Great just great. I had a bunch of motor work done on my ram. They were in contact with me every step of the way and the end price was extremely fair for the work performed. I will absolutely be taking all our vehicles there from now on.

I had a brief encounter with one of the workers this evening. It was a refreshing encounter at a time that was getting ready to head downhill fast. He saved the day!! They are going to be my go-to when I need help!

I will only bring my automatics here from now on. outstanding customer service. In contrast to other stores, they make every effort to save you money. When changing something that hasn't been previously discussed, they always ask for permission first.

Great service! I could tell immediately just by talking to them on the phone that this was going to be a more professional and trustworthy experience than the other places I've been going to. They gave me an accurate quote in seconds (which was WAY less expensive than I was told it would be elsewhere), and they got me taken care of immediately. Have been using Wensel s Auto Service for all three of our cars for several years now. They always give great service and I trust that they are giving us good advice about what needs to be fixed now, and what could wait a little longer. We drive our cars as long as we possibly can, so we ve had multiple complicated repairs on both domestic and foreign cars.Their pricing also seems very fair. Highly recommend!

They did lots of brake and suspension work on my RV. Good work, not overly expensive and got it done in the minimum amount of time. Would definitely recommend them for RV repair and service. Will be my new yearly vehicle inspection business.

They put new front brakes on my suv and i had to take it back once due to something was not put together correctly. Then had to take it back again because the brakes were making a lot of noise and making a lot of brake dust. When i looked the rotors already were making groves and they were brand new. Then i took it back in they charged me a fee to look at it but mind you they did the work. They said nothing was wrong with it. So i brought it home and the next day on the highway i was driving went to put on my brakes and the whole wheel starting shaking when I applied the brakes. So i took it to my mechanic that i usually go to and i had to have them replaced again. The one girl there was rude and not people friendly. Bad customer service. And i will be posting reviews every where i can to tell people do not trust them. The quality of the parts are so cheap. I am a front line worker and i did not feel safe in my own car to get back and fourth to work..... and let alone have my son in my car. I was scared every time i got in my car they took advantage of me i feel.please do not go to them

Absolutely recommend! My husband was a mechanic and incredibly honest , these guys are right up there with him. It s only place I will take any of my vehicles too and the work is precise ! Do not hesitate to do business with this establishment .

I would recommend wensel's I've used them twice now and both times was given a fair honest price and the work was done by professional s like Josh my white GMC pickup will always go to Wensel's

From now on I will only take my cars here. Excellent costumer service. Unlike other shops, they try and save you money where they can. They always call for approval before fixing items if they weren t previously discussed.

These guys are straightforward and honest. Auto repairs and great customer service rarely go hand in hand - but Geoff and his team always manage to go above and beyond time and time again.

They overcharged me I paid him to $1900 to put a timing belt in a pick up truck and got it back pouring out of oil because he forgot to put in the oil pan gasket and it blew the motor and he told me he s not responsible that I should take him to court and I asked for a copy of the receipt because I lost mine and his receipt said that he only charged me $700 when he really charged me 1900 and it s not the first mistake they ever made my brother took a vehicle there and they forgot to tighten up the Lugnuts on the tire and his tire fell off and almost killed himService: Transmission repair

Charged me an hour of labor to put a dust cap on a wheel hub. That's a rip off, wouldn't have anyone go here
