I called to get my tire plugged and found out the reason my car been driving a bit weird is because I needed an alignment and tire rotation. I absolutely love the staff here very well mannered, respectful, and educating. They let you know whats going on and make sure your able to understand. This place isn't about money they genuinely care about their reputation and their clients. Ive even witness them call an uber for an elderly woman who needed the assistance. This is the only place I will bring my vehicle and Lisa .. is heaven sent as well the gentleman whose always there as well at the front desk. Can t appreciate them enough. Just got a new set of tires. Lisa is soooo knowledgeable and so friendly. Ask for her while you are there. She was very honest and down to earth. I was referred there and the place did not disappoint in customer service.

Best service ever! My inspection was completed in little under an hour and they offer affordable,quality services. Lisa is amazing and made me feel right at home! She gives free wisdom and insight as well! Definitely will be a returning customer.

There's a lot to be said about companies coming up with a million different reasons not to honor warranties. Tire Etc is not one of those companies. I bought tires from them in September 2022 and had a road hazard incident over this last weekend. They fixed it under the warranty and sent me on my way. 10/10. Will shop here every time I need tires.

By far the best experience I have had at any automotive shop. The customer service here was incredible. They were extremely professional, polite, and honest. be prepared to wait and wait and wait and then get nickle, dimed and screwed. had an appt for inspection but was over an hour before they even brought it in. took over an hour - and was failed for minor things they wanted too much money to fix. 70$ for a generic part that is 15$ across the street or online. feel ripped off! bc either way i m paying another 50 for inspection or impaying their inflated price.

Jerry and his staff are amazing! I was able to get my car towed to Tires, Etc. after my car was stolen. It was found with some damage. Jerry explained the details of what repairs were needed. He was able to order the part and his staff installed it the same day. Thanks for saving me hundreds of dollars on the repair of my exhaust. Highly recommend and ask for Jerry!Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair

Take your car somewhere else! This place didn t even fix the issue I came in with after a two hour inspection that ended up taking four hours and $1800 of work needed to pass inspection.The $40 inspection is a scam. I came in here saying that I was having issues with my car turning on, ac not working, the car turning off while driving. Yet, $1800 worth of work later they didn t even fix the issue that I had come in with. I don t know how a master mechanic can t pick up on the most obvious issue with my car.Take your car somewhere else if you don t want to be ripped off and be gaslit by employees saying that there s nothing wrong with your car when it stopped working an hour after leaving the shop!Lisa and Jerry didn t even know what the part I was referring to was for. And now they want $180 for 10 minutes of work that their scanner didn t even pick up on. I shouldn t need to re-diagnose my car after a master mechanic spent all day inspecting and doing work on it.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I'm a new and young used car owner and bring it in for a check up. Miss. Lisa was amazing. She explained everything that was wrong with my car and even tried to help with getting me on a payment plans for the balance due. I didn't get everything finished but I feel comfortable to go back and get it done. Thanks a million.

I came there for tires for a total of $350 and end up paying $1200 for my car still to pull to the right. The tire alignment was included in the bill. My tires still shake driving past 60 mph.

I have always received great service at the Clifton Heights location. I have purchased my tires and have gone there anytime I had tire issues and each time I received friendly and prompt service. I would highly recommend them.

Very poor and careless service, I got tires replaced and today heard a weird noise coming from front, one of the front tire had got two nuts fall off and third one loose enough to fall shortly. I am attaching all the photos in case someone has any doubts about this review and rating. I would have rated negetive if that was possible. I felt so lucky that all the buts did not fall out at the same time. Worst quality of service and negligence

Don t take your car to this location they will rob you blind. Overcharging you for services that are minor, and upselling you on repairs that you don t even need!!!

The Supervisor, Jerry, helped me. He was the best. It was my first time there or at any auto shop at that fact. Once he knew that he made sure to be patient with me, showed me everything that was wrong with the car, the correct way it s supposed to be, and most importantly he spoke to me kindly like dad would which is exactly what I needed to hear what my next steps were. I would definitely recommend and I am going to be back. Their wait time wasn t long at all, it wasn t crowded, and there was complimentary water/coffee. Plus the area is filled with food options. 10/10

I came here for 4 new tires and while they were being installed Jerry gave me a call and let me know the full diagnosis of my car, which was very helpful for me. So when my car started shaking, i without hesitation, came back. And again, i was greeted by Mr.Jerry. His friendly demeanor makes me feel comfortable with him. And i really like how he explains everything and make sure you understand before anything gets done. I gave 4 stars because my car is still shaking, however, my engine light is off and Mr.Jerry has called to check on the car and making sure everything was okay which is very comforting. Hes like my car dad lol. I definitely recommend tires ect.

