I arrived at jiffy lube at 8:20 on a Friday morning and with a few people in front of me I was out by 9 am! They were highly professional, friendly and efficient. I was met with kindness and respect from every employee- I highly, highly recommend!!

Usually just come here for oil change and basic maintenance. They re fast and they do a good job for a good price and even include some nice bells and whistles. Don t expect a whole thorough work up but they re good at what they do, paid about $75 for a basic oil change

Wasted my time, I came early as first customer because I needed brake fluid, they told me they only do it if they change the breaks. I asked for transmission fluid they told me we don t do it here.Then I asked for a headlight the gentleman said we can t do it because we have to take off the bumper. (YOU DONT) If it s not oil change don t come here.He did show that the oil was clean and full and changed my wipers but I was disappointed with everything else.

We waited briefly, everything was explained, and 10 minutes later everything was finished. Excellent job, excellent service!

Was there 4 inspection stickers about 11am after Havertown said they were too busy and recommended Springfield. Waited in my car for about 30mins before anyone spoke to me. I was told they would not be doing any more inspections as tech was leaving soon. I could come back on Tuesday. Then the rudest manager called Bill came out and yelled with arm gestures saying we can't do it tell ger to leave. He didn't even bother to talk to me. I wasn't important

Arrived at 5:10 was told that I couldn't get service because the suv he was working on was gonna trn until closing time. Mind you there was a mechanic sitting in front of the empty bay scrolling in his phone. When I asked of he could do it the gentleman's response was my system is down too so if you have cash we can help you. Sounds like a scam to me. I will be contacting corporate.

I only go here for my oil changes for over a year now. The staff here are incredibly friendly, my oil change is always super quick if I get there when they re not crazy swamped, and they re always happy to honor coupons/ discounts! Myself and 2 other people brought their cars here for a oil change and maybe 2-3 days after our check engine lights came on. These are new cars with very low miles. Not sure if they don't know what their doing or purposely messing stuff up, so that we can come back for more service. Either way I'm not taking any chances. I'm not going back to them.Service: Oil change

Very friendly as always. Just hate the set up. Prepare to wait at least an hour or more. Once you turn the bend to get to the bays, you're trapped and have no way to back out or pull off if the wait gets to long. But service is excellent. Ask for coupons/discounts. They are always available!!!

Haven't been to Jiffy Lube for 7 or 8 cars ago.. very pleased with customer service... update.. went back to Jiffy Lube today. What a great crew. They are happy to explain things and really go above and beyond

I had a very nice experience and would go back there again..cause of the honesty of service man Ray..I thought I needed oil ..according to my dashboard only 19% remaining ..Ray explained to me that all my fluids were fine..just needed a little window fluid..and that I had a good 2300 miles left before I needed service again.. Ray..reset my control..plus brought my tires up to the correct air pressure..added window fluid.. at no cost.. Now Brookhaven is quite a distance for me..I normally go to the Springfield .. Baltimore pike location, but this morning the line was just too long...I will go the distance for my next oil service..cause of the Honest of Ray..that is so rare today.. ..cause everyone is trying to make a buck...Ray, I will see u ..2300 miles later.DONNA

This is the only place I like getting my oil changed its just a lot of times I go here they never have filters for Kia Telluride. The staff is nice, so that's a plus.

Went to Jiffy Lube #113 on Baltimore Pike in Springfield without an appointment for an oil change. The gentlemen here were completely professional and friendly. Their attention to detail is beyond reproach. They completed the oil change service in short order and frankly much faster than I anticipated. These guys wprk as a team. They perform as a well oiled machine (pun intended). Before I knew it, I was driving off. They all deserve a raise. Teamwork like their's is hard to come by these days. I hope the owner of this shop realizes how good this crew is and compensates them accordingly.*Super fast service *Excellent Professionalism *Exceptional Value.Do yourself a favor and get your oil changed at this location. This is the only Jiffy Lube I go to. They work fast, they work well, and they re very friendly. Go online, they always have a decent coupon available. I never have to pay full price for a Jiffy Lube oil change.

Unbelievable FAST and Quality work!My wife's car was down to 1% on her oil life and she had 2 major road trips to take. Being it was Sunday; I was sure that she wouldn't get it done soon enough. She went here at 1:00pm and they closed at 3:00pm. She was in and out within an hours' time!Thank you for bailing us out of having to travel 100's of miles on expiring oil.Service: Oil change

Amazing service and very professional. I m new to the area and was pulling my hair out on where to get an oil change at. I have a high mileage vehicle and I knew she needed special care. Dan was very sweet and listened to what I wanted done and gave me all my options with detailed explanation. A bit pricey but I love the fact that I m able to watch them change it. I have been to some places where they said they did an oil change and I realized a week later my oil was black and my filter was oil. Will definitely be coming back.

Went in for an oil change. Parked and went inside and was informed to pull around and get in line for garage 1. There was another customer waiting for garage 1 which was empty. Looked to me as though the employees just leave it to the customer to figure out. Waited in line for 40 minutes and never got an update. Pretty lame customer service. Place didnt even look busy. If you want to waste your time for no reason, this is the place.

I called for an oil change the technician who answered the phone sorry we close in an hour. Went to Midas in Prospect Park and received exception service.

First visit was Great. 2nd. Visit had a different experience. I went for oil and they told me a had a leak somewhere. The service Paper said they had checked all oil. The very next day my power steering was gone. I called to ask couldn't they have seen i was low on PSF??? The manager sounded clueless almost irritated that i even called back to ask any questions. I hung up and this will be my very last visit to them.
