I brought my car here after another shop misdiagnosed and wanted to just throw parts at it. They got it right the first try and saved me alot of money. The guys here are friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about the team at Autotronics. I highly reccomend!

These guys are truly world class, they've worked on multiple vehicles for myself and the company I work for, from Ferraris to Toyotas. If you're looking for a place to take your vehicle for anything from basic maintenance to full overhauls, these are your guys. Our family has been using Auto Tronics for all auto service and repairs for more than 5 years now and Owen and his team never disappoint. We have moved further away from their shop since then but continue to make the 45 min trip every time because their work is always done with precision, there are never any loose ends and they are well versed in European as well as highly sophisticated/exotic vehicles. Excellent customer service and communication. As a woman it can be scary to go and get your car looked at because there are so many horror stories of women getting bamboozled. Not here! These guys take pictures and provide explanations of why what work needs to be done. They send a whole diagnostics to you. If you want your car and yourself to be treated to white glove service. May I suggest Autotronics. I have used this business for professional and personal use. I have never been disappointed. Every make, model and year. They do it all, with a smile and respect. 6 out of 5 stars!!

Had an issue with my jeep. Since I work right by Auto Tronics I read the reviews and took a shot. The owner Ben answered and told me to come in. Ben and his staff was able to fix my issue. And the price was GREAT. I would definitely recommend him. I will also be coming back for future needs. Thanks guys !

I discovered a nail in one of my relatively new tires on a Thursday and was losing air slowly. I was able to find a replacement tire and had it delivered the next day, now the hard part, find someone that could squeeze me in AND knows how to properly lift a Tesla. Due to the battery pack on the bottom of the car there are specific lifting points but you have to use "lifting pucks" as well. I called Auto Tronics and spoke with Ben, he couldn't have been more helpful. Not only is their facility familiar with Tesla's but they work on many exotic cars too. Ben was able to get me in late morning on Friday and had the tire swap done in under 30 minutes, without scratching my rim and for less than I expected to pay. These guys are competent and FAIR which in the auto repair business is gold!

My husband and I use Auto Tronics for maintenance and repair of our cars.We have been customers for awhile, and we are so happy with our service.Whenever we bring in our cars we are always meet with kindness and professionalism. We always feel included in the process of repairs, we are explained what various repairs would do and cost, and we always feel like our cars are in good hands.We can highly recommend Auto Tronics - they are a great team, and we have always had great service from them.They have had stressful situations where they have gone above and beyond to help us fix our cars.

Wow! These guys are awesome. I was traveling through and had car trouble. Dropped in unannounced and they diagnosed my problem, got parts, and installed them in an hour. Owen, the manager, was great and the service tech was also great. I was in a pinch and they saved me in a big way. They are very professional and I would entrust them with any of my car service needs.

My car always works better after taking it to them. Their repairs are professionally done and they don't try and sell you on repairs your car does not need. I have been going there for 7 years and will continue to trust them with my car. They have the best diagnostic equipment and the best trained mechanics.

"Auto Tronics - Best Auto Service In Area"After numerous years going to chain and local auto repair facilities I discovered Auto Tronics. Always professional, friendly providing outstanding certified service at a fair price. I have all my service for my Lexus and Santa Fe and they coordinate eligible repairs through my extended warrant coverage. All the serviceman staff are qualified and the owner is hands on leading the team in the service garage. The customer facing point of contact at Auto Tronics is Owen. He is extremely professional, trust worthy, polite and dependable. He coordinates all the scheduling, parts and quotes and is a difference maker with his knowledge and customer skills. I have been getting vehicles serviced for over 40 years and after discovering Auto Tronics in Southampton, PA I will NEVER change to another garage. Great job!! Joe W. Ivyland, PA

I came out of work after a long day to a tire that was very low on air. I pulled over to the nearest gas station to put enough air in it to get home but was worried about making it home and then getting into work the next day. On my way home, I happened to pass Auto Tonics, it was about 4:30pm, hesitated to stop because I was sure they were probably closing soon. Well, I can't explain to tell you how happy/grateful I was that I stopped. I was greeted by Antony Oliver, who came over to my car with a smile, eager to help. His warm welcome and quick assistance made me feel secure and extremely grateful for his work. Not once did he mention that it was close to his closing time, he simply asked me for my keys, jacked my Jeep up, explained to me what the issue was and FIXED my tire in a matter of 15 minutes. What I thought was going to be the end of a terrible day, was just the start to a great day. Antony, thank you so much for your kindness, generosity, and sincere professionalism. I will be sure to spread the word about you and your business. Thank you again for your help.

These guys are wonderful, courtious, friendly, and always helpful finding the best solution for a problem. They saved me from buying a lemon Jeep and I bought a nice toy after they thoroughly checked the second one out. I am very happy and would always go back to them. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this shop.

I had a nail stuck in my tire and far away from the auto shop which I usually patron. Driving by this location, I decided to stop in and asked if they had any time to help given that it was nearing closing time. I was met by a gentleman named OWEN, despite the fact that it was drizzling outside, he heard my complaint and decided to fix it himself since it appeared that everyone else was very busy working hard on other vehicles. He fixed the problem and had me on my way in no time. They didn't have to help since it was so late in the day but Owen was very nice and was there for me when I needed them. Not only were they helpful but much nicer than my regular auto shop. There are many places that offer similar services but its the little things that separate the great from just the okay places. I seldom write reviews but felt that I owed Owen and Auto Tronics intelligent enough to employ such helpful and nice people a Thank You.

The car I had repaired is an older model and it was a question of whether or not it was worth repairing. Owen was honest about the pros and cons. I had the things repaired that related to safety, not cosmetic body work. Owen didn't push me to have more done. I trust the staff at Auto Tronics.

Auto Tronics is right next door to my work (America's Best Mechanical & Electrical). They take ALL of our company vehicles at the drop of a hat, for any service we may need on our fleet vehicles. They take my personal car , as well as our employees', whenever we're in need of service and always give us fair, accurate pricing. Owen and Tony are always friendly and ready to help. Thanks guys!

I just used their services for the first time today. I had been referred to them by a used car dealer (Southampton Motor Cars (Gary handled the vehicle registration)). They did a tune up and a PA vehicle inspection and checked out a noise I had heard when making sharp turns. The noise was cured with some lubrication and the vehicle - a Nissan NV2500 HD runs great. I'll be recommending them to all my friends.
