I'd definitely bring my car here again to have my tires replaced. Pete is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. He answered all my questions. BJ's tire center in Springfield PA stands out in comparison to other tire centers I've been to. 5 stars here.

Best place to get tires. Pete Rose did excellent job at replacing all 4 tires and even took extra time to explain all the benefits. You get free tire rotation for the life of the tire and free plugs. Definitely coming back for my next vehicle.

I ordered a set of 4 tires on 5/31/21 and was scheduled on 6/10/21 for the installation. I took half a day off for my appointment this morning but on the way to BJ s tire center , the guy called and said my tires still haven t come in.

One of my tires needed to be replaced and I ordered a new one at BJ s tire center. Went in a few days later to have it installed and also asked that my tires be rotated. Technician took the car to do the work however less than a n hour later the tire indicator light came on again just as before the new tire had been installed. My gut said that in addition to the new tire being Put on, the guy put my old tire on the car as well during the tire rotation. I went back the next morning. Same technician waited on me and I explained the problem. He said that he would scan the tires. He then told me that the tires were inflated properly and that the machine was reading that the tire pressure monitor was giving an incorrect reading and suggested that I take the car to the dealer. I made an appointment with the dealer who said there was nothing wrong with the TPM and that the tire just needed air because the light went out when the tire was inflated. Again before I arrived home the indicator light was on ! I purchased another new tire to replace the problem tire (not from BJ s). The installer told me that the old tire had 3 leaks which tells me that BJ s put the worn tire back on my car!! I have had no indicator light come on since I bought the second new tire!! The technician at BJ s did have the persona that he was not really interested in working the day that I went in to have the new tire installed. Buyer beware of BJ s Springfield tire Center

I had to drive to this BJs since the tire center was not open on the weekends it seems in SP. Great experience. Ordered the tires, made an appt. to have them installed and was in/out in less than 2 hours.

Had a flat tire in the parking lot and realized I didn't have a jack. The fella inside the Bj's tire store let me use a portable air pump to fill my tire up and then replaced my tire for me. All for free. Such a fantastic experience and a great bright spot in these troubling times.Wish I could give it 6 stars!

Got my 4 tires replaced in December and one of them went flat this week (May). I did not run over anything or do anything to cause it to go flat. The same thing happened to my husband's car only his tire went flat a week after getting it replaced. Staff is nice and friendly but had a very bad experience with the product.

Used to shop here, a lot. Had a horrible experience with Tire Center (which is not really BJ) Did get the problem fixed at BJ Plymouth Meeting which is a better store and Tire center. Seriously swore off BJ after many years and have since gotten tires at Costco. Costco is not even close but a far better experience.

I was there 8/13/17 have appointment 9:30 a.m after hour n half waiting they said dont have right tire and they have same tire in stock but asking for 40 dollor more very bad custmor service and rude manger

Tires was done in great time. Technician was very knowledgeable. I was in and out in 1 and a half hours.

Polite and friendly. Really helpful but I had to walk in to set the appointment as they are short staffed. Not really a problem since I did before I went shopping.
