My service advisor, Susan, did an excellent job writing up all of the work I asked to be done, provided recommendations when found, and kept me abreast of the progress made as the work was being performed. I've been bringing my 2017 Suburban to Reedman Chevrolet since I've owned it and have been very happy with the work performed. I'm particularly happy with the customer service and the professional treatment I've received from Susan. She is always friendly, polite, and courteous. As such, I know that she truly cares about me and the work I need performed. These are the type of conscientious employees that companies such as yours need to retain. If i could give negative stars i would. After being a customer here for 8 years we paid for almost 2400 dollars of work which included an oil change and the oil change was not performed. Have been trying to a hold of someone to remedy this situation since last week when it happened. Called corporate no response other than to give a case number that is being ignored. They stole our money for work that was never performed.

Sharif Mosley went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. We had multiple issues pop up during the buy and Sharif was never once displeased in any way or made us feel we took up his time at all. We ended up keeping him a couple hours after they closed and he was more than happy to jump through hoops with us. I would recommend anyway to this dealership regardless of car preference strictly based off customer service alone.

The Parts Department was extremely helpful removing the locking lug nuts from my wheels after I lost the key. After getting the locks off, he provided the necessary information if I decide to replace the key. Friendly, helpful, professional, I m lucky to have such a great Parts Department close by!

Car had to be brought back for service twice after initial visit!! When I picked car up it was smoking badly from the engine. I didn t make it home and had to return to service department . Second time it was given to me with NO oil in the engine. I came home and checked the oil and it was empty. After doing the work they failed to refill with oil. I had to put 5 quarts in. Then it had to come back the third time because it was hesitating and smoking from the exhaust . They said it was the o2 sensor. Was not happy at all.

It started 2 months ago when i stopped in to enquire about getting a remote start put in my wifes car. The parts department told me the price but needed to get me price on labor l. Was told they will call me with total price. 2 weeks pass and here nothing back. Call again got same answer waited for them to call back . Well 2 months have passed and nothing total of 4 calls and 1 visit to get a price and schedule the install. Since they didnt care about a customer we should not care about them. Chevrolet should look into pulling there name from this place cause it just makes them look worse.

I lifted my 2011 Silverado, and it needed an alignment afterward. The steering wheel wasn't straight when I brought it in for the alignment. They put tie rods and eccentric bolts on the truck, and when I picked it up, the steering wheel was still crooked when I drove straight. I took it back the following weekend, and they fixed it....so I thought. About 3 days later, my passenger front tire was crooked. I thought it was a hub bearing. I took it to a friend who works at a shop, and it turns out the tech at the dealership accidentally forgot to torque down the bolts on the right front tire, and they loosened. The tire was -2.3 degrees out of camber, and you could turn the bolts with your fingers. The only reason they are getting 2 starts and not 1 is because when I called to tell them about their mistake, they gave me my money back. I'm still waiting for the check, though.

Everything is amazing about this dealership. Came with my SUV towed in. They quickly got to work. And diagnosed, it was the alternator. Worked with to get us back on the road and home. Handed down the best Chevy dealership or service.

Never in my life I been so disappointed with their service they just took me for 1500.00 dollars I took my car there to get the camshaft fixed they said it was done and completed time I got halfway home same damn problem started all over again after I paid them my money!! took it back now they saying it was something else going on with the vehicle and wanted to charge me 900.00 more so I refuse to pay any more money, to them so I asked for my car back gets back home with it now I realized they never but my transmission cover back on the cover nuts and the bolts,so bottom line is this I'm taking them to court to get my money back.These people Rob me point blank!! Also had to get my vehicle towed after a piece cracked where the cover was supposed to been.just straight up negligence on there behalf.i wouldn't recommend this place to nobody!!!

My husband and I walked into Reedman Toll on March 15 and met Jared. I showed him the the Equinox I was interested after a test drive we went home in our new Equinox. Jared was knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely great experience at Reedmantoll Chevy . Couldn t have asked for better service from Anthony who kept me informed, made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions while building my Tahoe and kept me informed and answered all of my questions while we waited for my new car to arrive. Anthony who supported me with the financial side was awesome as well! Always a little nervous as a new car buyer in car dealerships but Anthony and Nick were trustworthy and a great team to work with for such a big purchase!

Tre was an excellent service representative ! He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and educated me on several things concerning my car which was refreshing as a woman we can sometimes feel dismissed or not always have experience where things are fully and properly explained. I took my car in for the first maintenance service and it was just a tire rotation due to my 2023 electric car. I scheduled my appointment on the Chevrolet App. The service representative says they can't find my car and I have shown them what I have in my App and they still ask me to come back next time. They did bother to check with GM to check if this is valid or some.

