Brought my car, due to stolen parts, got my car fully checked. The car was done @ 1:00pm didn t receive no call or text to pick up my car. Btw, I took off from work, due to the location being far, I called the dealership they said I have to wait the next day since they were to close & that it was no charge on the notes & recommendations are to be made. How was I suppose to get to work .? Good question, so I had to call out again. Next day . Still no one called about my car, so I called the dealer ship, then they say come pick it up after 12:00 noon. Anyway when I get there now they say I have to pay. What a waste of time & money, btw on the paper report there was noRecommends. What a rip off. I definitely ABSOLUTELY will not be returning. I was better off taking it to PHILLS EXCELLENT AUTO .

Theo was a pleasure to work with! Took his time explaining all of the information about the cars that we were looking at even though we didn t know what we wanted yet. Wound up getting a 2024 Honda CRV-Hybrid. Definitely a great dealership and ask for Theo if you do go here!

I purchased my new car the Honda CR-V 2024 & my sales rep Maya was exceptional ! She was very patient & very knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to work with ! I love my new car & so does my daughter. I m at satisfied with how my purchase went & I would highly recommend !

I got a new Civic. I love the car. The experience at the dealership was good, no complaints. The only negative aspect to all of this is the price gouging done by Progressive insurance. That has nothing to do with the dealership. The dealership gets 5 stars. Progressive doesn t like insuring new cars. Even though I have a perfect driving record. It s ok, I m still happy with my beautiful car. Thanks Piazza Honda.

Very professional. Salesman Matt Inerfield was knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I knew how to use features on my new Honda CR-V Hybrid. Finance gentleman also was knowledgeable and made sure I understood all the sales documents. So was the dealership manager who introduced himself and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Piazza was a pleasant place to do business. I have already recommended it to a family member. And of course, Honda makes excellent cars.

Theo was kind, polite and knowledgeable! He worked hard to get us the best deal and once we agreed he worked hard to get us our Beautiful Honda CRV. He was consistently keeping in touch with us to answer any of our questions. I highly recommend Theo!

Good experience with car purchase. Doug was pleasant to work with. Everything was completed in a timely manner and professionally. The reason for the 4 star review: gas tank was under half full and when I questioned whether or not the tank would be filled for me, I was told that you don t do that. I have never purchase a car where the tank wasn t filled as a courtesy. Also, I don t feel as though the car was detailed upon my receiving it. In my experience with purchasing previous cars, both detailing and a full gas tank were always provided. Otherwise, a good experience.

I went in yesterday with a car in mind that I wanted to see and left with it last night.Everyone from my sales rep Maya, her manager, the appraiser, to finance was amazing. If I could give 0 stars I would. Talked to Maria on the phone day 1 about my vehicle issue which was the start/stop button was told to keep trying to turn it off over the phone. Brought my car in sat and waited from 10am-4pm NOTHING WAS DONE. Day 2 made an appointment dropped it off on Friday was told I didn t make an appointment then was told the diagnostic wouldn t be done until Saturday by mark. No call until MONDAY then was told something completely different over the phone. Had to come in on TUESDAY and sit for hours just to get my car back and take it somewhere else. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I really just wanted my car fixed !! Never coming back & will never recommend to anyone.

So far it was a good experience buying a car from Piazza Honda of Springfield. Since pandemic there was a huge shortage of vehicles in most of the dealerships. However, we found out our car here and the salesman was able to give us a good deal. Salesman and the finance guy both were very helpful and professional. Great job

When I knew it was time to upgrade my car, I knew who to call. Frank Squillace helped me find the perfect car (twice ). He was knowledgeable and was understanding of my concerns/requirements. 2/2 so far on cars from Frank and would recommend him to any of my friends or family!

Friend of mine bought a car here last year from Frank and pretty much right after she noticed it was pulling and when she was stopped it wouldn t go right away when she would accelerate. She brought it in and spoke to Frank but they assured her it was nothing and probably the Eco something. She drove for another few months then had it in again and again was dismissed ( codes cleared )even though they believed it could be the trans. Sure enough she brought it in again to another dealer and it was a bad transmission. She had been driving around with the car like that for a year and did more damage. She has all the text to prove he pretty much didn t have time nor cared to fix or acknowledge he sold her a lemon. Be careful and always have a trusted mechanic look over your car.

I came here after after shopping around for a civic. I spent hours at other dealerships trying (and failing) to get a good price; Ray Estevez gave me a better deal in 20 minutes. Would recommend!

Extremely poor customer service from the young lady handling the express customers. I purchased multiple vehicles from Piazza Springfield and have had all of my services conducted at Piazza Springfield. I explained to her that Gary has accepted my Honda coupon though it was addressed Honda of Turnersville. She completely ignored my concerns, so I will no longer purchase vehicles from Piazza Honda of Springfield. She needs to be trained properly.

Hello, just back to update my review. Last week I returned to Honda to have a (stubborn) ding removed as apart of the same body work job I initially reviewed below. I just wanted to say that I had such a wonderful experience with the gentleman who takes care of dings - Mr. Jimmy Johnson. I had a ding in a tough area and he went above and beyond to get it out and make sure I was happy with the outcome. I had stopped back specifically for this and I'm sure it's not often that he has a customer watching his every move while he is doing his job and he was very polite, trustworthy, and patient ... even talked about what he was doing along the way so I understood the process. What a great experience and positive representation of the customer service that Piazza Honda provides. Thank you again!Excellent experience with the body shop. Very quick service and was provided with updates as the car moved thru various phases of the process. Wonderful customer service and the car looked great upon pickup. Thank you to everyone at Piazza Honda of Springfield. I haven't brought my vehicle anywhere else over the years because of the consistent excellent customer service and high quality of work provided.

Had an appointment for inspection service, drop off car night before, waisted time and Uber money having this service, before you know, there s no service.Anyone decided to come here for services, don t expect them to get the job done right and they give you fake car inspection stickers. I found out when I went to another place to get my car inspection.They don t even know their time frame or communication here. The worst car dealership I ever went to for car service and never again I want to go back and deal with these rude car services here. My first and last will ever want to buy another car from this dealership. Negative -10 stars for this Honda dealership on Baltimore pike. And make sure check your car hood if it close properly because some mechanic are just careless, or maybe they does it purposely. You can only notice your hood not close when you driving on the highway doing 60 mph, shaking hood.Today 11/28, got my first car inspection since I bought this car from here. When I bought the guy told me that it s yearly free for car inspection. Anyway, to find out, the inspection sticker was fake. Luckily I didn t got caught with having fake car inspection stickers. So now I know why this dealership give out free yearly car inspection. For all the new car buyer, do not buy a car from this dealership, they re some fishy business here.
