Choose them from my insurance companies preferred list. Highly rated. Had a wind noise after repairs. Brought vehicle back. They gave it back next day with a printout from an online forum. Stated my noise was normal. Told me to drive it for a couple weeks. Trader the car in, took a loss. Couldn t put up with noise and having to jump thru extra hoops to get my car fixed right.

I was given a recommendation by a neighbor after I was in a fender bender to go to Tri-County Collision for my repairs. I was very pleased with the outcome of my car and experience. Justin was great, he kept me informed and was in constant communication with me. He informed me of all the steps that had to be taken in order for the job to be completed. I will be recommending Tri-County Collision to friends and family.

My car was hit a couple weeks ago by my neighbor. Tri-County Collision was recommended by a friends. These folks are true professionals! Set up the rental for me, and had it dropped at their shop. When I picked up my car, they had the rental arranged to be picked up there. Justin, and the staff, kept me updated through the entire process, and the car is literally as good as new! I highly recommend Tri-County Collision. Thank you, Justing, for the amazing customer service and thorough work!

Had our family car fixed here after a deer strike. I picked tri county collision based on their google reviews. I was not disappointed. My adjuster was Justin. Communication was excellent, they helped setup the rental car which was super convenient, and they got the car back to me in a timely manner. The repair looks fantastic and I got the car back clean and detailed. Would 100% use them again.

I have recommended Tri-County to multiple friends who needed a body shop and then on January 2nd it was my tern to use Tri-County. My wife s Explorer got t-boned around the corner from our house in Plumsteadville. These guys were great. From the initial phone call, to guiding us thru the process and setting up the rental, the staff was very knowledgeable. The follow up phone calls and keeping us in the loop, made us feel like we were their only customers. Highly recommend.

Once again, one of our cars needed repairs. Didn't hesitate to call Tri County. Their customer service is outstanding from start to finish as was the work done on our car. Color match was dead on, never would have known that the front end was a disaster.Definitely a 5 STAR shop.

Just want to take the time to personally thankTri County Collision for the awesome job the did on my vehicle. Not only did they fix my baby back to brand new but detailed it for me. I would ve thought it was a new car. Also thanks to Armondo for posting posted on the progress especially with times being hard for everyone. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants the job done right.

I ve now had three vehicles repaired on about 4 or 5 different occasions, some through insurance and some out of pocket. Scott always takes care of me and makes the process simple. The repairs are flawless, come with a warranty and my car is always detailed before pickup. Plus the prices are reasonable. How could you ask for any more. We need professionals like Tri County OEM certified. Brand new car was repaired within 1 week business days and provided best service. Justin made process so much easier and their online tracking tool helps to see the status of car. All parts were genuine and paint also looks original. With less than 4,000 miles on my new car I hit a deer going ~65 mph. Needless to say, there was quite a bit of damage. Since my car was a 2021 model with a whole list of safety equipment, I wasn't sure if the car would be the same. And, with the shortage of car parts, I had no idea when my car would even be ready. On a recommendation, I went to Tri County Collision Center. I was pleasantly surprised at each step of the process. Their communication was great (receiving a call each week with an update), their pricing was very competitive, the timing was far quicker than I expected, and, on top of it all, the repair work was top-notch - having my car looking like new (which it was). I waited a few weeks to write this because I wanted to make sure everything worked (the a/c, the safety features, etc.) I couldn't be more pleased.

The customer service, communication, and quality of work is outstanding at Tri County. The work was completed on time and my truck was returned in cleaner condition then when dropped off. I had an amazing experience with them recently. Scott Lavin and his Team of professionals at Tri County Collision did an amazing job on my vehicle. They kept me well informed about the status of the repairs and made the necessary arrangements to return the rental vehicle for me when I returned to the shop to pick up my car. My new car was hit in February, the passenger side was demolished. I came to Tri County by pure luck (the person who hit me s insurance recommendation) and I am THRILLED with their work! Scott kept me posted throughout the entire job, made sure the rental car came on site for me, and took the car back at the end for me. The work they did is flawless, my car looks brand new again. Tri-County Collision did a wonderful job fixing the damage to my Audi A4. While inspecting the car, Justin took the time to explain the job - why the rear door had to be replaced, the entire side had to be repainted, and so forth. Moreover, it was thoroughly cleaned before being returned to me. Entirely worth the slightly higher estimate!Service: Body & Trim

Another great experience at Tri County. Both of our cars were hit when a tree fell, and after having the first one fixed in December, it was time for the other car to go in. Again, the customer service was excellent, keeping us updated throughout the process. The car was brand new when it was hit and it looks brand new again. Thanks so much!

I was referred to Tri-County collision from another body shop, who is not able to help me with the repair of my 22 F150. The customer service was great from the initial phone call all the way through the final detail and delivery of my truck back to me. They were great with assisting with enterprise, rental car and state farm insurance claims. I highly recommend this business.