A few weeks ago we were on vacation traveling from out of state going through Philadelphia, PA. Suddenly as we were getting off the highway my car started to experience loss of shifting, with check engine, traction and parking brake service lights coming on. I called several dealers all telling me 2-3 weeks until they could service. I then called Reedman toll and they told me they could try to look at it the next day. I was able to get my car there the service advisor, receptionist, head shop gentleman, and mechanics were all so helpful and caring and reassured me they would do everything they could to help us out on our vacation they even assisted with getting a rental car to come pick me up. We had then 3 days in dc, the shop called me each day to advise what was going on with car/parts/work needed. They had the car ready to go when we were on our way back through town, car was back to normal, made our 5.5 hr ride back home and is still running great. I m so glad to have dealt with this dealership I wish I could remember every persons name I interacted with, you were all so helpful, caring and treated us like long time customers. Made a stressful situation while on vacation an easy one and was very reasonable priced for the repairs. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!!

Sales experience was pleasant. Long wait to sign paperwork with finance department. Salesman deleted the wrong vehicle on our insurance policy and I did not catch the error until 3 days after the sale when I logged on to print insurance card. Salesmen need to verbally confirm the changes to the insurance policy and show policy holder the changes on the computer. Had we not noticed the incorrect change in the policy and the person driving the vehicle that was incorrectly removed from the policy there would have been major issues. Now I have to call and explain to the insurance company why a vehicle was removed and readded to the policy.

They say that buying a house or a car are two of the most stressful things you will do in life. Not here. The staff - both service and sales, are really good.The service writers and techs take care of you and make sure you're satisfied each and every time you leave.The sales staff are very knowledgeable and receptive to what you're looking for in a potentially new vehicle, and will find you exactly what you want if not immediately available on the lot. And they have a very good selection already.I'm sure I'll be back here for another vehicle in a few years.

Although I may not have walked out with a Chevy I did walk out with a vehicle perfect for me! Bob Salerno was a fantastic salesman who went over and above through the whole process. Update as of 6/1/2019:Oh what a difference a year and a half can make. Decided to head in and see what our options were for our lease ending (they woulndt give me any information over the phone). Got a pretty clear indication within the first 10 minutes that Nick wasn't interested in doing business that day and neither was the sales manager at his special back table. We were openly laughed at several times and repeatedly told how hard it would be to find us the pricepoint we wanted. Nick and the sales manager talked in hushed tones about us however they were only about 5 feet away from us. We wanted an SUV or a Hatchback and the best they could do was show us a Chevy Impala (sedan) with wet seats because "its just been traded and was being shampooed." Left after about 15 minutes and will never go back again.Original review from September 2017:Great experience buying from Reedman Toll Chevy of Springfield! We needed to downsize and ditch our minivan. We worked with Steve P who was awesome! Got a great competitive offer for our trade-in. To my wife car here for an oil change. I didn t get her car back until three hours later and a bill of $98. I have a pickup truck and dealership only charge me $76. My truck takes more oil than my wife s car so I don t know how her s cost more than mine. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF. attached are the receipts for proof

**BEWARE THIS DEALER REPAIRING YOUR VEHICLE**If you require preventative maintenance on your perfectly functioning vehicle. I would recommend NOT bringing your car to this dealer. I've had my 2015 Chevy Sonic LTZ HB since 2015. I've had no issues with its performance until I brought it to this dealer. They completely forgot about my car the first time it was dropped off for service. They didn't get to work until 1pm when I had a 9am appointment. At that point I imagine they rushed through the crank seal replacement, which is under warranty, and my manufacturer recommended spark plug replacement. I managed to get the vehicle home without issue. The next time it was driven the car started to misfire during an on ramp acceleration onto a highway. The check engine light came on and started blinking, I cancelled my plans for the day and drove it right to the dealership. They told me a spark plug was misaligned and corrected the problem. It was still misfiring. The 3rd time I brought it to the dealer ship, they told me it was another spark plug that was misaligned and it should fix the problem. The 4th time I was told it is not the spark plugs after all but my alternator is failing to deliver enough power when consistently under load. I agreed to replace the alternator if it fixed the problem even though the car is well under the timeline (100k miles or 7 years) to replace an alternator. The car still misfires like I paid them to make it misfire. My simple requests for the 2nd-4th visit was to get me the car I had prior to visiting this dealership. My confidence level that they do not have a solution to the problem they created has gained substantial momentum in the wrong direction these past 4 weeks. It looks like my recent experiences are not uncommon with this dealership. I filed a formal compliant with Chevrolet directly and I would advise anyone who has had a similar experience to do so too.**Attached Picture is less than 10min of driving after leaving the dealership**
