Calvin was great he explained everything every step of the way. He told me he would do his best to get me into a car and he did inspire of me owing so much on my other car and my credit not being the best. He even allowed me to go get my son and come back and pick up where we left off. This was the best service at a dealership I have ever had Calvin made me feel welcome i couldn t ask for anything better. Thanks Calvin!!!

Great car buying experience with Wendell and Calvin! The process was seamless and I didn t feel like they were just trying to sale me anything outside of my range. The manager that brought the deal home Amazing! Thank you guys for everything and I will definitely refer you guys to others.

Deja was awesome! Very knowledgeable and made this process very smooth along with the rest of the team! They made me feel comfortable and not rushed, it didn t feel like they were trying to rush me into buying. Even the finance and negotiation was a breeze!

I had a GREAT experience at Springfield Mitsubishi!!! Francis helped me and he was the best!!! I did not feel like I was working with a salesman at all. He was so great and really seemed to care about making a connection with his customers and it was like talking to a friend. Ace also helped me and he was great!!! Overall, a great experience!!!! Would 100% recommend buying a car here! Thanks for everything !!

I came in today looking for a car and was not that hopeful due to going to other dealerships and not getting approved. I spoke to Calvin and he told me he would do whatever it takes to get me a car and he did exactly what he promised. I really can t thank him enough for all the hard work he did for me today and truly appreciate him for not giving up on me like the other dealerships have done in the past. I just want to say Calvin was such a great help and an amazing person from start to finish !! I couldn t be more thankful for the help he provided me today. I didn t feel rushed , I asked questions he answered and broke things down to me was able to show me all the features on my brand new car !!!!! I pray he s able to help other many more years to come. Calvin, Ace and Suzanne were phenomenal! They were patient and very helpful, especially with the technology side of things. Calvin and his team were awesome! Everything went beyond my expectations, I walked in expecting to buy a used car and walked out with a brand new car, (2023). The whole process went smoothly. Words can not describe the feeling I felt during and after my experience here at Mitsubishi. I highly recommend them for anyone s vehicle needs.

Overall experience was amazing!!! I had some doubts and was unsure but Calvin really reassured me that every thing would work out and it did. Most dealerships push you away or don't go over all your options. I didn't feel like I was another sale for them. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me and offered me so many options. I did not feel rushed to make an option and they worked on my time. 10/10 would recommend.

My dealer Michael is an incredible man, I couldn't ask for a better dealer. Great Hospitality, was able to workout a deal for me to bring home a brand new 2024 eclipse cross. . I would recommend anyone to go down to Springfield Mitsubishi. Ask for Michael. You will walk out with a car.

So I went in with my 29$ at 2:50pm today. Prior to me driving a hour there I called 3 times and asked 29$ are you sure. THEY SAID EVERYONE. I get there, honestly nice salesman. But if you advertise 29 down, and then tell me over the phone nothing will come out of my pocket. Then I'm in the building being told I need 5k to 7k to add with my trade in. To purchase a used car or get a new car and you'll need a CO signer. LONG STORY SHORT 3 HOURS 10 MINS LATER. THEY SENT ME HOME IN THE CAR I CAME IN. Not really 29$

Local place, with great sales personnel, what impressed me the most was the speed, and courtesy, I never got a vehicle from a dealer that fast, Isabel and Marcus, are experienced at their work, and it was a great experience being served by them. 5 star easy

Slimy, bait and switch, and wouldn't even show us the car they "totally had." Recommend to avoid Springfield at all costs. They were much nicer and actually got us on a test drive within a few minutes at Allentown Mitsubishi. Worth the drive to go anywhere else!!!

Dealer was able to complete all schedule maintenance, and a couple of other issues in a very short period of time. Scheduling process was very easy and the key drop off box worked very well

Please Please BEWARE OF PURCHASING FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a used vehicle from them a few months back, and have had nothing but mechanical issues. I ve been to the service department a total of 5 times. Now to hear that the vehicle has had a BAD Engine! I call multiple times to speak with a Manger (they NEVER pick up or return calls) to tell me it s nothing they can do call service! And the service manager to laugh at the issues! (He thinks I didn t hear him) Took me a few months to save to get a down payment. Then get the car to have to continue to drive back and forth to the service department and them KNOW the vehicle has an engine problem and not tell me. Then wait until later to say it s nothing the can do. And it s Christmas time. This is to help someone else to not waste their time and money. Also to help someone prevent something like this from happening to them. PLEASE find somewhere else and save yourself the stress. Blessings

Calvin is so amazing! When I walked in I was on edge because I thought like many other dealerships it would all be a gimmick and a waste of my time but I was completely wrong! From the beginning to the end Calvin was kind, patient and responsive to all my questions. Anyone looking for a vehicle please see Calvin and you won t regret your choice!