I've purchased tires from this location for two of my cars and the storage manager Lisa Collazzo worked with me with the up-most professionalism, the products and services are awesome and well priced... You'll be crazy not to stop here for tires - Thank you LisaJM

Rude sales representative made a mistake saying I couldn't come in the next day when it was two days out. When explaining this to him cut said "well if u don't cut me off and let me finish".... why would someone who's trying make a sale talk to the customer like that. Very unprofessional take ur business elsewhere.

I went to get my tires checked. "We charge a fee. I need your keys." How much is the fee? "I need your keys so we can get started." How much is the fee? "$89." That's excessive. She said, " Well, our mechanics need to get paid. So, give me your keys, so we can check your tires!" Absolutely not... Another customer walking out said, "They told him 3 hrs to pull a nail, and plug the tire. His tires are under warranty, but they are so rude, he's going somewhere else.

I recently had the misfortune of interacting with the customer service department at Tires Etc and I must say that the experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied. They appeared disinterested and dismissive, their apathy was palpable, and it left me feeling unvalued as a customer. Jerry thought he completed the call and proceeded to speak poorly about me, while Lisa also contributed hey thoughts. As a customer I have the right to ask what prices are given to me and shop around. It was very unprofessional. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider engaging with this company, as their customer service is far from satisfactory.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

This was my first time getting work done here that was not entirely tire related. I went in to get new tires and ended up leaving with a lot of extra work done to my car and it was not good work at all. Due to the nature of my car's condition I did need to get my radiator replaced. However, the work associated with that repair was terrible. First thing after my car was repaired I noticed my horn was not working. Come to find out they never plugged the horn back in before they returned my car to me. Then not too long after this repair was done to my car I was sitting in a parking lot and massive amounts of smoke came up from under the hood of my car. After lifting the hood up to find coolant spraying all over the engine and the fluid in the reservoir boiling. Considering I just had something done with the car I knew I needed to take it back there. Upon Tire Etc.'s inspection they said it was likely the fan was bad and needed to be replaced. They said that there was a problem with the fan to begin with. That just shows that there was not a thorough enough investigation to why my car's radiator when bad in the first place. Then they charged me for an alignment and made no adjustments to the rear of the car when it was needed. I had to wait till the following week to get my usual trusted mechanic to look over the car. After receiving the call from his shop I was shocked. The fan was likely never plugged back in as well. On top of all his tests the fan performed fine.(Tired Etc wanted to replace it) On top of that the reason for the second cooling system problem is because Tires Etc. put in the wrong coolant in my car which mixed the OEM required fluid that cause it to gunk up. Not only did I spend over $2100 at this location, but my car was never put fully back together, the careless work caused me to have another engine problem that could have leaded to something more catastrophic, and lead to me spending money to fix there original repair that they would not own up too. The cost of the tires were great but I will never get mechanical work done on my car here ever again.Services: Tires, Auto maintenance

Customer service was terrible. They are not honest and acted like my business didn t matter. There services are way overpriced. They put a brand new starter in my car and within 3 months the car wouldn t start so I had it towed to their shop. They said my starter was shot and I needed to replace it and gave some crazy estimate for around $900. I brought my receipt in for the new starter they put in a few months back (supposedly it had a warranty) and the lady at the counter was very rude and gave me a hard time. I ll never go back.Service: Engine repair

I go to these guys whenever I need tires, great prices, quality service, knowledgeable staff. Most recently Jimmy helped me select tires that would fit my truck and meet my performance and appearance desires.... the mechanics installed them in just a couple hours and they look/ride great. Thanks guys.

Used to be my go-to place but now they only let you drop it off and I have no one to pick me up. You can't schedule on a Saturday online and again can't wait for it!$40 for emission inspection is a great deal but it's no deal if you can't actually get the job done. They take a walk-in during the week when I work but of course I can't wait for it. I'll have to find somebody else to do my work since they make it impossible for an individual with no family or friends in the area to pick me up.
