Top shelf service , Vince personally handled my vehicle issue without hesitation ( Flat)...Although he was extremely busy ! he is such a great technician that he multi tasked my car up onto a lift located and repaired the issue .I work on the road so Vince got me right back to it !I was there maybe 22 min.What I'm saying is if you're looking for top shelf service quality experience technician work on your vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by to see Vince and his crew ! You will not be disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I have reached out via email, facebook and phone. If you want a decent response and you want someone who actually cares. Go somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs.Edit: Almost the ONLY response I get from this place is them responding to a bad review. Prime example of their customer service is provided below. No explanation for the ignored messages, no follow up, just "false claims". If they're so "false" why do my attempts to reach out still go unanswered?

Iacone's is a great service station. Vince takes care of his clients. He personally calls after EVERY visit to check to see if you're happy. His tire rates and prices overall are excellent. He also sells used carsand offers support. I highly recommend Iacone's.

Purchased a vehicle from Vince. He did a fantastic job with the whole process. I drove over 5 hours away to pickup a vehicle and wasn't sure of how it would go. He went above and beyond with him service A+++. I would recommend Vince to anyone! Also a nice facility as well.

Vince is very helpful and has always been there for me when I needed to get my car fixed urgently. They have loaner cars that makes it easier for me to still go to work and not wait until my car is ready. Also, I have not seen anyone else that could compete with his prices. I have been going here for about 2 years and will continue on going.Thank you Vince and team.

Have gone here for years for quick tire repairs. However, I just had a terrible experience.Took my car over there because my car had a flat. Left it overnight as I got there at 3 on a Sunday and the guy was leaving. (Even though the hours State 6 on Sundays). No big deal, filled out an envelope. No big deal.Employee calls me next day and tells me that the tire valve stem is the cause of the leak. He says parts and labor it would cost me $125. I thought this was outrageous. So I said just leave the spare on and I'll take it to another mechanic.I do so and he said the valve stem was bent and it needed to be replaced. Guess how much that costs me... $10Now I'm not sure what that was about, but I get the feeling that the mechanics either didn't want to troubleshoot, didn't know what they were doing, or just wanted to get as much money out of me as possible.

I actually wrote a long detailed review on how rude the service was here but I deleted it. It's not even worth it. If you're looking for a professional auto shop, go elsewhere.

I brought my car here recently out of Convenience because I live around the corner, Im really happy I brought my car to this shop . They do great work and my car is running much better. A few days later I received a call to make sure I was happy with the work they did. I appreciated that . I will be going back in the future.

We love the car service here. We have tires rotated. My old jalopy gets a few other things done to it here. Lol... I don't know what, because Hubs takes care of it. They are super organized and the Owners sre very knowledgeable.

Eveytime they let a young guy work on my jeep something isn't done right. If they don't overtighten and crossthread my lugs, they barely screw em on at all.

Do not go here ever. They rip you off in the most sneaky ways, that you can't even see it getting done. When we came to pay it was $70 more than they quoted us. We had even confirmed the quote the day before. I can not believe such manipulative ways in what seemed to be a nice small business.

they do a fair honest job they do an excellent work for a very fair price they're very kind and considerate and we'll help you out in any way I really appreciate these people I live in edgemont Newtown square and I drive there to get any work on my 4Runner they are the best!!!

Hands down excellent service. I've been going to Vinny since I moved to the neighborhood 13 years ago and wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone else. Always accommodating when I'm in a pinch and always thorough with the work without doing anything unnecessary.

Excellent, professional service. They took care of my oil leak that I brought my car in for, and let me know that my front brakes needed to be replaced. I highly recommend this shop.
