The worst customer service, cancelling the service was such a hassle. Cancelled at the beginning of December, called and spoke with someone and was instructed to put in a ticket through online support to ensure my request was done. Both requests were put in (phone and online) and never heard from support. Credit card charged again in January, called and was told my representative would reach out, which was apparently supposed to be done when I initially requested the cancellation. She then instructed me to complete another step. I was then given the runaround about getting a refund for the month after my request even though I did as instructed and they failed to complete their part. Getting someone on the phone is next to impossible.

Can't think of a worse company to work with. I started using My Shop Manager 19 2019. They were a really good company. I guess somewhere down the line they we taken over by Bolt On Technology. Somehow about 3 months ago the company stopped communicating with my customers. No one noticed...When I discovered the problem, I called 3 times and got no help. Now I am cancelling my account and still cant get anyone to answer the phone...

Horrible customer service. They NEVER return calls or emails. We have moved on to another provider but our credit card is still getting tagged every month. Over-sell and under-deliver is their motto. I have been promised 3 times to have my issues addressed and receive a call back..NEVER happens. Then someone calls to ask why we are leaving???

I'm not so smart when it comes to setting things up on computer and John lead me every step of the way making it seem easy. Can't thank him enough. Keep up the good work. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Dont't give them your credit card. They will charge without your authotization. We had a trial period and they charged our credit card right after trial ended.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE TO GET THIS SERVICE CANCELED . !!!YOU MUST BLOCK YOUR NEW CARD INFORMATION NOT TO ALLOW RECURING CHARGEES !!!!!!!!!OR THE CHARGES KEEP HAPPING EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE A NEW CARD THEY SET IT UP SO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY keeps charges coming until you contest this no shame in this company's Game !

Been a real added bonus to the shop. Bolt on has a great platform that is able to be modified to your own liking. Helps keep the technicians looking for potential issues while also allowing the service writer to see what is happening in the shop. Also sending the reports to the customer is added bonus. Would recommend highly. Easy to use. Tech support has always been great and helpful.

I used to love this service and now the service has been up and down all month. It is hard to communicate with customers this way. It is not worth the money.

On going issue for about a year now, all their Canadian customers are being blocked from their service. The billing dept doesn t help at all which in turn doesn t allow me to properly service my customer. Again the billing problem has been ongoing for quite a while now and no solution is in place, I have to keep calling my bank to unblock these guys which should not be happening, it s something to do with their service that the Canadian banks are blocking them but yet bolt on doesn t take any responsibility in that. They keep putting the blame on the Canadian banks?! How ridiculous does that sound when more then one Canadian banking institution is blocking bolt on and bolt on is placing the blame on them. These guys don t take responsibility for their mess they are producing which in turn disrupts their customers operations over and over again. Beyond frustrated with them .

Aaron was AMAZING for assisting Comfort Auto & Body Repair. He took time out of his day after hrs. to find a solution with an issue we have had with My Shop Manger (Bolt On) for a while now. I recommend him for anyone who is having troubles with My Shop Manager. Thank you so much Aaron. Like so many business that start out really great, Bolt On has began to drift; they have become unresponsive to customer needs. Their recent decision to stop support for Win 7 is beyond disappointing. It has become an excuse for them to NOT answer simple questions because they falsely claim they can not connect to your computer remotely; even when the Q/A does not require a remote connection.We will be dropping Bolt On which will result in us dropping Mitchell. Currently evaluating other SMS offerings.

I am not sure how this company have 4.9 reviews rating when they don't even return calls or email. I spoken so many managers/reps ...they all the same. now they are going respone to my review by saying that we are sorry and pls call us.

We've been using Bolt On for a couple of years now. We have received extremely positive feedback from our customers regarding the digital inspections. They love getting the overview and pictures of what we're seeing and ultimately talking about with them. Our invoices look very professional and being able to chat with our customers via text along with the Text to Pay option have also been very well received. When we've needed help the support is phenomenal. Definitely recommend!

Great product. Customers love the pictures and digital courtesy inspections as well as the way the color invoices look. The service has been great as well. Anytime there's an issue (which really hasn't happened) or question we can call and get it resolved quickly.

Absolutely love Bolt-On Technology, their staff, their facility, software and products! It is one thing to operate with a top notch product and software company, but the value is truly held with their amazing team. Readily available, quick with resolutions, and you can always hear the smile on their face.
