I have been to Rob many times for all 3 of my vehicles. The customer service you get from the front desk, the technicians, and Rob himself are above and beyond any place I have ever been to.They will check your vehicle over from top to bottom every time, recommend anything it might need (and never push any service or parts) , and make sure you re happy with everything before returning the keys to you. They are very accommodating on making sure anything/everything you want or need done works for you, and for your busy life schedule.I can t recommend Rob and his business enough to anyone that inquires. Do not have any hesitations on making an appointment here.

I can't say enough great things about this shop. It's hard finding a good, honest mechanic anymore, but I definitely found it here. Rob and Chelsea were amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer for my vehicle needs. I highly recommend Robert Warren's.

Everyone is extremely nice. It s very helpful the car report that is sent via text. And how you can send an invoice via text. Honest in estimates and don t speak down to the customer. Staff is always available to answer a question.

Honestly, the best shop I have ever been too! I came in with a needed inspection, headlight and overall checkup on my car. They did a phenomenal job at giving me a comprehensive review of the condition that my car was in before it got into the shop and after. The first mechanic shop that has ever done that for me! They are priced pretty well too and certainly know what they are doing. I interacted with a few people but Chelsea and I basically became friends. A true down to earth person and a fun person to talk too! The staff and Rob are all great people and I cannot express the amount of appreciation and gratitude I have for this shop! GET YOUR CAR DONE HERE.

My experience so far has been amazing. Communication, services, courtesy, compassion, detailed reports with photos, efficiency, electronic invoicing - excellent. Getting no anxiety over the hassle of car repairs and being able to trust I won't get ripped off is priceless. I highly recommend!

Rob and his team are the truly best around. He handles all maintenance and repairs for my Ram truck and Volvo car - no job is too large or too small. I even get my tires through him now - his prices are extremely competitive. I trust Rob and his team way more than any dealership I ve taken my cars to and I know with his team, my vehicles will last for years to come. I have been a happy customer of Rob & Warren ever since I moved up to Churchville in 1973. Raising 3 children, at one time, we had 6 cars, all being serviced by Rob / Warren. All are grown, but we still bring our vehicles to Rob for anything we need. Excellent service, dependable, reliable and friendly. GOOD PEOPLE WORK HERE. Rob goes the extra mile. I recently had engine trouble with my F-150 4 days before needing to drive it on a long distance trip. Rob squeezed me into his schedule and resolved the issue before my trip. Thank you for the great customer service Rob!

My family has been using this shop since I was little. I live in NJ now and I drive 40+ minutes to take my car to Rob because I don't trust anyone else. What keeps me coming back is partly the mechanical work on the car, which is *always* top-notch, but more so the feeling of safety, comfort and ease I feel knowing that Rob is truly looking out for me and all of his customers - being accessible, making sure we don't overspend, getting the best service, having full knowledge of what needs to be done and then following up to see how the car is running after it's out of his hands. I don't know lots of mechanics who would do that! I'd give 100 stars if I could.

It is so hard to find a descent mechanic in todays society. I got ripped off from a dealer that I purchased my car from. I went to them for years and they messed my car up. When I found a new mechanic I was wary about him. But I told him I was trying to make my car safe for my newly permitted 16 yr old driver. He not only fixed the things I asked for he fixed the old mechanics screw ups. Then fixed my transmission for free because a hose popped off after I picked it up and he wanted to fix a problem that might have been his ships fault. I never met a more honest mechanic or receptionist. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgable and willing to go way above and beyond To make sure they fix your vehicle. To make it safe and not gouge you for profit. Robert Warren and Chelsea have been the best and have changed my opinion of mechanics well this one anyway. Bring. You cars to his shop if you want honesty and a fair price plus get a safe reliable ride. I love you guys.

We needed some diagnostic work on a 2008 Prius and I know dealerships are expen$ive and also not as convenient. I also have an aversion to feeling like a number at a dealership service center, and that is almost always the case. Anyway, codes indicated probable hybrid battery issue so this ship referred us to another shop who are experts on that high voltage battery and can rebuild it if necessary (and also happen to get great Google reviews).Owner, Robert, explained the diagnostic process. No wasting of their time or our money messing around in an area best left to specialists. It is a neat, clean, and friendly place with receptionist Chelsea who is also awesome to interact with.So, we haven't had actual repair work done here yet, but we'll be back when that time comes. Still, even with this limited experience, I will still highly recommend Robert's shop!

In short: Rob and his team have a very well run shop from the work they do to how they communicate with customers.I had two cars in to be seen by Rob and his team in the last week. Rob understood that we are at the point in our cars life where we want to get the last bit of mileage out of them at the lowest price. He gave us his opinion about whether it was worth it to continue work or if it was time to sell.All of the work he did was exceptional and at a very reasonable price. The service results were all communicated through an online portal that included pictures, level of a problems severity, what was done to the car, and the technicians comments.I am receiving all updates through text message and am able to respond in the same way. This has been very helpful during the workday when I can't get away for a phone call.

I have been taking my car here for quite a few years now after a recommendation from a friend. I have had nothing but good experiences. As a woman, I trust them which means a lot! Rob s communication is very specific and straight forward. Chelsea in the office is very nice and helpful also. I plan on keeping my older car and I m confident Robert Warren s will help me to do just that! I don t know anyone who does not appreciate a good mechanic!

Rob and Chelsea are great! After figuring out what was wrong and the parts coming in my car was running smoothly within a few hours! Kept in touch and followed up after a few days to make sure everything was good!!
