West Central Somerset has been wonderful to deal with for warranty work on my 1025r. They truly try to do the right thing, and help you anyway they can. Quality work, and timely repairs.

Such a convenient and easy to use website, and the turnaround time of my inquiry being answered was unbelievably fast, as well as having the exact part I was looking for that I was told had to be "ordered straight from the dealer" by others. Good stuff

Purchased a tractor back in Dec of 2020, just a small1025R, not cheap, over $22,000. Part of my deal was, not in writing, but verbal, was that I would be able to buy belts for my X300 tractor at cost. In August when I went to get it, I met the rudest parts person ever. The woman in parts. If that s how you re treated, I guess a deal doesn t matter!!! She was ignorant. When the other parts guy tried to tell her what to do, she ignored him. Won t ever go back. I ll find a different dealer for service. Always get all of your deal in writing. I got one belt but no spare. It wasn t my fault they made a tractor with on belt for deck and motor, letting the consumer test the mower at their expense, 1 or 2 belts per year. Buying a couple belts at cost wasn t going to break them. It was the deal

The experience at this store was absolutely horrendous. When calling this store to request a part, the salesman continually gave me attitude and was extremely disrespectful. When going there to pick up the part, his demeanor became even more hostile and arrogant. This was the worst customer experience I have had. Avoid this place, they obviously do not care about their customers.

Nothing But THEVES!!! Sealed a deal on a new 2020 960 Ztrak. Sales person was professional and outstanding! Getting ready to sign off on the mower I asked the sales person if he could show me how everything works. WHEN I WAS SITTING ON My New Ztrak a man behind the curtain appeared and said something to the salesperson. The ztrac was sold literally from under my feet. Isn t Life Grand!!!

Went here (West Central) wanting a z994r (diesel Zero Turn) but wanted to try it before i bought it. They said they no longer let people demo units. If I'm gonna send $15,000 for a mower I'd expect to get to run it first. Guess they expect the name (John Deere) alone will sell the unit. So i left, went next door to Scheffels and demoed a Exmark Lazer Z. I ended up buying 2 Lazer Z 60". They went above and beyond going over the model. Customer service was awesome at Scheffels. Its a shame they still don't own John Deere store.
