am I glad I came here! I had a flat tire and it was taken care off immediately, my tire was fixed within half hour ! Friendly staff, reliable service and pleasant employees! I would highly recommend them!

Andrew has a very poor attitude. Not sure if he woke up too early or didn't get coffee, but if that's the standard for Mavis customer service, I'm pretty happy in my decision not to return.

Amazing service!! I ran over a rock this morning and brought my car for inspection. There was a minor dent underneath. Bob and Will took extra time to straighten it out and also fixed my fog light fixture, all for at no charge! Outstanding!! Hard to find honest mechanics who love what they do. Highly recommend!!

I have always had a good relationship and great service from the local Mavis team in Chester Springs. However, I got an oil change at another popular chain out of a last minute convenience before a 12 hour drive. Hours before leaving, my wife pointed out that there was a puddle and stream of oil running from my car after pulling out of my garage, and I personally had no idea and little time. I chose to pull into Mavis and ask for their help. Without question, and within minutes, a team member came out to my car, crawled under to verify my drain plug was replaced less than hand tight from the other provider. The Mavis team did not stop there. After securing the plug, they checked the filter and oil level to insure I was in the clear for my trip. They not only did this with a customer focused attitude, they also would not charge me for the service. Full disclosure, as my wife and I have successfully raised three young drivers, I have bought many sets of tires and other services for my vehicles from the team at Mavis. They have always been outstanding and enjoyable to work with, and they even acknowledge when I see them outside of the workplace. I appreciate them and trust they will do right for others as well. Thank you to this location for the service and peace of mind!
