I recently had a fantastic experience with Kyle & Ken and I can confidently say they are the best in town! From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise impressed me.First and foremost, their customer service was exceptional. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. They made me feel valued as a customer and ensured I understood the repairs needed for my vehicle.The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. My car had some issues that were causing it to run rough. Kyle & Ken quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs.I was pleasantly surprised by the fair pricing.They provided a transparent breakdown of the costs, and I felt I received excellent value for the quality of service I received. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or services, which I greatly appreciated. They have earned my trust, and I will gladly return for any future automotive needs.

This Mavis definitely gets 5 stars in my book. Ken helped me immensely. They actually car about your car and your wallet here. Every dollar spent here is worth it my opinion. I took my car here to get a nail out of my tire. In the inspection they found that one of the tires inside tread was about to burst. I got 4 brand new highly rated tires at a discount and got a much needed alignment. I was educated by Ken throughout the entire process. He was great to work with and I will continue working with him in the future simply because I can trust him and his coworkers. These are good people to do business with. They are helpful, respectful, and very very very knowledge. They know their stuff and they use it to help you make better decisions about your vehicle. THANK YOU Mavis & especially Ken!

Came in for an oil change and tune up on march 19th 2024. The whole encounter was amazing. Kyle and Ken were knowledgeable and the process was painless. They informed me of things i needed to do without pushing me to spend more money that same day. I appreciate the experience. Would definitely recommend.

I caught a flat while grocery shopping in the area, and dreaded the idea of stopping at this location as I had never been in before! (I usually like to stick to the places I know) But boy was I pleasantly surprised by the customer service here! The Manager Kyle was very informative and patient with me as i contemplated my options vs my budget! Thank you for being so understanding! And getting me back on the road!

Excellent service!! Promised I d leave a review came in for an oil change and left knowing much more about cars then I previously did and although I now know how to change it myself thanks to these guys I think I ll still be returning to the friendly professionals very soonBut hopefully not too soon hahaha

I've only been here a couple times, but both times the staff has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The first time was to get a nail out of my tire and plug it and I was just there to get an oil change. I was only there for about an hour, so it was nice to not have been waiting long to get on with my day. Also was nice to get only what I asked for and not have to decline other services trying to be sold to me like I have seen other places try to do to make a quick, but costly sale.

Assistant manager Kyle got our car in and quickly was able to diagnose the issue. All of this took place 10 minutes before close. He was kind, very clearly explained to us what we needed to know, and was patient. Wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this place.

Mavis Discount Tire had a promotion if using a Wells Fargo card that would provide a 10% cash back bonus. When setting up an appointment they charge a $25 deposit, and then the remainder is charged at the time of service. In the fine print of the promotion it says that the cash back bonus will only be applied once, so you only end up getting cash back on the deposit since it's the first charge instead of the much larger charge for purchasing new tires. I called Wells Fargo who said it's Mavis that sets the terms and they were unable to do anything about it. I called the store and they said they would look into it and call me back - have heard nothing. I sent an e-mail to Mavis corporate and was told I would receive a response in 48 hours - again heard nothing. I have no issue with the service provided at this location; however the promotion is completely dishonest and the lack of response at any level is disappointing.

Came in this morning with tire air leak apparently as result of a nail piercing it.Within 30 min they removed the nail, sealed the tire, and topped off the air.Highly recommend this Mavis location in Southampton for efficient, reliable, and courteous service!Thanks again to Ken and Kyle!

Sunday superstars! Had a pot hole blowout on my daughter's Tesla 245/35/21. Brought the rim in and they had the tire on hand and had me put the door in less than an hour!Initial Google searches were not looking promising, but a simple walk-in here saved the day. Car was able to be back up and running vs getting a tow and all that! Thrilled for the fast, friendly service!

I recently came to this location in need of a oil change and a tire rotation. I was delaying this as long as possible because I know as a woman coming to an autobody shop of any kind you are usually hustled into something you aren't looking for. Luckily for me, I was waited on by Ken! He was super attentive, gave me a great price, & had me in & out so quick I was able to finish the rest of the errands I had written off for the next day. I will 100% be coming back & recommending to all my friends & family!

I came in for a flat tire and Kyle and the techs helped me out tremendously. They plugged my tire and gave me a heads up on a need to get my brakes serviced soon. The customer service was great and I will be back! Thank you guys for being kind and not taking advantage of women !

I woke up to a bubble in my tire and this place is close to work. I called to make an appointment while on a lunch break. Kyle took me in right away when I showed up, he was super communicative, friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be back in the future.

I take my family s vehicles to Mavis every time I need tires. So today when I had a flat tire, I returned to Mavis, and was really pleased by the service provided by Ken. He repaired my flat and got me back on the road within 20 minutes. Great job by the Mavis team in Southampton. Thank you Ken!

I brought car in to get tire checked for suspected slow leak. No issue was found but they took their time to make sure all tires were ok. They are honest and very fair. I highly recommend this Mavis location.

I stopped by because my splash guard had suddenly come undone and was hanging off the bottom of my car. It kept slapping the ground and ultimately by the time I got it to Mavis it was in 3 pieces still attached. Kyle was absolutely amazing and polite. He immediately came over to help and rid me of my awful torn splash guard. I couldn't be happier with my experience there. Everyone was super nice but again Kyle was awesome, attentive and efficient. Definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs even something little done.
