I wanted to write a review because these guys messed up a repair but totally made it right. They followed through on their warranty and were kind about. Every business makes mistakes, but not every business makes it right. I would go to them again

Delco Car Care's service is great! The workers are friendly and helpful. The service provided by Isaiah Jenkins was insightful, efficient, and affordable. I feel Blessed. Going other places you can be ripped off or other things occur leading to broken trust. Here I was confident under Isaiah's care that I would not only understand what I needed for my care, have it done properly, but also be given a reasonable price for what I needed.

Isaiah and the workers are Very helpful and very kind. Went in there for my tire and they fixed it the same day. No waiting and great service. Isaiah is very pleasant and sociable. Would definitely recommend.LisaService: Tires

***SCAM ALART***$169.00 WITH a $20 dollar discount to mount and Balance two tires. Two other shops quoted me $45-$60 for the same work but couldn t take me that day.I dropped off two rims and two new tires off the vehicle to be mounted and balanced. The Manager was polite and received these items and said they would perform the work the early the next day. No PO was written, no paper work was signed but I agreed to this assuming similar pricing to the two other shops I had visited that day $45-$60.I returned the next day to a $169.00 bill which was 3 times what I would have paid elsewhere. Being that I used to work in the industry as an automotive service writer I asked what a tire chance paid the tech. My previous shop used to pay the tech .2 per/hour labor time on this per tire. I was informed that Delco care car pays .5 but that still did not explain the pricing of $175. See attached invoice which is intentionally vague and does not itemize any of the work performed.Avoid this place, they are not trustworthy, honest, or reputable.

Great place great staff they are really nice and friendly I was taken care of by Nate. The service was excellent and everything was done in a reasonable time. They had every part that I needed and I didn't have to run around to autozone or some other store I will definitely be going here from now on

11/19/2022: State Inspection done quick and cost was good. People are informative and didn't rip me off. Highly recommend them.

Very nice staff but was disappointed my fluids weren't topped off and they rotated my tires and my pressure alert was on when I got in car.Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Can someone please call me ? I had an 8 am appointment that I scheduled via your website and I tried calling 5 times no answer. Showed up and your business is closed. I don t know why it allowed me to schedule an appointment if you re closed till Monday. Please give me a call as I need my vehicle

Took over the tire place at this location. Checked my tire for leaks, finding nothing, I was not charged.
