Took my daughter and son in law today to look at some cars. The car we originally went to see was out back and we thought it was sold. We test drove a different vehicle but we're not really that interested in it. When we left we had asked about the car we originally came to look at. After the test drive we told him we had one other car to look at today. He said if we came back the price down would be 6 grand and we could do 100 a month payments. After looking at the other car they decided to go with the car deal he offered. The down payment went up to 7 grand. And we were told the payments would be 450 a month. This was for a car the we were offered for 7500. Very unprofessional. Word is bond. And in America when you give your word with a handshake it is supposed to mean something. Not here. Needless to say I'm glad we went somewhere else. We got a reliable vehicle for the price we were promised.

Unfortunately, we helped buy a SUV for my 16 year old grandson at this place. We paid $8000 for this vehicle. It had some issues - it was leaking oil, had no horn, and the door didn t work right. We agreed to buy this if issues were fixed. My grandson picked up the car and it was still leaking oil. Multiple trips and phone calls over a year and the issue was not fixed. Instead of the horn being fixed, they put a wire with a button to the steering wheel. Tried to get them to fix the car or take it back and they said it had been too long. Long story short - ended up undrivable and unsellable due to a blown head gasket. My grandson sold it for less than 1000 and know has no car. Is there any legal action we can take? They obviously knew about this.

Moe the owner is kind and helpful. Jerome the mechanic is very professional. Jasmin the secretary is friendly. Jamil the auto collision specialist is knowledgeable. Check them out.

Started off good but like they say all good things comes to an end ..very unhelpful after purchase... Sold a car with the emergency brake broken rusted body to the point certain things can't be fixed on it and let it be known they pass the inspection on it last year and I'm wondering how with the emergency brake line rusted away that takes more than a year to do and the right side of the car frame is broke to the point it could leak harmful fumes in any day and alot more i was not aware of seeking legal action because they dont want to work out their own mistakes I'll take a trade in but they don't seem to want to

Fast friendly service. Was upfront with any issues with the vehicle and helped to fix the problems. Reasonably priced and I would shop here again for another vehicle, if needed. Thx! My daughter is very satisfied with the car and we will be returning to have it inspected.

You can not give zero stars so I have to give one. This place is 50 min from us. My husband drove out there to look at a car. He put a $200 down payment on a car he was coming back to purchase. The guy called him said he will no longer sell it for that price he originally said. He informed me he only got to America 5 days ago and that he was not here but that I could come pick up my deposited The son who made the deal and the father refused to speak. Yelled at me and completely rude and unprofessional.

Very shady. Gave estimate of one price. Did work on the car without even asking my permission to replace..anything then expected payment for the work I never authorized to be done. Then bill was no where near the estimate. To top it off went in with full tank of gas and when I got the car back it is empty. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. Wish could give a negative number review.Reply to your comment: I DID NOT EVER buy my car from you. I brought it to your place to be fixed. You changed the terminals and spark plugs. Transmission was never mentioned. Hell all it needed was a new ecm. What do you not even know your clients either. More reason to NEVER EVER DO BUISSNESS WITH YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Shady as can be. Even though I gave a down payment to hold a vehicle, he continued to advertise it for sale online days later. Then when I called him out on it, and asked for the advertisement to be taken down, I got treated like garbage and cussed out by the owner and his son in their office, told "its my policy, I'll do what I want", was refunded my down payment, and told to come back in 2 hours if I still want the car because he has an appointment with a tax professional. Then when I came back, he apologized up and down and threw in a free inspection due to his behavior. This is officially my least professional experience with a dealership in my entire life. Will never come back!

The absolute worst place to buy a car from. We had to contact the attorney general for what the owner- Mo had done and filed a big lawsuit. He will not own up to anything he s does wrong and will yell in your face and confront you like he wants to fight. From everything he put myself and family through in November of 2022, i had miscarried right after the last interaction with Mo.

Wish I could leave less than one. Scammers and incompetent.Will make a deal and then not honor it. Would not recommend!Edit. Vehicle lasted less than 3 months. Worst dealer I have ever done business with. Please take your business to Car Factory of Latrobe if you are in need of a good vehicle at a good price that won't be a heap.

Very professional and caring. They have a great team of mechanics that are very knowledgeable and nice. They take the time to explain the choices on the lot. Car was road ready and in tip top shape. Fluids detail and inspection included!!!

My experience was great from the very start of our communication. I heard back from emails within 24 hours the latest. All the staff was very helpful, informative and knew what they were doing. I would recommend looking for a car here. Quick and easy deal with low priced, good condition cars

I had went to look at a car that this dealership had (mind you I am from 2 hours away), they had told me about one issue that the car had and told me otherwise everything was in great shape on the car. We agreed on an out-the-door price. So that following weekend I brought a truck to tow the vehicle home, well then is when I noticed that it had a dead battery, and a tire was flat. They tried to insist that I tow the vehicle (on a U-Haul dolly) with a flat rear tire to their shop to air it up instead of using a portable air compressor that Mo had told me they would use, which they did end up using because I refused to ruin a wheel and endanger others because of their ill-preparedness. Then we get to the payment part and the total was a lot more than we agreed on and they explained to me it was because of fees that they had, I revisited the fact that we had agreed on an out the door price and they seemed to get angry about it and offered to take $100 off of the new price. I had driven 2 hours and couldn t go home empty handed, so I paid the new price but that was totally wrong and deceptive of them. Better yet, I get the car home and my mechanic friend and I are beginning to see what kind of a nightmare this car really is, check engine light is on for many things, faulty alternator, bad battery, faulty electrical system and wiring, and the brakes, rotors and tires all needed replaced. All of this along with complete negligence from whoever their mechanic is with many things torn apart and not put back together correctly at all. Next time I buy a car from a dealership I will not assume that they are professionals at what they do and I will not take they/their mechanics word for anything.

0 stars. My son and I had been talking to them about a car. We asked about notaries, payment types. We had set up an appointment to go purchase. It was already sold. Bad business. We should of read all the reviews on the internet

Moe and Mike were excellent!They took great care of us with the purchase of the 2012 Chevrolet Aveo ! These Guys are very customer oriented ! Great experience at Pa Autosport in Springdale Pa. Need a car go see them ! Thanks to Pa Autosport.

I wanted to buy car from them but they keep insisting to do documentation with them and charge 600 dollars extra. When I confronted that they said they charge 400$ fee on top of vehicle price this place is joke. I asked what the fee for he says thats how we roll(scam)

Business is very inconsiderate of its neighbors, leaving trash heap cars along the public road indefinitely and blasting music loud enough to hit the entire block or beyond. I don t believe in redeeming qualities if your business is disrespectful of the community.
