I have had my car worked on many times by these amazing mechanics. If i didn't know what was wrong with my car they were always able to figure it and repair it for me. And the repairs last for quite awhile, not like other mechanics I have been to and been back within a month with the same problem or another one. I trust no other mechanic with my car. With me Zimmers has a customer for life.

I had an electrical line issue on my Peterbilt 579. After the inspection, they fix it quick. Very knowledgeable and professional team.

I'm not sure if I can have a true review because I dropped my car off b4 business hours and picked it up after.it sure was nice to be able to do it that way.The person I talked to on the phone was nice and helpful. They had my car done quickly.

My truck broke down on I-90 while I was driving across the country near were these guy's are located. They got me in right away! Not only did they figure out the problem quickly, they also overnighted the part I needed and reserved a hotel room for me and also gave me a ride to my hotel. I'm very lucky that I broke down here. Usually break downs are stressful but not this time! I am very thankful I found this shop. Professional and very helpful! If your in the area and you need help call Zimmer's service center.

I took my wife's Subaru Outback in because a 1/2" hose clamp was leaking on the transmission cooling line, I had other things going on and didn't have time to fix it. When I went to get it the next day, Ken told me that they also changed the lower radiator hose clamp. It wasn't bad, but rusty. Ok. I got the bill...$126+. Yes $126+ for a 1/2" hose clamp and a quart of tranny fluid. Ken said there is a shield on the bottom that had to be removed. Bullshit! A couple of screws and the thing pops off! I took it off to change the oil and was done in 45 minutes total.I bought a pkg w/4 -1/2" clamps for $1.25.Then he said it would need a muffler to pass inspection. I took it to Monroe Muffler (a place that makes their $$ from mufflers) for an estimate and they said I didn't need a muffler. $56 for state inspection.Zimmers had done other work for me, but needless to say I am still pissed about this. I'm sure anyone would be pissed if thier wife was charged $126 for this repair!

They always explain what's wrong with my car. One time it took longer than usual for my oil change and they gave me a free soy candle! They are very trustworthy.

have been having work done here for at least a decade....have been given advice on various projects....have been able to order parts ...or just stop in and visit....and have always been more than satisfied with all aspects of service and friendliness...and can honestly say i would highly recommend zimmers service center for any mechanical issue your vehicle may ever need.
