Had My GF's 19 Golf R in for a Stage 2 Clutch and Haldex Service. When I got the call at the end of the day, I was expecting anything else in the world except that it was done. It was the fastest service I've ever had. I have had oil changes that took longer than that clutch swap. Extremely happy with the service, the people, and the craftsmanship.

Everyone was very nice and professional, Paul, I believe Evan and Ms. Genie takes the cake!! I received a quick date for my appointment and I waited and it was done promptly without any hidden fees or extra services being offered. They informed me of what I may possibly need in the future to keep my vehicle operating at maximum performance, without pressuring me, like dealerships. He ran the price for brakes and when he seen they were similar to the dealers prices, he offered to take 50 off. That's what I call exceptional customer service, I could tell he valued me as a customer. I will always go here for my SUV Mercedes-Benz!!

They are amazing and I will only take my car here!! Their prices are great and the customer service is 10/10. Called them today and they were able to take me in right away. They also educated me on my car so now I know how to keep my car running for long. My phone was dying (my charging port doesn t work) and they had a charging pad & printed out directions for me just in case! My car needed a lot done and they took care of it for a great price. Will only be going to them. Very knowledgeable and experienced. The staff is very friendly, kind and just pure gentleman. They have a customer in me for life. 10/10. You re in good hands here.

I got an in-depth tour of GEAR in December with the Audi Club of North America local chapter. Glenn is insanely knowledgeable about major European brands -- not only Audis. And they have the expensive equipment and diagnostic tools like the dealers. They put up a couple of our members' cars so we could look around underneath, and even did a free oil change as a demo.I needed a new battery for my S8 (the battery was 6 years old), so even though it is a 50-minute drive, I wanted to give them some business as a way of saying thanks for opening your shop on a Saturday for a local car enthusiast club. I knew other club members who live closer had been to Glenn's as well.The staff is super friendly and awesome. They kept me informed of what was going on and timelines. The waiting room was perfect -- I made myself a cup of coffee and sat down and did a morning Zoom call with my work colleagues.Being a "fly on the wall" in the lobby let me also witness their wonderful clientele. And how they approached people stopping in that needed something but who had not called in advance.Though it was "just" a battery replacement, I got a good taste of what it is like to be a customer.

What can I say about the team at G.E.A.R: Glenn's European Auto Repair? I was greeted instantly with a warm welcome by the friendly staff. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my vehicle, gave me the best option available to get the repair started.I was surprised they finished in a timely manner & the best part I didn't have to go broke or get a loan to have everything done, unlike other repair shops I have been to.Bonus: I was lucky to meet the boss himself Glenn lol, Kudos to everyone working there, I highly recommend to give them a chance, you won't be sorry.

I called about our Tiguan, and Glenn s European Auto Repair saw us the same day (they actually ended up diagnosing both of our cars). They explained what repairs must be done first (due to safety) and what to focus on over time.The staff was so professional, kind, and friendly.We devised a good strategy and long-term plan regarding our repairs to get the car back into shape.Highly recommend!!

The day after Christmas my car broke down and I was told my transmission was destroyed. I had my car towed to a local transmission shop where I was quoted for a rebuilt transmission with a one year warranty. I was told a refurbished transmission with an extended warranty would be an additional $2,000. Paul at Glenn s European Auto Repair saved the day and told me I could get a refurbished transmission with a lifetime warranty for the same price I was quoted at the other shop. I immediately had my car towed to Glenn s (on a Tuesday), and I was back driving my car by Friday evening. They even took my car to the car wash! I got an amazing deal, and excellent service. I highly recommend Glenn s, as I will be taking my car to their shop for any of my service needs moving forward. Big shoutout to Paul for making my experience worth 5 stars.

Took my Audi S5 to gear for a major electrical issue. Super quick yet quality work, Evan kept me updated throughout the process on what they found, what they were replacing, and future maintenance suggestions. Great work and will definitely be coming back for any future repairs or maintenance.

Called to make an appt for an oil change, and they were able to get me in the same day. Staff was nice and helpful. The tech who worked on my car actually brought me out to the shop area and went over my vehicle with me. Very knowledgeable crew. 1st time there, and now they have a NEW customer .

My Porsche is getting up in miles, and so I ve made it my mission to find an Indy shop that can take care of it properly. I brought my wifes VW Passat and my VW Jetta in for oil changes. They do a great job and also offer a very affordable oil change special. I was personally greeted by the owner((Glenn) and his mother who works at the front desk. They are exceptionally nice , down to earth people. I look forward to having them do work on our Volkswagens in the future.

I have been dealing with GEAR for a little while now. I find their attention to detail is second to NONE! The work is completed on time and priced right! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They go out of their way to satisfy the individual!! Thank you for your efforts!

This is a great establishment. They have done work and inspection on my Vw jetta, and just had them go over a vehicle I just purchased. The dealer told me it's was good for inspection and they were going to inspect it as soon as the computer monitors were set. I had to drive the vehicle for said miles for computer to reset. Meanwhile I took it to GEAR and had them check the entire vehicle. They found some issues, safety wise. I've been a collision repair specialist for 30+ yrs and everything they found was 100% legit. They are honest and give you their professional opion. I would recommend anyone to them that wants a professional, experienced, honest business to repair and maintain their vehicle!

