Took my Jeep Trackhawk for minor body repairs and the service was excellent from the first step in their office. It was my first time using them and they treated me as if I was returning customer. I was very satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle and it was done in an efficient time frame. Definitely will be using them in the future if needed.

Very professional, great work and communication.My car had extensive damage , the work done looks amazing !!The insurance company gave them a hard time from the minute it arrived , they kept me informed and notified me of the subpar practices they tried to push them to do . Spent weeks on the phone battling them to get it done right . I m a car guy which means I m very critical and observant , honestly so happy with their work !!Bottom line , great work and great customer service !! I highly recommend them .

The team at Churchville Auto Body was awesome! The customer service was great, they answered any question that I had. And the repair was flawless. I had my a-pillar rock chip repainted. I have atomic silver paint on my Lexus. Atomic silver is a 5 stage paint. My concern was was it worth fixing because the damage was small and the paint won t match perfectly. I decided to get the repair done. When I received the car the next day, it was like nothing happened to the a-pillar. The paint matched perfectly, the clear coat had no orange peel. And it was like it was before. I looked at every angle and light to confirm. This is the best work that I ever seen. Definitely would recommend! Thank you Churchville Auto Body!Service: Painting

We had taken our 2021 GMC Terrain to Churchville Auto Body in early January 2023. We have used them many times over about 25 years. Once again they have performed a spectacular job. Complete customer satisfaction and flawless auto body and paint work. I first discovered Churchville when the owner of a high-end detail shop recommended them after my wife rear-ended my car in our driveway damaging her bumper. They did a perfect job at a fair price. A few years I used them again when a deer ran into my SUV causing $10k in damage. Churchville restored it to like-new condition. Most recently I used them to repaint areas on my wife's car. As a result of an earlier incident where someone side swiped her car, it was repaired at the dealership and that paint was somehow starting to come off. Churchville repainted it and it looks like new. They are friendly, ultra-professional, charge a fair price, and schedule and complete work promptly. I had the best experience ever. They did excellent job!!! It was pleasure to deal with Terry, I wait for an appointment for almost 2 months and it was worth it, job on the car was done for less then 5 days. I was there recently for a rear end hit on my rear bumper and side panel damage on my truck. Terri at the front desk is very pleasant and assures you they will handle everything. She was not kidding, along with meeting the owner and the estimator, everybody is extremely friendly and caring.Their work is just superb from a Pickup truck to my wife's Mercedes.They make sure you are 100% satisfied !! Why go anywhere else ?Churchville Auto Body is the best of the best !!!! Thanks for caring!!

Mike and the rest of the staff were great at repairing my car back to life! Throughout the few weeks my car spent in their shop they were very helpful at keeping me up to date on my car's progress. The repair looks great and my car looks just like it did before the accident. I would recommend them for both their service and quality of work, two things that were the most important to me when choosing a repair shop.

My car was hit in the parking lot of my train station. The passenger front door was damaged and my insurance company recommended Churchville Auto Body to have it fixed. When the car was done, I inspected it and found the door and other areas on that side of the car had been completely repaired and the car shining from being washed. When I opened the door, I was greatly surprised to find the car vacuumed, the inside windows washed (including all the doggy nose prints) and the upholstery cleaned. My 10 year old car now looks brand new. Thank you, Churchville Auto Body, for going above and beyond what was needed.Service: Body & Trim

When I brought my car to Churchville auto it was close to being totaled! When I came to pick it up it was looking brand new again. The front desk lady was also very nice. They did a great job, and even put my change in a little ziplock bag! Good, honest people.

EXCELLENT!PROFESSIONAL!FAMILY!My experience with Churchville has been STELLAR. I don t just hand out 5 stars! When you re in an accident, you re so busy getting a headache from insurance that it s nice to know one thing you can count on- your car is in the BEST hands and you don t have to worry! They treated me like family, truly. I felt they did everything they could for me and my vehicle. Terri is the sweetest person and so is Mike. There s a reason they ve been here this long. I appreciate all they ve done for me! I could never do their job, but I m glad they do, because they do it impeccably.

I've used Churchille Auto Body many times over the years. Mike and his crew do outstanding work. My cars always look like they've just came off the showroom floor when he's done. He is honest and trustworthy, alwaysgiving complete explanations of what needs to be done and why. If you need collision work on your car don't look any further call Churchville now!!

I was rear ended by some ignorant piece of $hit that was texting while driving on the highway. She hospitalized 3 people in the small car she hit (that hit me). Anyway, I chose Churchville Auto body to fix my car.I'm pretty anal about my car since I cannot afford a new car often. There are a few things that make a business great...COMMUNICATIONChurchville always responded to me right away. They were even more responsive than my insurance company whom I constantly had to chase to get answers. Tom was my contact at Churchville. He was always responsive and explained things when I asked questions (I had some questions since I haven't been in an accident in a few decades). He was a very good communicator.ATTENTION TO DETAILI was pleasantly surprised at the high level of attention to detail at Chruchville auto body. I was worried that parts on my car wouldn't be restored properly, they would be wrong parts or they would be missing (badges, trim, etc) but Tom made sure all the parts that was going on my car were the correct parts. He even took the time to contact me about a question he had about an option that was installed at the dealer. He wanted to make sure every part was correct.BODY WORKThe work they did was outstanding. The places they fixed looked brand new. My only regret is that I didn't have them fix the rest of the paint chips/dings on the car. It would have looked like it rolled off the showroom.FOLLOW UPThey sent me a personalized thank you letter thanking me for my business. This was nice touch. This rarely happens any more.RECOMMENDATIONI highly recommend this place. They have won all my future auto body business. If you need auto body work, this is the place you need to take your car to. I was never more disappointed than when we first went to pick up our car. Sloppy paint work and poor quality aftermarket parts. Car was returned with paint overspray on the engine and parts of the grill that were supposed to be unpainted black. This place came highly recomended, I've even used them in the past,and was shocked by the poor quality of this repair. After several weeks of arguing with Progressive, our former insurance company, the shop was finally able to pry about $200 more from Progressive for real Honda headlights. $200 on a $4,000 repair job to make it look right shouldn't have taken hours of argument. This shop can still do good work, but don't let the insurance company specify cheap parts. You can't do a quality repair with third rate parts. Make sure you know how your car will be repaired, and with what parts.

Hands down, THE BEST! Over the past 30+ years, I've owned Jaguars, Mercedes, and BMWs that have needed body repair. Attention to detail is to the point of obsession. And Mike Fanelli is as nice a guy as you find. He is as equally skilled at reconstructing your vehicle and perfectly matching the paint.

Let me start by saying the work I had done came out beautifully. I'm rating them two stars For several reasons. Firstly, Terri, at the desk, is not at all pleasant, her face would break if she tried to smile. Secondly, they only take cash or checks. Fine, no problem, but they should tell people that up front. Lastly, when I gave her my check, she then asked for my drivers license and wrote down all of the information. While she was doing that I noticed several other checks laying on her desk, for $7000+, none of them had drivers license numbers scrawled across them. I asked her if she'd like me to pull up my checking account to show her my check was good? She told me they do that for every check.....except all the other ones sitting on her desk.There are a lot of other auto body shops that do excellent work, in the future I'll go to one that doesn't treat people so rudely.

I have used Churchville Auto body for 20 years. They have worked on honda's, acura's and audis for me. The work was always excellent and done on time. They handled the insurance side of things for me. It can be hard to find a reputable auto body shop, so stop looking and use Churchville Auto Body.
