They were absolutely phenomenal in taking care of my car and getting my repairs done through insurance in a timely manner. Will be bringing my car back there for any repair needs moving forward. Would highly recommend them

I used their services in three different occasions and am happy with their service. They refused to patch my tire due to sidewall hardening, which might be a liability issue. I was impressed with their honesty and professionalism. I brought my other vehicle for patching and they did it great. I appreciate their courtesy, professionalism, and honesty.

Karl's is the best!!!! Leah and her team are phenomenal, they are super nice and a pleasure to work with. They did an incredible job repairing my car when someone hit my parked car but thankfully that person contacted me and paid for all of the repairs through their insurance company. I was recommended by a great friend Frank Crinite. This shop is simply awesome, I recently bought a vehicle, and my tps sensor went in my driver side tire. I dropped my SUV off early in the morning before operating hours and picked it up after work. The job was actuality done before lunch but I work in Malvern and this was what I needed to do. The entire experience was great. Leah is exceptional at her customer service skills and the mechanics are top notch!Service: Tires

Karl's is the best auto body shop I have been to. The staff are always friendly and professional, they always work with my schedule, and have excellent turn around time. The mechanics are very communicative and always check before making changes to the work order. My visit to Karl's Auto Body & Repair was great !!I talked with Karl's daughter, Leah, a sweetheart who couldn't have been more helpful. Then spent some time with Karl.I'm looking forward to my car spending some time there as well.

I've never met a nicer mechanic, who truly gives excellent service as well as customer service. Leah in the office is just as nice and make sure you understand and know what to expect. Highly recommended!

They have serviced and repaired both of my vans. Work is always done right and I na timely manner. They work with you to ge things done for less if you have a budget. Defiantly recommend visiting them for service on your car. Will be back with all my trucks. (2005 Gmc safari AWD )X2Thanks Karl, Leah and Ralph.

My son hit a deer. Our insurance did not cover the damages.We took the car to Karl's and they helped us out with the cost.They also did a wonderful job.

great place for foreign car repair the staff didn't know me but I feel really comfortable at this mechanic location where most places I don't tend to trust anyone but this place I do