5 stars.... I can't say enough about Glenn's European Aito Repair Shop.. Let me start off by saying before they even get a chance to look at your car, they treat you like family. And once they check your car out, you know you're in good hands. My father and I are going to be life long customers "family " wirh Glenn's. You probably won't find another auto shop more knowledgeable then Glenn's European Auto.. thanks Glenn's will be seeing soon..

Recently had issues with overheating in my land rover. I called glenns and they had me in the shop the same day for diagnostics. Really went above and beyond with their testing and knowledge. Evan called me every step of the way, gave advice on the condition of the vehicle AND called after to check on their work. Full breakdown with photos was sent to me and it was resolved very quickly. Highly reccomend!

Had our 2011 Jetta brought in for ignition lock cylinder replacement. Excellent service, they explained all possible options for the repair and were able to get everything done in less time than anticipated. Also gave the car a thorough inspection and provided us with recommendations on a service schedule for future maintenance. No pressure, very positive experience, knowledgeable staff who made us feel comfortable that our vehicle was receiving care, not just repair. Will definitely be bringing our other VW s in for future needs. Glad to work with a local business who made us feel valued.

First of all this has been one of the best car experiences ever. From the first phone call to dropping my vehicle off. Jeanie (hope I spelled it right) was so friendly and welcoming The service provided was clear and they show you pictures of what the issue is. Evan was knowledgeable and my car drives like a dream. Glenn s European Auto Repair has consistently done excellent work on my cars. Gave me a comprehensive inspection report on my car BEFORE starting the work. Very communicative and up front about what could possibly need repair on my car, Thank you Jeannie, Evan, and Sarah. It now runs better than when I bought it (used) a year ago. Thank you Glenn's, I feel like I am driving a new car.Highly recommend.

I had a wheel lock on my Audi that I just couldn't remove. Broke my key on it, Audi dealer broke 2 of their keys on it, tried sockets hammered over it that just resulted in the spinning shaft getting removed, local mechanic that happens to be my in-laws neighbor tried his best various ways and nothing made it budge. I was starting to accept the fact that I would have to dish out $800 at Audi to get it drilled out - the only solution at this point according to Audi.I whined about this on my local Audi group that Glenn happens to be a part of. He messaged me and was convinced they could remove it in under an hour. I sat on my couch chuckling at how wrong he'd be after having tried all sorts of things for 2 weeks....Glenn and his crew are freaking magicians. I got there and in 15 minutes or so they had it out. I am still in awe. The customers that waited for their vehicle all seemed to be regulars, assuring me that I would be surprised while they worked on it. I was and am!They showed me what they did afterwards and they are geniuses. The shop was a bit of a drive, but a fraction of the cost that drilling would have been. I will be going here whenever I need work on my Audi done.Thanks Glenn and team! 5 stars are well deserved.Edit: I just went there again after 4 months. My husband did a rear break job and we saw liquid drips afterwards. Obviously in a panic we were worried if the car was now leaking break fluid. I messaged Glenn to get his take with a video and while he thought it was nothing based on the location and videos he told me I could come in for a courtesy check. I mean, these guys looked over my husbands break job for free. They did notice that he didn t set the breaks all the way, but otherwise no leakage! I am grateful that they squeezed me in that day to give us peace of mind.Glenn and his team is earning a customer for life here!Service: Tires

Great experience with my Land Rover. Due to a parts shortage the rotors for my car were backordered for weeks. The team went above and beyond doing everything they could to find parts anywhere in the US to complete the work. They kept me constantly updated, arranged for an Uber for transportation, and were fun to work with. Excellent customer service and prices more affordable than Land Rover dealership.Service: Auto brake replacement

I have to preface this by saying I did not get my car serviced but it was only because I determined that it was more sensible for me to just get a new car. Once I get my new car, I will definitely take it to Glenn s for all my service needs. I walked in as a total stranger and was met with open arms immediately. The customer service is just second to none. I went in to see if I could be scheduled but to my surprise, they asked for my keys and took my car back within minutes. I was not expecting that at all. I met Jeannie, Sarah and Zachary and they were all just wonderful people. I can tell they are really good people and they know what they re doing. They took me in the garage area and showed me everything they found and explained to me everything I needed to know to make a decision about my vehicle. I ve never had an experience like that at any service center. They are truly in a class of their own and I will certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

Took my RR Sport to Glenn s for the first time. From the minute I pulled into the parking lot, they welcomed me right in as if I was a long time customer. Jeanie was great to work with and is all about communication with her customers. I even received pictures and video of some of the diagnoses performed during my inspection. And where else can you get the warranty they provide on parts and labor?. Great experience! I will definitely be going back to Glenn s instead of the dealer from now on.

Fantastic service! My VW Passat brought up a check engine warning light. I called the dealer who sold me the car, and they said they couldn t get me in until 2weeks. Glenn s not only took my car in immediately, they repaired it within 24 hours! Including a detailed report on my car s condition, and a super car wash!Update: Had my Passat in for a normal State inspection, and I knew ahead of time it needed a few things (front brakes) My car has never run as well as it does now!
